In my deepest, darkest moments, what really got me through was a prayer/mediation/. Sometimes my prayer was 'Help me.' Sometimes a prayer was 'Thank you.' What I've discovered is that intimate connection and communication with my creator will always get me through because I know my support, my help, is just a prayer away.

Happy 40th Birthday to me!! For as long as I can remember I've preferred the safety and solitude of living in the clouds. The real world never made much sense to me however I've reached a point in my life where I finally feel grounded in my purpose in the Universe .
