On this episode we welcome back Jon Mattleman who dives into strategies on how anyone from youth, parents/guardians, and teachers can manage anxiety as students return to the classroom. Jon also touches on the discomfort some may be feeling wondering if they made the appropriate decision to keep their child home, or send back to school.
