She shares some of her story of finding herself a stay-at-home-mom now divorced with three young boys. Running her household and her life was so chaotic that she would find herself missing appointments just trying to make it through the day.
Finally, at her wits end as her life was unraveling, she realized that she was looking outside herself with blame and not taking ownership of her life. Monika’s process is to first notice that she is “riding the horse,” then what direction is the horse going in, and finally owning that she is in control of leading the horse in the direction she wants.
This has come after years of working with coaches, coaching programs, and intentionally developing her sense of “Self.” She learned that sometimes learning the lesson takes several tries, but the “Universe” will keep coming back for you to get it. Monika knows that being present to what she is creating allows her to create it powerfully with knowing she is fully responsible for every word and every action.
Monika knows that Freedom for her is to be, act, speak, and live a live that she orchestrates and the life that she wants!
Monika Krimendahl is the Operations Manager of BlitzBe Marketing, Click Riot (a software company leveraging technology to build, grow and scale) and the Co-Executive Producer of The Gold Rush Summit 1.0, The Gold Rush Summit 2.0 and The Gold Rush Crypto Summit. She works with her team developing strategies for Business Development, Online Audits, Producing Virtual Summits, and Training Entrepreneurs to grow to 6 and 7 Figures.
Monika is a lifelong learner who has had the pleasure of training with Russell Brunson, Eckart Tolle, Tony Robbins, Dean Graziosi, Frank Kern, Dan Kennedy and many others! She likes to keep growing to discover new strategies for personal and professional development for herself and to share with clients.

Episode 143
In today’s very special podcast I get to share a conversation with Laurie Seymour about filling the hole she felt about being loved, from the inside-out. She always felt there was something missing and everyone knew the answer but her. Filled with Self-doubt, she looked outside her Self for answers.
Laurie intimately knows the journey from self-doubt to self-love. This experience opened the door to her own inner connection, fueling and guiding all of her creative endeavors in life---her business, her relationships and her feeling centered in purpose.
Laurie believes that once people experience their own connection with Source, Presence, Energy (whatever you want to call that), they have a touchstone to a feeling of inner truth and self-love. Nothing replaces or replicates that. Self-doubt dissolves.
Laurie’s journey brought her through leaving two successful careers, first as a psychotherapist and trainer, and second as a Solutions Engineer in the telecom industry, and she then founded The Baca Institute.
Two-time international #1 bestselling author, host of the Wisdom Talk Radio podcast, Executive Coach, international trainer and speaker, and Certified Master Trainer, Laurie Seymour, M.A., is the founder and CEO of The Baca Institute. She has dedicated her life to showing you how to reliably connect with your energetic creative intelligence (Source), dissolving old patterns of difficulty, struggle, and self-sabotage.

Episode 141
Join my guest, Kerri Lewis, and me as we talk about addiction being seen as weakness when it is actually a coping mechanism.
Kerri’s says her biggest struggle was learning who she was beyond family and societal expectations. Because she had no sense of self, she struggled with believing she was worthy, and she was lovable. To cope with feeling worthless in the world, she turned towards chemicals and behaviors that helped her numb her pain and feelings of shame and guilt.
Kerri shares how her life began to change when she was able to examine her beliefs and coping patterns. She discovered what really brought her joy and happiness and was able to make choices that allowed her to elevate her feeling about herself. With this shift in perspective, Kerri was able to break free from the many addictive behaviors and addictions she struggled with and experience the world from a place of acceptance, joy, compassion, and love.

Episode 139
In this Episode I get to share a conversation with Dr. Carrie Johansson, author of Self Help On The Go. Listen as she discusses her journey of not being enough to that of fulfillment and helping others find their worth.
Her journey began as the underdog in much of her life, especially financially, being the poor kid at the rich school, only person in her group who had to work throughout college, etc. This pattern made her feel like she was constantly behind, believing everyone around had had gotten a course that she wasn't allowed into.
Moving from feeling less than to accepting and working with her unique constellation of strengths and weaknesses, challenges and gifts has enabled her to discover how to lead an incredible life through the concept of psychological flexibility!
Psychological flexibility is being present, working with the reality that you have, and deciding what your next best move is. This is acknowledging and working with your emotions, but doing a more factual assessment, less judgmental assessment of the reality that you actually have.
This isn’t looking at the reality you want, but that which you actually have and how to take a look at what's most important to you, what are your options?
How would you like to proceed? And sometimes, and this is a really fascinating idea, sometimes the answer is I don't know yet.
Dr. Carrie is a psychologist turned speaker and author. Her approach builds on proven psychological principles and easy to implement strategies for managing emotions, communicating well, and creating the type of life you want.

Episode 135
In today’s episode of The Empowering Process Podcast, I am speaking with Lauren Lefkowitz about the game of life. We discuss how our biggest lesson is that we are all just making it up as we go.
Lauren was an ultimate people pleaser, a type “A” perfectionist, and was stuck in a cycle of unworthiness.
Her biggest struggle has been in understanding just how many choices she did have at all times. She fell into the trap of being "fine" for many years, assuming she was really good at work, her career, and nothing else. She was an 80-hour-a-week executive, is now a recovering people pleaser, and has lived with chronic illness for more than 15 years (and once, she broke both of her shoulders chasing a vacuum).
Lauren learned to understand that she gets to choose again and again and that she did not have to settle for "fine".
When Lauren woke up from her "fine" career and fine life she realized she could do the internal work to discover who she was, how she wanted things to be, and what the opportunities for discovery, growth, and fun are. Her life since then has changed and has become richer!
Lauren is an Executive Leadership Coach, partnering with executives who have gotten to the middle of their careers and think, this is IT? It’s fine…I guess.
She works with humans who are ready to find joy, excitement, challenge, and balance in their careers...and have a personal life to love.
Lauren makes it comfortable to get uncomfortable, create powerful goals, and create real, sustainable career and life transformation. You can find out more about Lauren at: Lauren Lefkowitz Coaching

In this episode of The Empowering Process Podcast, I get to talk with Daniel Felt, founder of Kura Homes in Minnesota. We begin talking about the impact on his family when his older brother died in a car accident at 18 days old. His family dynamic changed to what it is today. Mom was the only survivor and, in her soul-searching for the meaning of this, she dug deep into pouring love into her family.
Daniel came next and was born into a home where there was an over-abundance of love along with boundaries and discipline around commitments. Listen as this conversation takes twists and turns around homeschooling, intention, and integrity.
“I believe life is extremely short and we have a limited time to live up to our potential. Having this perspective has given me the confidence to pursue marathons, ironman triathlons, real estate investing, and scaling a home service company. “

· And… God was going to destroy him.

