Hi!

Welcome to The Somatic Perspective, where we believe maintaining comfort in your body and interest in life shouldn't require so much effort! While life is never going to be capitol E Effortless, we for sure can learn how to effort less. On this episode, get to know founder Jade Sobanski and why she is so jazzed up on somatics.

Jade went from regularly prescribed muscle relaxants and twice weekly chiro visits to being completely pain free and not even carrying ibuprofen in her purse! Now she is on a mission to spread the word about applied somatics and practical neuroscience.  We've nicknamed the pod Teaspoon, because you only need a little bit, to feel the effects a lot.

Peace!!!!
