Malachi 3.13-18
Sermon by Adam Cetrangolo given on 17 December 2017.
Malachi is the last book of the Old Testament and the final word from God for 400 years prior to the beginning of the Gospel period.
The exiles have returned to the promised land but it is not the lush, beautiful place it once was. Their devotion to the Lord had become lukewarm at best and offensive at worst and they were looking a lot like their ancestors at the time of the exile. By responding to six disputes the Lord through Malachi is going to show some tough love in order to His people back on track.