Join my guest, Nicole Majik, The Empowerment Alchemist from Majik LLC and me as we discuss childhood experiences that were misunderstood by the adults around us and how that affected our choices. We talked about astral projection, auras, and “spiritual” traveling. Nicole shared her family’s’ beliefs conflicting with her experiences and their efforts to have her fixed.
For Nicole, she never accepted that what others were telling her was bad was completely bad. She understood at a deeper level that there was some truth to what she was experiencing. So, Nicole learned to live the lie in order to be accepted in her family.
How many of you have forgotten your childhood experiences or remain silent about what you know? So, we all learn how to push it out.

In this episode of The Empowering Process Podcast my guest, Asaf 'Ace' Mengelgrein founder of The Tree In The Forest LLC, joins me in a masterclass level discussion, on creation, healing, personal development, and growth. We talk about searching for the truth that is hidden behind the lie.
Ace’s journey for truth began when he realized his life wasn’t working out the way he thought would. Everything was failing. His w got so small it became irrelevant.
Even though he was doing what was expected, following the “right” path, and “towing the line” his marriage fell apart, his finances fell apart, his social life fell apart and he fell apart into a deep depression.
The choice was obvious. It is time to end this life. Either die or kill who he was and surrender to the Universe. Ace searched for answers and began studying human nature. As he began to get in touch with himself, his true nature, he decided his mission was to share what he discovered in discovering who he really is through speaking.

Anxiety, stress, burnout, despair and hopelessness and notrealizing that these signals were trying to tell her that something is out ofalignment on a deeper level.
In 2020 she found herself without work and in a position toface herself, maybe for the very first time. Feeling an intense fear of wastingtime (wasting her life, wasting her potential, etc.) drove her to connect witha sense of purpose.

The Akashic Records are what we call the 5thdimension, or superconscious mind. By learning to tap into this part of who sheis at this different level of consciousness, Meena was able to connect to herpotential in a deep way and illuminate the hidden fears that were holding herback from experiencing the fulfillment and contentment that she really wantedin life. Episode 121
In this episode of The Empowering Process Podcast Dr. Doreen Downing joins me in a discussion around tapping into your Essence. She talks about her journey of going within to discover more of how she got to be the way she is, and who she truly is at the deepest, most beautiful, and fabulous level.
Doreen describes our journey into independence as leaving the house through the front door and taking your suitcases, your baggage, with you. In reality, you are not going out the front door and you keep marching around the living room.
Doreen recalls having the sense that she would put on a white coat and became Dr. Doreen where she hid behind being a doctor and that Doctor of Behavioral Health. She hid her terrible fear of speaking in front of more than a couple of people. Here office became the safe place where she could speak.
Then the day came when she was asked to give a presentation on her research and her fear came to the surface. The organizer confronted her and said, “what the heck's wrong with you? You know, you're a psychologist, aren't you? Isn't fear your business?”
And that was a turning point.
Doreen went to Toastmasters for seven years, which didn't really get at the inner issue. She then realized that all the training to be a speaker out in the world wasn't really helping her be more expressed in the truth of who she is.
So, she did this wonderful inner journey, one that empowered her to break through fear and discover that being connected to her Essence, her authentic self, is the key to relaxed and confident speaking."
Dr. Doreen Downing is a Psychologist, Founder of the Essential Speaking Institute, Keynote Speaker, and host of the Find Your Voice, Change Your Life Podcast.

Brad Dempsey of Mindset Sports joins me on the subject of forgiveness. He shares his perspective and how this is key to his work with young teens in sports.
You know you have forgiven someone or yourself when you feel freedom from it.
Brad emphasizes that you have to face it and work through it. He says that facing your emotions allows you to take on the challenge that leads towards mental freedom vs burying them which leads to the creation of negative coping mechanisms.
Too often, we use words like forgiveness, commitment, accountability, intentionality. hard work , but we. Fail to say, “Hey, here's what these words mean.”
Brad shares with me how he encourages his clients to take a look at and explore their own intentions, their own motivations. To look at the other party, and realize that 99% of the time they were not out to hurt you, they are just unaware that their actions have that kind of impact on you.
Brad Dempsey is Founder & Coach at MINDSET SPORTS
Brad’s passion for sports began as a teen. However, at the age of 13 he suffered a traumatic brain injury in a life-threatening car accident. As a result, he has honed his skill of surviving, thriving, and overcoming depression, anxiety, and the physical ailments as a result of this experience.
Brad lived the imposter syndrome as he put a powerful achieving face forward while inwardly suffering the pain of finding himself and his worth.
He has learned many lessons and has been able to pull through and now shares his expertise and experience with others. He helps young athletes discover how to approach believing in themselves and finding true confidence. He shows his clients how to hold themselves accountable instead of making excuses and he teaches them there is no easy and no quick fixes.
Brad believes that failures & successes as an athlete doesn’t define who you are. It’s how you emerge and respond in life that matters.

After 25 years in corporate, being the people pleaser, and following the rules, Elaine stepped out on her own. Having that that sort of foundation and playing small as a child, it took a lot to really step out and start to play a bigger game for herself instead of for someone else.
Elaine learned that getting things done now meant learning how to listen to her inner wisdom, trust what is important to her, and get into flow.
She share her perspective of when we're feeling stuck or when we're feeling overwhelmed or anxious, there are things that we think are wrong. “I shouldn't feel this way, or I don't want to feel this way.”. We want to dismiss it. We are very often shifting a paradigm.
The truth is “Everything is energy” including ourselves. The world is always in motion. Change is constant, and so we are and we continue to change.
When we are attached to the way life has been, we can get lost or stuck.
Listen as Elaine talks about Trusting and approving of herself. Both of which are part of recognizing that she is worthy and empowered to live the life she chooses to live.
Forgiveness plays a big part in all of this. Forgiving herself for not trusting her inner knowing, forgiving the adults in her life, knowing now that they were always doing their best through their own unresolved pain (trauma).
Elaine Blais – Life Coaching is a self-proclaimed midlife troublemaker having disrupted the status quo in her life at 50…returning to college, ending a 35-year marriage, and reinventing herself and her life. There was a lot of shame and guilt for making choices to please herself instead of others. When she embraced forgiveness she realized the power of it is that there is nothing in your life to forgive – you are always doing the best you can and that’s enough. You are enough.
Elaine Blais is a personal life coach, midlife troublemaker, author, and spiritual practitioner with a passion for helping midlife women live into their dreams. Using her life experience as the catalyst, she uses a powerful combination of spiritual principles and practical tools to create a way paved with self-acceptance and love for women ready to step into true authenticity and express themselves as boldly as they choose.
She offers private coaching, group programs, and workshops.

