Parchment Update is a weekly series of interviews reflecting the community of Parchment, Michigan. Interviews are produced by the Parchment Community Library and hosted by Library Ambassador Karen Woodworth. The Agency will have a table at the library on Wednesday, August 13th, 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. to answer any questions you may have.
On this week’s Parchment Update, Meet Up and Eat Up Site Supervisor Christie White shares the details of this program that provides free lunches to all children 18 years of age and under or persons up to age 26 who are enrolled in an educational program for the mentally or physically disabled that is recognized by a State or local public educational agency. Adults can even buy lunches to eat with their kids! Meet Up and Eat Up will continue serving through Friday, August 8th.
