Hello and welcome to the second season of Keímeno!

This episode is about staying the course and realizing the power of HERE!
We give reference to Robin Sharma’s famous book, The 5 AM CLUB

Nothing is wrong with this moment, even if it feels like it’s falling apart.

“Every challenging event you’ve experienced, each toxic person you’ve encountered, and all the trials you’ve endured have been a perfect preparation to make you into the person you are now. You needed these lessons to activate the treasures, talents, and powers that are now awakening within you. You are exactly where you need to be.” - Mr. Stone Riley

We all form part of a rainbow. An array of colors that make a masterpiece. This poem depicts the strange uniformity that the world has come to. It is an encouragement for all of us to summon our inner power. To unleash the greatness that lies within, and gift the world. So let's reach inside and Kaleidoscope!

Keímeno is back from a 3-week recess. It’s always good to rest and recharge. In today’s episode, I talk about
🚧Boundaries🚧 References are taken from the book Boundaries by @drhenrycloudofficial and @dr.john_townsend. In most cases, boundaries are met with resistance, as they’re perceived as being mean or selfish, but this is untrue. Boundaries are meant to protect and give us a sense of control over our lives. There’s no shame in looking out for yourself, especially when it means that it will eventually put you in a better position to help others. Building and sticking to your limits takes some practice, but in the end, the rewards will follow. How are you doing when it comes to setting boundaries? Do you stick to them? Comment below!⬇️

We’re all in pursuit of better. Better careers, better business opportunities, better relationships etc. But the question is: Are you Ready?
If you have aspirations but lack in preparation, you fall at risk of misusing the opportunity granted to you and you may have to wait it out until the season comes again.

Coach John Woods once said “When opportunity comes, it’s too late to prepare.” This means that preparation needs to be done way before an opportunity comes.
I wish you  enlightenment on this very important principle. Happy Listening!

In this episode we talk about Defining our Values!

Everything you think, everything you do and everything you say, is as a result of your values.

Author and speaker Darren Hardy writes in  his book The Compound Effect that it is paramount that we clearly define our values.

If you haven’t already defined your values, you may find yourself making choices that conflict with what you want.

Happy listening!!

Today we talk about Criticism!  The one act we all find easy to do, but hard to accept.

There’s just something about criticism that dries up the bones.

It’s human nature that drives us to pointing fingers, but could we rather read more into why people behave the way they do? To kindly advise without using any forms of sarcasm or demeaning tones?

𝗛𝗮𝗯𝗶𝘁𝘀!

The biggest obstacle to  maintaining good habits is the lack of consistency.

Motivation is great to kick start good habits, but it is only when we find compelling reasons,(our why-power) that we’re more likely to stick to the habits.

On Today’s podcast, I summarize Darren Hardy’s 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘥 𝘌𝘧𝘧𝘦𝘤𝘵 ,where He writes about the power of cultivating good habits over time. A great book to kick start the year!

Today I review The Miracle Morning,(The 6 habits that will transform your life before 8am) by Hal Elrod.

Are you a morning person? What does your daily morning routine look like? Eben Pagan once said: “Your first ritual that you do in the morning is the highest leveraged ritual by far, because it has the effect of setting your mind, and setting the context for the rest of your day.”

I read this best seller, to understand the science behind rising early.

We all have that one thing that’s in our care, tangible or abstract. It may be your home, your marriage, your car, your children or even your finances.

We always rush into wanting more and adding on to the list of things we accumulate and there is absolutely nothing wrong with this need. We’re a few weeks away from the New Year and as always, many of us will be writing down lists of goals we want to achieve. But do we steward well what we already have?

On this episode, I talk about how we can steward well! Enjoy!