Brenda Adelman shares her story of having an almost magical childhood. She grew up adoring her mother and loving her dad. Life was pretty amazing.
And then she got the call.
Her dad had shot her mother and mom was dead.
While she was still reeling from this reality, a few months later her father married her aunt, mom’s sister.
How do you get past this? How do you get your world back together and what does that even look like now? Forgiveness, are you kidding?
Brenda searched for answers and googled, “How To Forgive Your Father.”
What she uncovered was that this is not a one and done approach to help anyone heal a core wound like this.
These didn’t help her tap into her emotions- where the real healing takes place.
They didn't teach her about healthy boundaries.
Brenda used multiple approaches and finally used her craft as a means to deeply heal. She created a one-woman play where she acts out each role in this story in order to experience, understand, and get to know each player and finally heal from her heart.

Episode 100
Julie Hatfield, Owner and Founder at Strong Women U tells us about her biggest struggle in life, regret.
Regret came on the heels of her best friend’s death. Regret that she did not say YES to going to see her when she knew her friend was dying. The regret that the reason was because she was so overwhelmed, anxious and trapped in the pressure of life, work and motherhood.
Looking back Julie realizes her darkest moments happened before she lost her. Julie was living a life building someone else's dream, and had no idea until she received the slap in the face of her loss.
She was a tired, impatient, irritated, anxious, and a depressed momma to her 2 young boys, and didn't realize life could be any different.
Julie was having thoughts that she never had before. That of suicide, hurting her babies and a lot of irreversible decisions.
She was so alone.
· In a career that was killing her slowly
· Being a mom that felt she didn’t want to be
· So lost she felt as if she’s never see the light
“I committed to choose ME and choose people who choose me and it's made all the difference.
This regret fueled me into purpose. I started with what I knew had always worked, putting myself FIRST. Getting my "oxygen mask" back on.
I got healthy. I prioritized ME fully, I did it BECAUSE of my kids, not for them. Because who else will show them how to show up, contend for what they believe and not settle for less. I did it because of them and because my best friend no longer had the opportunity to be a mom to her baby boy. I get to. Ill honor that.
Julie talks about betting on herself, starting an business that failed and then starting another until catapulted her into clarity and creation. “
Looking back at her darkest hours and her journey out of the darkness, Julie believes that life is freakin' short.
“Stop settling. Stop sinking. Find your people. Create true deep connections. DECIDE to do more and be more, because I GET to, because I am STILL BREATHING.”
Julie now uses her experience as the guidebook for someone else in the depths of darkness, so that they can look to the right, and know someone is there riding shotgun through the trenches and celebrating them on the mountain tops.

Episode 99
Carrie Lee Klaiber shares how her life was saved when she found her tribe.
" Our community is our immunity"
a mantra that offered a guiding light when darkness fell .
For Carrie Lee , it is from within that inner space where we allow sharing with another that wholeness arises.
Finding her tribe literally saved her life.
“I came into this world, very reactive and responsive to my environment and didn't feel comfortable in it”
Carrie Lee , when born, was allergic to much within her environment ( plants ,animal foods, and more)
While in search of solutions she found some of the most effective remedies by simply finding her place within community and this allowed her to begin to remember who she truly is.
While searching for non-traditional solutions shamanism called. Specifically, the teachings of the Dagara Tribe of West Africa.
She began to see herself from different perspectives and began to embrace the idea that we all matter.
We all matter, at our conception, even before we are embodied.
We matter when we leave our body simply because we have left our own unique imprint.
We always and in all ways matter.
This was a new way of thinking and living and with these new ways of being life, as Carrie knew it, changed dramatically and interestingly the allergies and reactivities began to soften and disappear
Once integrating what she learned was the realization that we are one within the Universe, that we ARE the elements Carrie Lee began to express herself more honestly and authentically.
Discovering that healing was available from the inside not only from sources from the outside was a game changer.
Listen as Carrie Lee and Gail talk about finding that inner knowing.
That innate healing capacity that we all have and how community can bring about immunity.
This inner knowing is key to feeling freedom, peace, and happiness
Carrie Lee continues learning about the five elements of the Dagara Tribe of West Africa through her relationship with them.
She shares the deep meaning and healing found once what had been forgotten is remembered.
Fire – both the energy that fuels us and our spirit (desire) to live in purpose. The fire in our belly our creative center
Fire is the Connection with our ancestors
Water- a conductor of energy, bringing cleansing, reconciliation, purification and peace-making through ritual and ceremony,
our blood sweat and tears our water
Mineral – an element within our very bones that holds the generational stories passed down tribe to tribe family to family. This elemental energy invites us to remember who we are and why we are here,
Nature – Like a tree, we reflect nature which asks us to realize our true and authentic selves
our capacity to manifest like a tree from a seed.
the veins of the leaves like our own veins and
the cross section of the tree trunk like our fingerprint. We are nature
Earth - the central element, the mother, the creator, a place for grounding where all elements are held with equal value
Earth reminds us to come home , home to our true self , and home to our connection to our community.

In this episode Lisa Adams joins me in a vulnerable conversation around learning about real friendship and getting smart and being discerning around relationships.
After realizing her friendships were based on her position and connections and were not built on trust and vulnerability, Lisa spent the time to determine what she wanted for close friends. Things like trusting that confidential and nonjudgmental piece. This was important as she very alone.
Lisa shares her perspective around having tribes for different seasons.
· There’s a season of growing up where friendship is about exploration and learning
· There’s the season of going to college and post college around finding a place in the world
· There’s career where friends are mentors, colleagues, and collaborators
For Lisa, there was marrying a pastor and having a family and supporting those roles
Her deepest tribe connection is around her right now. They don't judge you. They just love you through your pain. They love you through your celebrations. They love you through your falling down they love you, warts and all.
It comes when you are willing to admit your mistakes, willing to be vulnerable, willing to just do life together and work through all the crap that happens and enjoy the blessings.

