SCOTUS has sent down some seriously important decisions. Today we discuss Trump v Barbara, the Birthright Citizenship case, including its errors and how it can be handled.
Next we tackle Trump v Slaughter, the case that will allow Trump to actually Drain the Swamp by firing resisters. Paired with that is Trump v Cook, where the Court demonstrates cognitive dissonance with the Fed.
Finally, our remaining time covers three gun cases, Hemani, Wolford, and Viramontes. The first was a surprising total victory for the Second Amendment. Wolford told Hawaii that the spirit of aloha wasn't a legal principle, with another solid 2A victory. And the in the third, the Court decided to hear a gun ban case, which should yield us a big win next year.
If the Government tells you something about health, diet, medication, etc., you should immediately turn the TV off. Search reliable sources for the real information. Government does not serve you, it serves its own purposes, and the NIH is an unconstitutional entity, benefiting bureaucrats and drug companies.
Democrats are screaming that Republican gerrymandering is destroying "our democracy." But Red states are only doing what Blue states have done for decades. And by no longer acting like the stupid party, Republicans are likely to increase their majority in the House.
Evil Democrats (but I repeat myself) have taken up the megaphone to declare that Donald Trump has dementia and must be removed via the 25th Amendment. We examine the evidence. It turns out that The Donald is much smarter than the average bear, and is in fact a master strategist.

The shooting in Minneapolis by an ICE agent is predictably being presented as excessive force by law enforcement. A careful examination of the facts shows that it was actually a very proper application of lethal force in self-defense. The laws of all 50 states agree on both the elements and propriety of the act.
Left-wing protesters have no right to interfere with ICE. Further, Minnesota's Governor Walz is brushing very close to armed sedition or treason with his orders to the Minnesota National Guard.
It's easy to say that a particular person violated the public trust and corruptly took funds allocated by Congress for Day Care, Autism treatment, or any of a hundred other "worthy" causes. But when citizen journalist Nick Shirley found $110 million in fraud in just one day, one has to ask if that's the real story. Or is the story actually that, beginning during the New Deal, the Supreme Court ripped the Enumerated Powers Clause (Art I, Section 8) out of the Constitution with United States v. Butler in 1936 and Helvering v. Davis in 1937. These decisions declared that the Enumerated Powers did not in any way restrict the things that Congress could spend your tax dollars on.
We are used to thinking about Christmas in the story of a little baby. But was Jesus just the "meek and mild" person who came to die on the Cross for our sins? That story is true, but there's much more, and it shows in current events. The evil at Brown University and Bondi Beach are just the opening evil acts. The responses to those acts are just as evil.
The biggest buzz term from the Left is "gun violence." But you put a fully loaded gun out in the open with the safety off, and it won't kill Turning Point members or Bondi Beach bathers. Guns don't commit violent acts. Bad people commit those violent acts.
The Left is slandering RFK Jr's effort to restore scientific inquiry to governmental actions to protect our health. Vaccines are harmful, and have never met proper scientific examination. RFK is not antivaccine, he's pro-science. But the Left claims the opposite, completely with foundation. Their lies perpetuate policies that harm us, and this makes them evil in a secular sense.
Trump's legal team appears to be a bit set back by legal rulings in the James Comey and Letitia James cases, but as the adage says, "It ain't over till it's over." The DOJ has six months to re-file indictments against them. And for general interest, two of our favorite villains, Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell are about to get in similar legal hock. Stay tuned!
The evil we see from the Left: blaming Trump, blaming MAGA, killing Charlie Kirk, and so on... is nothing new. It has been the pattern of evil from the earliest days, and is evident from biblical history.

The Left screamed that no one is above the law while prosecuting Donald Trump for non-crimes.
The First Amendment protects speech, even hate speech. But there are limits. You can't incite someone to commit a crime. And even without incitement, there are professions where celebrating Kirk's murder demonstrates your lack of fitness. In the military it's criminal to do so.
The assassination of Charlie Kirk was an act of pure evil. But few truly understand what that word means.
Multiple "inferior courts" (pun intended) are refusing to follow the Supreme Court's declaration of precedent on a variety of issues. In particular, SCOTUS declared that you cannot ban "arms in common use FOR LAWFUL PURPOSES." These courts are declaring that the citizen must show that they are "in common use FOR SELF DEFENSE." This same sort of twisting the law is in common use by Democrat judges who simply refuse to obey the Supreme Court.
We're seeing an epidemic of transgender mass murderers. They were all seriously depressed, and likely on SSRIs that can cause murderous thoughts. There are serious roadblocks to being able to identify them before they kill innocents.
It's essential that we create a safe harbor in HIPAA for reporting these deranged people before they pull the trigger. It's also essential that we get rid of the orthodoxy that transgender is somehow "normal."
And, BTW, "assault weapon" is a meaningless term.
The Supreme Court has made it clear that you have a right to carry a weapon pretty much everywhere. Unfortunately, many lower courts are ignoring the Supreme Court. So let's set the stage. Next time we'll cover some ways that lower courts are dodging their duty.