Join me as Stef Gavin shows his vulnerable side and talks about living with depression,
He was a corporate accountant and was doing well by outside observer’s perspective. Yes, he was miserable.
While others envied his success what they didn’t see were the tears on Sunday afternoon because he knew he had to go into work the next day. He was stuck.
As he held onto his pain, his body started to respond.
“…I ended up getting whooping cough. And I got it so bad when I coughed, I would literally pass out. I would just black out because the oxygen didn't get to my brain… and my boss at work wanted me to come in… I am literally passing out. I need to take care of myself. So, I took several weeks off. On doctor's orders in order to recover. And I even went back a week early just because I knew how much demand there was for what I needed to do when I got back, my boss didn't speak to me for four days, and when she did it was to pull me into her office and there was the HR director sitting in the corner. And my boss reads me this long list of all the things that I was doing wrong.”
The pressure then put him into a deeper depression.
He began looking for answers, reading books about his circumstances, and started practicing self-help and looked for the support he needed.
“I started to get much more in tune with my inner artist which had. Been shoved to the side for so long .You know many of the things that I'm really, really passionate about now are their birth in that really dark time in my life. So, you know that there's even in the darkest moments, I love the quote that in the darkest moments the stars shine brightest, right? That when we open our eyes and look for whatever light we can see, and sometimes it's just, you know, little pinpricks. You know we can't see very clearly. But if we head in that direction, that light gets brighter and the darkness that we're experiencing diminishes.”
Stef Garvin Author, speaker, educator at Stef Garvin, the Story Architectempowers passionate voices to create greater abundance in their hearts and their wallets.
After burning out as a corporate accountant and descending into the darkness of depression, Stef went on a journey to find joy and purpose in his life. Join my guest Nicole Majik and me as we talk about judging ourselves, feeling judged by others, and holding back on who we are and what our gifts to this world might be.
“There's no judgment when we look at this to grow and expand. We're stepping outside of the judgment zone because it doesn't exist. Judgment does not exist when you truly know yourself…
I grew up in a very Christian household, I could see energy around people, the colors, their aura, and … I just knew things that people didn't normally know, and I wasn't supposed to talk about those things because it was very embarrassing.
…there were a lot of things that were said to me in ways that, as that young mind, perception wise, I assigned meaning that I was I wasn't good enough, I didn't belong.
{I didn’t have that sense of belonging] and got confused.
How do you act around people that are supposed to be supportive?
I don’t feel safe and supported and in that little body growing up, things compounded because we try to find the validation.
[hearing] you’re not good enough. You should just keep your mouth shut.
It became that I got very stoic.
· I suppressed expressing my feelings
· I felt them very deeply, but I always felt them alone
· Or stuffed them down and I wouldn't express them to the point where suppressing all the negative feelings turned into suppressing all of the positive feelings as well”
Listen as Nicole discusses learning to feel the feelings, honor them, and acknowledge her gifts and how she now helps others do the same.

Erin discusses giving up is the first step to allowing change to happen.

Tashina Beckmann-King, Competitive Dancer, Choreographer, Dance Instructor, and Founder of Empowered To Greatness is a Mindset & Confidence coach for Creative Female Entrepreneurs and speaks on The Empowering Process Podcast about the dance world mirroring life and working with her clients to find trust.
“I think partner dancing is an incredible avenue and tool to learn so much about yourself in so many capacities, one of them being trust. A lot of my clients are dancers in the partner dance realm. They have a challenge with trusting, regardless of the leader or follower role, because both roles are required to have trust in themselves and their partner.
• Do you trust yourself to lead or follow the patterns you have learned?
• Do you trust your body to execute those things?
Another biggie is the element of trusting the creative aspect!!!!
-Do I trust my partner to share their ideas?
-Do I create a safe space to say "I'm open to hearing your ideas and playing off of those ideas"?
-Do I trust my own creative ideas?
-Do I trust in myself enough to even share those with my partner?
This often times mirrors what happens in the workplace. For example, if you're meeting with your team members & manager, do you take the opportunity to share your creative ideas around marketing, growing company culture, etc? Do you trust your own idea(s) and voice enough to vocalize and advocate that idea to others?"
Tashina helps people to re-write their Subconscious Beliefs from ones that limit them to ones that Empower them. She specializes in helping her clients “get out of their own way” by subconsciously transforming their limiting self-talk and doubt, allowing them to tap into their creative genius and live their soul’s purpose, without worrying about what others think.

Episode 84
Kate Lyn, founder and Executive Director of Sound Sense, joins me today to discuss using the past as a lesson, letting it go, and trusting the gift from this experience to move forward.
Kate and I discuss different perspectives of using your past and how, based on how you approach your past, in both cases you can grow and trust who you are, the choices you make, the direction you are heading. She now works with others to connect with themselves ones again and trust that they are on the right path in their lives.
“I really look at trust as something that I remind myself I've earned because of my past experiences. Not that I have to wallow in them…but just that those experiences make it so that I can trust a lot of things in my world now, in ways that I couldn't [before] because I learned to trust.”
“ I think that [not being vulnerable] is something that comes up, but in looking at that with a client, what I would look at is, again from my perspective, that it's about trusting yourself first.”
Kate began her practice due to a passion for finding available services and solutions for her daughter, who she wanted evaluated for possible Auditory Processing Disorder (APD). There was nothing locally for her to turn to. In April of 2018, Kate decided to start Sound Sense, a Facebook group devoted to low-gain amplification and other technological treatments for Auditory Processing Disorder.
Since then, Kate has helped countless children, adults, and parents navigate the process of living with auditory disorders. This experience honed her skills and uncovered her passion for helping others live the best life they can each and every day. Her superpower is inspiring and empowering others to shine by defining themselves and their businesses.

Michael Whitehouse talks about ADHD, Focus/lack of Focus, Systems, Delegation and life as an entrepreneur. By not being able to find a "safe path," he was forced to ultimately follow his own calling.
“I'm rarely able to get into that really hyperfocus state because I have so many things on my calendar, which is one of my challenges, which is why I like working Saturday morning. I never put anything on my calendar Saturday unless it's like a family thing or an event, and so if I wake up at whatever time Saturday morning and I'm inspired by something, I can come downstairs, go to the office and work on it until I'm done or until I'm tired. Either way, I really focus into it and just plow through and get things done.
I rarely am able to [plow through and focus] because most of my work is meetings It's, you know, calendarized.
And so I can't be like, no, I'm busy, I can't do this now, this is when the meeting is. So yeah, I enjoy that focus state I don't get into it as much as I'd like to.”
A year ago Michael was driving Uber to make ends meet and his biggest struggle is finding the focus to both get things done and to follow his own path. Episode 82
“It started back in 2006. At that time, I was doing healing work with a very gifted channeling healer who had a number of modalities to her list of things that she did and she was outstanding. She was helping me release multiple layers of pain, shame and abandonment and all kinds of issues that I had as a little boy in a very violent home and how it all manifested into my life as trouble with people. Getting into arguments, sometimes even darn close to fights.
I was walking the walk of a of a warrior soul…Not just those done with war, it's all I knew, all I grew up with. It's fight or be abused, or be attacked, or whatever.
So, I did all this work, and for gosh, 6,7,8 years I was working with this woman because there was a lot to undo.
The biggest one was anger against my father, and that took ten years in total to let go.
But in 2006 a voice came through that wasn't the spirit guides that I was working with, which were her spirit guides. A voice came through and said, “Oh, I have been communicating to you through everyone you meet.”
And I asked, “Who is this please?””
It turns out the first communication was from the spirit known as Seth.
“I literally said to him, “What are you doing here with me? Why are you bothering with me?””
“You don't know who you really are yet, and you don't know what you're doing, and you don't have any direction yet, but I'm here to put you back on track, so to speak. You've got a lot of work to do.”You're a healer.”

Episode 81
“When I think of breakthrough ideas, I'm thinking you come up with this idea and you say, “Wow this is something that would have a huge impact on me, my family, and the community to us.
…As a mom, I hear that a lot in our moms’ communities where people will reach out to me and say, oh, I've got this really great idea, you know, someone should make it happen.
My whole philosophy is why wait for other people to, you know, sit there and put their foot on the gas when you're the one that came up with the idea?
You sit there and expect somebody else to do it.
So, I always believe that you have a great idea there's a strategy and a whole process that needs to happen but put your foot on the gas and start that process and I've done that numerous times.
I that was McCartney bookkeeping that was formed through me being a mom, a stay-at-home mom.
And as much as I want to be a stay-at-home Mom, that is my passion in life, as you know, being a mom and being home with my children, you know, but you want to be able to do a lot more with your children.
I'd love for my girls to have dance class one day.
I'd love for them to be able to do gymnastics.
And those things, unfortunately, cost money, or fortunately or unfortunately, right, they cost money.
And so being able to work for myself where I can work around my schedule, where I can have a little bit more control of my clients that I'm working with, I don't have a boss to report to, I can really have a lot more flexibility.
…It took some trial and error before I found something that stuck and worked.”

Episode 80
“I'd always wanted to write books, and as we were living and working as property managers in Los Angeles, I got deathly ill.
In retrospect it was an emotional reaction to the feeling like everybody else was living their life and I wasn't. I was stuck in this place where we were doing property management. You're living there and you're working there, and it turned out to be terrible for my marriage. My husband was kind of emotionally checked out and I was kind of freaking out and I got really sick.
Western medicine didn't know what to do with me because they didn't have a cure and they wanted to put me in the hospital and feed me intravenously 'cause I'd lost 30 pounds in a month.
Everything was toxic in my body, and I couldn't food down.
So, my husband said, “I'm not letting you die,” and he got online, and he found this doctor and she described what I was going through to a T and it's called environmental illness.
Basically, everything was toxic. I had become chemically overloaded, and it was just too much and my system collapsed. So, I wanted to work with her, but she wasn't seeing patients anymore and she'd written a book and that book saved my life.
So, that was first of all pretty powerful, and as I said, I always wanted to write a book anyway, and I thought, OK, well, crap, you know, you think, “Well, I'm going to write a book someday.”
I was only 48 and all of a sudden [I asked], “How long do I have?”
Because that was really close to the edge there for a while, and so [I thought], OK, well, I'm going to write a book.”

Episode 79
Dawn and I discuss breakthrough ideas from the perspective of self-efficacy. Self-efficacy is your belief in your ability to achieve a goal or complete a task. It is dependent on whether you believe you can!
"It could be an internal breakthrough idea up to where you have brought the idea/dream/goal into reality. You believed in yourself, and you made it happen."
When I first saw the word, I, Gail, thought, "what do you mean by this?"
Dawn responded, "let's explore it."
When you think about the word break, something breaks, and sometimes we go, "Oh my goodness, that has broken!" But often, when something gets broken, it allows for something new, something stronger, a different way of doing something to be activated.
…
"One of my passions is this topic of self-efficacy, and you know for me, that's my breakthrough idea. The interesting thing is I got exposed to it a long time ago, during my first career. I worked in exercise physiology, specifically in physiological testing for elite athletes and for individuals who want to compete in some type of sport.
Every year we had to re-certify to keep ourselves current and up to date. So, I was sitting in a lab listening, well, kind of half listening - this was a recertification. The person was talking about self-esteem.
[I'm thinking] I got self-esteem, yeah, I understand, you know I'm worthy etc.
Self-confidence and I went, yeah, I trust myself and how I will show up. So they then introduced the word self-efficacy – what's that? I've never heard of that term before.
I looked at my notes, listened to what was being said, and was kind of going, OK, I think I understand. However, I had to think hard as this was a new concept.
And the more I looked at it, I thought, I don't really like this term self-efficacy Let's get real here, the reason, I realized I did not have a strong self-efficacy!!!"
Dawn continues on her journey of understanding her inner belief, getting real with herself, and sharing her learnings in self-efficacy as part of her mission to guide others along the way.

Episode 78
Everyone’s experience is different within corporate America. I just had a different experience where I was not seen or heard or valued, which is very difficult because when you give your heart to your job, and you work very hard and take pride in what you do [you get discouraged when invisible].
There are people that unfortunately become part of a corrupt atmosphere, and it's a very, very difficult place to find yourself in.
And then you have the house and the kids and all of these things that incredibly important that you need to take care of all of these responsibilities, and you sort of feel trapped. You know that you're being mistreated or devalued, or manipulated, and you know in your heart it's not right and it shouldn't happen, and it happens all the time.
And that's what led me to this journey of finding purpose and greater connections, more meaningful relationships, and people that I could depend on and grow with throughout my life.