Federal Judge Boasberg takes his oath very lightly. He completely ignores the federal rules of judicial ethics, and is utterly unrestrained by the Supreme Court precedents that regulate him. Is it any surprise that he is happy to rule against the Trump administration? Of course, then there's the rest of the story.

They were stunned when Trump beat Hillary, so they stole the 2020 election. They thought they had gotten rid of him, but he rose again in 2022. Since Trump is a lethal threat to their psychopathic drive to rule, he had to be taken out. First, lawfare in NY, GA, DC, and FL were tried, but all have failed. This left them with one option, termination with extreme prejudice.
We don't know if Crooks was operating under LIHOP (Let It Happen On Purpose) or MIHOP (Make It Happen On Purpose), but divine intervention saved America. But, as Dan Bongino said, it would happen again. And on Sunday, another shooter tried. He almost certainly had inside help, since Trump decided at the last minute to play golf, and the shooter was waiting. But he violated sniper doctrine and let his gunbarrel be seen.
The Feds are scrambling to prevent us from knowing anything, but it's very clear he, like Crooks, was a left wing loonie. We don't know how many patsies they have in the wings, but it's pretty clear that the swamp is mortally afraid of what Trump will do to them. And it can't happen soon enough.
Trump's debate performance showcased his worst tendencies. Harris got under his skin. He may have won on substance, but she won on style, giving her a boost. But even if she "won" the debate, she almost certainly lost the election because of the fracking issue. It's a huge employer in Pennsylvania, and she has pledged to eliminate it.
There is a large undercurrent of self-declared Christians who declare that they cannot vote for Donald Trump "on moral grounds." The arguments are that he is sexually immoral and that his pro-life stance isn't doctrinaire enough. Both positions are fatally flawed, and "Christians" who hold them need to look in the mirror.

And the final act. New York Attorney General got elected with a promise to convict Donald Trump. Now it looks like his Grand Jury is ready to ride him out of town on a rail for prosecutorial misconduct.

Every public intervention against COVID has been completely counterproductive. "Vaccines" accelerated the development of resistant viruses. They were manufactured to create the deadliest part of the disease. And they had genetic coding that suppressed immunity. This has lead to new variants that no vaccine prevents, vaccine injuries, increased cancers, and increases in all-cause mortality. The best treatment is prevention with Ivermectin, Zinc, and Vitamin D.
The Red Tsunami didn't happen. Or did it, and we were looking at the wrong thing? How did the Dems do so well in the Senate and House?
There were tactical and practical mistakes in the campaigns, but the real campaign was lost two years ago when voter registration cleanup didn't happen. Democrat ballot box stuffing can be prevented. Wisconsin showed us how.
When SCOTUS overturned Roe, there was wailing and gnashing of teeth on the Left. But when examined closely, there's little for them to be upset about. Where they control the state, they can make abortion a standard practice. But they can't force it on other states.
The other issue is the foundation of the practice. Is it really all about the woman's body? Does she really have a right to choose after the fact of conception? What are the religious and philosophical roots of the discussion? And is it actually "health care?"

The Law is quite simple. It's the words on the paper, as understood by the people who wrote them and explained by how they were applied shortly after enactment. Nothing more, nothing less. But somehow Lefties who have gone through law school don't seem to understand that. And they yell very loudly to try to convince you that they are correct.
We look at recent Supreme Court cases with an eye toward how Lefty Lawyers twist (or simply ignore) the facts. This leaves one question. Do they really believe what they're saying? Or are they just trying to get the normal processes short circuited in order to gain power?
Maureen Dowd of the New York Times is one of the "leading lights" of the hard Left. But Dowd simply cannot be bothered to look at facts when writing her screeds. So I take one of her latest pieces to show how the Left simply lies when it cannot allow the facts to get in their way. Incidentally, it's very likely that Dowd actually believes what she says. She's said it so loudly and so often that she has become incapable of hearing the truth. Unfortunately, this affliction is very common on the Left.
The US Supreme Court did far more than overturn the Sullivan Law and Roe v. Wade. It laid down a couple of very important markers. First, Constitutional rights cannot be limited by courts that "balance" rights versus state "interests." Once a right is identified, the state may only invade it under extremely limited conditions. Next, identifying the nature of the right requires a careful analysis of the language in which it is stated. That's called "textualism." Finally, it must be illuminated by the actions and writings of the people of that time, not our changing arguments about policy today.
These principles should allow our Federal Courts to roll back the excesses of the Progressive Courts. No wonder the Left is so hysterical.