Episode 77
Sandra McKechnie is a singer turned cultural awareness and sensitive coach. She joins me in this episode for a frank discussion on facing and healing the shame of bias.
She shares her perspective on the virtue of humanity.
In her book, Braving The Wilderness, Brene Brown says, “This ability to opt out of suffering and injustice or pretend everything is okay is the core of privilege.”
Sandra covers many aspects of bias.
“We are recipients of multi-generational, intergenerational implicit bias.”
“I know that we're going to feel things and I want to acknowledge people feelings of shame. But there's also this wonderful antidote when we know the truth. It does give us freedom and freedom has an amazing way of pushing shame out the window.”
“…you have the descendants that came through the time warp. People that have some dissonance that are feeling “Oh my gosh, I can't believe that great grand somebody had something to do with putting human beings up on trees and looking up at them and grimacing and drinking beer and bringing a sandwich to these lynchings,” and it's difficult.
People… are sitting there horrified in the 21st century that they're great-great-somebody [did this] as though we had everything to do with this right?
And it's hard and people come in and they feel again.
They feel shame, … and you have to acknowledge those feelings for a minute.
But then you know I'll take people aside or someone might call me, and I said it's OK, you weren't there.
Together we can make a conscious, intentional effort to pass the right things on to our children and grandchildren.”
Sandra McKechnie began entertaining audiences over 25 years ago as a dynamic, soul-inspiring songstress, lyricist, and producer. Episode 76
How do you even know your child is depressed when, by all accounts, they seem happy?
Our topic for this segment is when your adult child receives a depression diagnosis and the parent/child dynamic.
There has been greater understanding and a lot of retrospect that may be helpful for others. Changed the way we communicate and provide support.
We should touch on helping children with vocabulary and the difficulty of getting help. Also, many people are dealing with this and trying to keep things "normal" to avoid negative stigma.

Episode 75
“…Growing up in the environment that I grew up in, continuing to just kind of bury all of those things in my childhood past… when I was younger, I went through a lot of **** and as I got older I didn't want anybody to know about it. I kept saying to myself if my friends know what I went through as a child, they're not going to want to be friends with me.
If my husband knows the things about me, he's not going to want to be married to me. And it was funny because we had a conversation the other day and he goes, “I remember the first thing you said to me on our first date and it was very early on and he said I looked at him and I said whatever you do, do not judge me for my past. That is not me.”
Please don't judge me now.”
…
“I've accepted it that it's no longer a thought in my daily life that when we talk about it, I'll talk about it, but it's not a thought.”

Episode 74
Heather is owner and founder of Prosperity & Possibilities Presentations Inc. and Abbott Wealth Education. In this episode Heather explains how she developed coping mechanisms in order to stay in an abusive relationship, hanging on to something destructive.
“He was so attentive and spend the first few months just flattering me, doing everything he can and getting me to open up.
I was 22, so naive.
I already had no self-esteem at the time, and I met him in the summer, and I married him in December, secretly, we eloped. It took me a month to tell my parents, which is not a fun thing.
As soon as I moved in with him, which wasn’t after we got married because I was still living in the city and he lived where he had grown up and had his own house.
I moved there in February and the day that I moved in, it was like the switch went from on to off or Jekyll to Hyde like it was just a totally new person. I’ve never seen this person before in my life.
The first year that marriage was the worst year of my life because I hadn't developed coping mechanisms.
After that I learned to cope, Scarlett O'Hara is a great one if you ever watch gone with the wind. OH, I can't think about that and I'll think about that tomorrow.”
Heather’s mission is helping heart centered entrepreneurs take their place amongst the wealthy so we can “up-level” the world.

Episode 73
Lois shares her story of facing deep rooted shame trauma and changing her life forever.
“… In 2020. my mom died right after my brother who, bless his heart, was an alcoholic and they were two of the biggest intense shame filled figures in my life since birth, and when they died It woke me up.
THEY HAD TO DIE TO WAKE ME UP!
Which was really heavy for me because all of a sudden, I realized, “whoa, I'm feeling. I'm feeling something different,” and it was like the veil had been lifted, and I went back to the question, “Why am I doing this?”
You know the little kid questions the why, why, why, why, why and so on?
Come, the next step was I just I was so numb after they died, I didn't cry and I was like whoa, why is that?
I had a friend commit suicide also, same thing.
I didn't cry.
And I'm like, whoa, so all of these events were happening at the beginning of the pandemic and then I had to figure out how to run a business in the middle of a pandemic while homeschooling children, but thankfully that that intuition I didn't know it at the time, but that superconscious that intuition that inner child little girl said, “Hey, you have time to slow down now because you don't have to go to all these meetings, You don't have to be all things for all people. You're in a shelter in place situation, why don't you take care of yourself?”
Why don't you?...

Episode 72
After totaling his car and getting his DUI, Kris entered a substance abuse class.
“I leaned into this program. We had 20 different types of papers we had to write…I got real with myself.
No, I kind of had had enough personal development to go: “If I’m here it's for a reason. Let me give it all of what I got”
and in the process of going through … this … questionnaire… I started to realize that my relationship with this thing was an abusive relationship and I started going:
And this is what I got to and the meat of it was:
And I realized that at any given moment the work can be anything that I want it to be. It can be that DUI class, it can be having a conversation with you, it can be paying for a course, it can be a conversation with my wife or my children or an employee or a bum on the street that's under the bridge.
I’ve lived since that time a very much more willing to look internally and ask myself some simple questions. Does my gut tell me that this is the right or wrong thing to do, not my head, not my heart, but when I sit real still what am I hearing and I’m telling you, Gail, the weirdest part about it is until I had that major oopsie, thank goodness it didn't hurt anybody, including me, I couldn't hear what my gut was telling me because my head was so much in the way or my emotions were getting ripped left and right; whether it's I’m angry at this networking group or I’m angry at this customer or this employee or blah, blah. It was either emotions or this circuitry up here trying to work things out and what I started to realize is that I intuitively know my truth and every human right now listening to your podcast, they know their truth.”
Listen as Kris and I dive deep into releasing shame and finding your truth.

Episode 71
Jane M. Powers talks with me about carrying shame in our lives…
Shame affects the power of everything we do, and you know it's the number one topic that many people avoid because it feels crappy.
Shame disguises itself as anger, blame, sadness, depression, anxiety, everything that's running around. If we're not running around bold and confident speaking our truth confronting what needs to be confronted, stopping the madness, then we're living in chains, and I think it shows up in every way, shape and form.
Here's the thing shame is about a broken inadequate part of ourselves that we would have to admit to.
We learned, “oh shame on you.” Program that in, keep that in your memory bank, that behavior is wrong and then we started to take and pick up the stick ourselves and beat ourselves and go shame on me for having that thought, having that desire.
Remember the saying, “if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all, watch your words?” I believed this and so I grew up the invisible kid. I could disappear, melt into the woodwork and nobody would notice me missing for hours. Then I started to find that I didn't confront things, “that'll hurt their feelings don't say anything.” Meanwhile I'm feeling like crap.
I believe anything that goes unsaid unexpressed is a form of shame and it builds on the pile of shame.
There are so many resources available to help you take on your shame and I think there's no excuse for you not to step into your power.

Today I'm going to talk to you a little bit about what it means to me when I talk about living in limbo or that limbo state, that is the space between what you know and what you don't know or the space between where you are and where you're going.
It is that space between, and this is where we could either take a leap of faith on purpose and very strategically and intentionally jump, which is something that I do, or it could be that we experience these in between times in spite of our choices.
Now understand, we are always in between.
I'm in between recording this podcast and posting it up, so right now I'm recording the podcast, but I'm not going to post it at the same time. So I'm in between the thought of it, and the posting of it, I'm at the recording of it.
Not a scary place to be at all.
So the in between time is not always actionless and it is not always very scary, but it can be an experience where your life could be in limbo.
It's a time of maybe indecision.
So, I ask you, think about it.
Is in between a creative time?
Is in between a fearful time?
Well, that all depends on where your head's at and what this in between time means, so it is a little of both.
It's a very interesting conversation.
I would love to hear your comments on it positive or negative, subtle or evident, short periods or long periods.
These in between times are definitely times of transition.
When you get up in the morning from that sleep state to the time that you are actually walking, you are in between.
You are waking up.
You are coming back into a conscious state.
So realize that these moments are moments, mostly of the unknown.
Even the planned leaps that I take, for example.
I can plan, I can do lots of what ifs. I can schedule out actions of what I'm going to do. But the bottom line is, I don't know what really is going to happen.
I just know that I want to get over there and that I think this is the path that gets me over there, and I'm not surprised when sometimes I end up someplace completely different, but I take action.
So, the unknown is both scary and exciting.
It brings anxiety.
It brings excitement.
It can freeze you or it can free you.
It's all of this and more.
Being in limbo is about learning how to cope with the unknown, learning how to cope with change, learning how to cope and move forward no matter what, even if it's a teeny weeny step.
Now, let me add a caveat to that that it is quite OK in my eyes for you to take a time out.
There have been times in my life when the in between seemed so overwhelming that I literally wanted to stop the world.
I want to get off, right?
There's a a play, a musical I think Stop the World, I Want to Get Off, I just don't want to move forward the next moment because I am so overwhelmed and have been so overwhelmed with the potentiality of the change that is coming that I foresee such a big change.
But I also realize that it doesn't matter.
I'm still going to move forward.
I'm still going to wake up the next day.
I'm still going to take a step forward.
I'm still going to do a morning routine.

Episode 67
What I think about is transition, because a lot of times this meantime experience is expressed when we are in some type of transition.
And we transition everyday throughout the day.
It's not always the big transitions like, oh, I'm going to move across country. It's also the little things like I'm moving from this part of my day to the next part of my day and in the middle of from here to there is that meantime experience.
Some people call it the messy middle.
Some people call it life in limbo.
I call it living in the meantime and it's that experience where you know where you're leaving from, but you haven't gotten to where you think you're going.
It could feel like you are in freefall or sometimes maybe it feels more like you're in mid-leap, depending on the emotions that are attached to that leaving process.
Think about being in the meantime when you wake up in the morning. There's that period where you know you're moving out of sleep, but you're not fully awake yet, and sometimes that's the most inspirational time of your day.
That's also where I think when we enter into creative flow and when you enter into that part of creative flow, it's amazing.

Episode 66
Think if your amygdala as a very frightened 4-year-old child that needs guidance. Developing your emotional intelligence acts like a Big Brother or a Big Sister to quiet that response down and better enables you to feel anxiety change to innovation.
This allows you to move through your emotional response towards what you’re trying to achieve as opposed to allowing that anxiety to keep you stuck in your comfort zone.
In today’s fast-moving life, we are all being ripped out of our comfort zones, whether we like it or not. The development of your emotional intelligence is an essential part of our progress in managing these changes.
Things are changing so quickly that your reality this minute is not going to be the same as your reality
2-minutes from now.
For the most part, people that are motivated to change are motivated by pain. You are motivated by an urgent desire for better results than you are currently getting.
The exponentially accelerating rate of change and the fact that biologically you have a 500-million-year-old brain, the amygdala, which operates very much like it did 500,000,000 years ago. You have the ability to choose to develop your emotional intelligence as a way of dealing with the fear and anxiety that these changes will create. That fear and anxiety is unavoidable, it's baked in, it's biological.
Developing your EI (Emotional Intelligence) is how you take back your control, your choices, and your life.

Episode 65
There are many times your subconscious mind tries to keep you safe because all it knows is what you've experienced thus far, and if it even remotely thinks what you're about to do is going to put you in harm's way, it's going to find ways to keep you stuck.
It's going to make you stop because you're moving toward those fears that come up. “Oh my gosh you can't do that because if you do this will happen or that'll happen, or this might happen.”
Change is inevitable.
There is so much change in life and business and the world at large that’s out of our control. So being afraid of it, trying to stop it, or trying to avoid it only makes life and the journey more painful because when it's out of your control trying to control it is a useless thing to do.
It wastes energy, it wastes time, and it keeps you stuck in small and not in the place you want to be.
Don't be afraid to be afraid; embracing the fear doesn't mean you have to like it. It doesn't mean you have to be comfortable with it. What it means is knowing that since **** happens you either embrace it, learn from it, find the good in it and you know, adjust, adapt, and take new steps, new actions to accommodate this new change.

Episode 64
Fear is a part of life and it's a part of business and we get stuck in a lot of things that are in our head that are not necessarily a true reflection of reality.
And there are also a lot of times it's your subconscious mind trying to keep you safe because all it knows is what you've experienced thus far, and if it even remotely thinks what you're about to do is going to put you in harm's way, it's going to find ways to take steps to keep you stuck.
It's going to make you stop because you're going toward something new and fears come up, “Oh my gosh you can't do that because if you do this will happen or that'll happen.”
The thing is change is constant, change is ever accelerating, and change is frightening, and so as the human race, we really need to wrestle with this fight or flight reaction.
Change is inevitable.
There is so much change in life and business and the world at large that is out of our control, so being afraid of it, trying to stop it, trying to avoid it only makes life and the journey more painful because when it's out of your control trying to control it is a useless thing to do. It wastes energy, it wastes time, and it keeps you stuck in small and not in the place you want to be because when you embrace change, embrace the fear, you can see there’s nothing really wrong with fear.
Don't be afraid to be afraid because embrace the fear doesn't mean you have to be comfortable with it. What it means is knowing that SH*! happens and you either embrace it, learn from it, find the good in it and you know, adjust, adapt, and take new steps, new actions to accommodate this new change.

Episode 63
Nikki Haritatos shares her experiences with Gail Kraft and lessons around recognizing being stuck in your life and what she does to be sure she shows up, creative, excited, and all in for her dreams and her life.
“For me, I think what happens is I don't always see it.
My body has a really good way of telling me things, so there had been a few times in my life when I was thinking I want to go down some path that I don't think I was very conscious of necessarily, and my body was telling me, “uhm, you haven't really been paying attention, so we're going to help you pay attention.”
I definitely go for things, but I think for me, stuckness is unconscious, more so than anything else.
And you know, being stuck in something that I've been doing like I can't get from this point to that point.
It's not a kind of sickness. I think I have too much of why. Also, you know, I'm a creativity coach. What kind of creativity coach would I be if I had creative blocks? That's not something that I deal with. However, the thing that I can see in some of the stories of my life, some of the things when I've had health issues, it's been very strongly about how this is not the path for you, and you're not listening or not following your heart, and so, I ended up having these challenges with my health and injuries and things like that.
Now, because of that, because I have been in those places, I follow my heart and it is very much in the forefront. Because I'm literally every day following my heart because that's what I know now is the way to make sure that I stay healthy.
Being able to do that means that I don't end up living with stuckness. It’s also knowing what to do when you might have a little bit of that showing up”

Episode 62
“It was when we were talking about the subject of what's holding you back that I narrowed it down to exactly what. Until the day came that I could say to myself, but more importantly, publicly, “I am holding me back.” Not Gail not anybody in my life.
You know we can go down the list, but in the end, we are the ones that either take the steps forward or stay in our heads and keep thinking over and over again until everything is just right.
And it never gets to be just right.
You may hear fear is holding you back and you think, “that's not me. I don't have a problem with that.”
What I discovered was that little booger, fear, is tough to me, but I still have that hurdle to get over.
The fear is perfection.
I'm a recovering perfectionist. I am proud of the quality of work that I do. I'm very careful and I win sometimes, and I fail sometimes to make it just right.
Just right isn't perfect anymore, just right is for a purpose. Now, if I'm making a list of things to remember, I just write it down and don't lose it. I don’t have to look for facts and get the details together right now.
Perfectionism has more than one way to present itself, and the obvious one is you keep polishing something until it's just the best it can be.”

Episode 58
In this episode of The Empowering Process Podcast my guest Tashina King and I talk about fearing the potential vs relying on your innate capabilities.
• The pain you anticipate is bigger than the pain you are in.
It’s comfortable living in the knowing. Sometimes lack the belief that you are deserving, lack self-worth and fear of being on your own. You can’t see what could be in front of you, what is next.
• It’s comfortable in your comfortableness until you are too uncomfortable, and you can then move on
Fearing stepping into the future boils down to simple beliefs you have instilled in your subconscious that:
• change is scary
• change is hard
• change is something I can’t handle
Thoughts that lock you into staying stationary and sabotage your action plan.
Working with a coach, you learn to trust change and your ability to handle change.
As children, we trust, act, and then adjust from what happened. As adults we project and envision what could happen and can get stuck in the projection of what could happen.
Plan for potential actions and don’t let it take you out of the game. Focus on your skillsets, hone them, and pull from them what change happens.
Listen for more from Tashina King from Empowered to Greatness, mindset and confidence coach, Helping people to re-write their Subconscious Beliefs from ones that limit them to ones that Empower them. Specializing in Entrepreneurs, Artists/Performers, Fertility, Pregnancy, Childbirth, Parenting.

Episode 57 - Aree Bly, Alignment Coach, talks about knowing that fear is something that you can learn your way out.
· What are the worst cases and can you live with them
· Not being perfect can be the other thing really holding you back
· We look at the people around us and you know how they're going to react, and we put more weight on that rather than what that change is going to mean for us
Aree talks about planning to do something she feared since childhood, public speaking. She faced her fear big time and went for it on TEDxWaterStreet. During this process she reminder herself to breathe. One technique she used was to talk herself off the ledge. Her analytical mind took over and she knew she could step into that unknown and just see how it goes.
Aree talks about bucketing, know what you can control and what you can't and focus on those things you are able to control. She has found a lot of people are worried about the future that they don't even know what it is like. It's not tangible yet, so they can't even say if they can I control this or not.
They're trying to put their arms around something that doesn't yet exist.
What you can do today is face what is right in front of you and the choices for what you can control and then do you want to head in the direction of that unknown?
You have options to get there, but you always still have that future in mind.

Episode 50
Learn how to connect with nature and integrate this experience into your life.
Healing trauma, allergies, and chronic illnesses meant connecting with nature and the elements of this earth. To do this, Carrie became a student of The five elements of the Dagara Tribe of West Africa. She shares how each of the five elements has deep meaning in balancing who we are and tapping into living from the inside out.
These elements are:
Fire – both the energy that fuels us and our spirit (desire) to live in purpose.
Water- as a conductor of energy, bringing cleansing, reconciliation, purification and peace-making.
Mineral – an element within our very bones and is the elemental energy that invites us to remember who we are and why we are here.
Nature – like a tree, we reflect nature which asks us to realize our true and authentic selves.
Earth - the central element, is the mother, creator, and a place for grounding who is inviting us to come home to community and the earth, our true home.
Once integrating the realization of how she is one within the Universe, Carrie was able to express herself honestly and discovered that she was healing from the inside out.
Gail and Carrie talk about finding that knowing within that is key to feeling freedom, peace, and happiness while embracing who you are and your gifts you bring to this world.

Join The Empowering Process Podcast host, Gail Kraft, and her guest Chris Devincetis, co-founder of Legendary Real Estate Services, as he openly talks about Trust and The Imposter Syndrome.
“…I have to forgive myself for the bad choices that I made from the standpoint of not being the best in the relationship, for maybe closing the doors on the real estate business when I probably could have waited it out for a year or two fairly easily, and forgiving my ex for her failings, and just coming to terms with the fact that that's the past.
The past doesn't equal the future. The future can be as bright as you want to make it...
… I think the biggest thing that happened was is I had to confront, really, fear and self-doubt. My self-doubt was a big part of it because when you feel like you're incredibly valuable and then somebody completely devalues who you are, you can cop the attitude of you don't know what you're missing or you don't know what I'm all about. I didn't go there, but what I did do was I kind of went into frustration and anger…
[Until] I finally got to a place of trust”
