Healing the Witch Wound

View Details

Hidden in shame and secrecy, the pain of abortion is almost always in isolation. Scared to share one of our deepest wounds, women around the world suffer in silence.

The stigma of abortion has divided people for a very long time, and post-abortive women have felt the brunt of that division.

Fear of judgement, criticism, rejection, abandonment, and ridicule, post abortive women have remained tight lipped in a world that tells us we have a right to choose.

As a post-abortive women, I know first hand the shame and secrecy that comes with that choice.

I suffered for years, unable to share my deepest wound, because I feared what others would think of me.

In a world that fights for women’s rights, no-one gives the post-abortive woman permission to grieve.

They’re suffering and grieving alone, painfully hurting on the inside, while putting on a brave face to the outside world.

I believe post abortive women have the right to grieve.

I believe post abortive women have the right to heal.

I believe post abortive women have the right to forgive themselves.

I believe post abortive women have the right to connect with the sacred soul who was lost.

Sacred Should is a 6 week healing journey for the post-abortive woman.

In this journey we will:

Connect with and share our story.

Uncover limiting beliefs from this soul wound.

Recognize unhealthy patterns and behaviors from this wound.

Grieve and Release our Sacred Soul

Heal our wombs and wounds

Celebrate our journey.

By doing so, we can truly live in free, and embody fearless, fabulous freedom.

You may be thinking, I’m fine, I made my choice and have dealt with it.

Yet, the impact of abortion is pervasive. It leaves an incredibly deep wound that most women don’t recognize.

It shows up in different behaviors:

Control

Self-Sabotage

Numbing with Substances

Unhealthy Relationships

Limiting Beliefs

Feeling Stuck

Blocked or Stuck Emotions

We make excuse and ignore the way this wound has been showing up in our lives, because we believe it’s too painful to look back on that part of our story.

I understand. I didn’t want to look back their either. The resistance that came up was heavy and I “everything’s fined” my way through life.

But everything wasn’t fine.

Many of my relationships were unhealthy.

I numbed with alcohol.

I was a terrible communicator.

I put up thick walls.

My emotions were all over the place.

I didn’t like who I saw staring back at me in the mirror.

I self-sabotaged constantly.

I hid parts of myself and never shared my emotions.

Finding freedom and healing from this soul/womb wound is vital to our journey of healing, growth and expansion.

Our wombs are sacred portals, a place of creation and power however they also store trauma that needs to be healed and released.

As we heal this soul sound, we’ll also focus on womb healing through vaginal steaming.

This practice, has been around for ages, used by healers, around the world with its roots based in China, Africa, Central America and South American and Korea. In Sanskrit “Yoni” means vagina or womb.

This practice is sacred and something I believe all women should partake in.

So, my Sacred Sister, are you ready to step-in and reclaim this sacred space, heal one of your deepest wounds, and reclaim your freedom.

The group will begin March 27th

Time: 1pm EST-3pm EST via zoom

Space is limited.

17 Ways To Raise Your VibrationThe quantity and quality of our energy flow deeply affects our emotions, thoughts and reactions. The quality of our relationships, productivity, creativity and health all depend upon creating a high level of harmoniously flowing energy. The following techniques and ways of life will aid us in building a freer and more positive energy flow and raise your vibrations.

  1. Proper Diet: Few of us realize the powerful effect of a proper diet not only on our physical health, but also on our emotional, mental and spiritual states. A clean diet can create greater health, more positive emotional states, clearer mental functioning, and increased spiritual attunement.

  2. Supplements: If we suspect our emotional state may also be the result of a worn down nervous system, we might benefit from a strong multivitamin and mineral supplement for one month.

  3. Fasting: We can dramatically improve how we feel with short one-day fasts, or a “mono-diet” in which we eat only one type of food, such as apples, watermelon or grapes. When fasting, some may experience an increase of symptoms if a “healing crisis” is provoked. A beginner in this process should be assisted by an experienced guide.

  4. Herbs and Flower Essence: Some herbs can be very calming and/or invigorating, offering an extra boost which may give us the needed optimism we need to make internal changes.

  5. Daily Physical Exercise: The body is a living machine, and like all machines, it needs to move or it will begin to develop problems. Exercise is essential not only for a healthy muscular, skeletal, and circulatory system, but also for a relaxed nervous system and balanced endocrine system. This systemic harmony is necessary for emotional and mental peace.

  6. Breathing Techniques: These are essential for the abundant flow of vital energy throughout the body and mind. Bio-energy is the basis of all physical and mental functions. Breathing exercises are one of the most effective ways to increase our energy level and keep it steady and harmonious so we will be less susceptible to low emotional states or illness. We should, however, have the guidance of a person experienced in breathing techniques before we begin.

  7. Daily Deep Relaxation:This will calm the muscles, nerves and all other bodily systems, and thus rejuvenate the body and the mind. Deep relaxation, in conjunction with the above-mentioned techniques, contributes to the development of a strong and healthy immune system as well as a form of self-therapy from psychosomatic illnesses.

  8. Creative Self Expression: This is much more important to our physical, emotional and spiritual health and harmony than most people imagine. Humans are creative beings. Our purpose on Earth is to create in some way. We might create a painting, a piece of music, a dance, a family, a business, ect. Creative self-expression is essential for our health, harmony and happiness.

  9. Meaningful Activity: This is necessary for us to feel that our life is worth living. If we do not see what we are doing as meaningful, useful or helpful in some way, we lose our reason to exist, and our health and happiness gradually deteriorate.

  10. Massage: Shiatsu massage, polarity massage, spiritual healing, Reiki and other such energy-oriented types of massage can be especially effective in relaxing the nervous system and reducing negativity.

  11. Cleansing Techniques: One simple method is to increase the number of showers or baths. Contact with water can be healing and calming.

  12. Emotional Release: We might need to partake in a program of emotional release under the guidance of an experienced professional, who can help us release pent up emotions which undermine our health and energy level.

  13. Social Harmonization: We need to discover and overcome any fears or beliefs that prevent us from feeling comfortable with others.

  14. Spiritual Orientation: Each of us has their own personal relationship with the universe. Whether or not we adhere to any particular religion, it is important for our inner balance that we feel and cultivate our relationship with the whole as humanity, as nature, or as Spirit.

  15. Self Knowledge: We need to understand our own inner mechanisms, needs, desires, fears, expectations, beliefs and subconscious workings in order to free ourselves from the negative emotions, mechanisms, which undermine our health, happiness and relationships.

  16. Enlightening The Subconscious: This aspect of self-improvement usually requires an experienced professional who can help us reprogram the subconscious with positive, more objective beliefs and perceptions of ourselves, others, and the world.

  17. Unconditional Love: Showing this towards ourselves and others is the ultimate key to a high and harmonious energy flow.

I’ve been deep diving into somatic practices.

One of the things I’ve learned is that anytime we have any sort of trauma or hurt, that energy gets stuck in our body.

Many of us are operating with stuck energy, not understanding that some of our behaviors and actions are actually from past hurt and trauma.

In order to move the energy out, we have to do a few things:

  1. Recognize that there actually is stuck energy
  2. Identify where the energy is and what it feels like
  3. Use a somatic practice to move it out

The other morning I had a feeling over heaviness over me. We’ve had a lot going on, and it was showing up in my body as a tightness in my chest and hips.

I chose three songs: Taylor Swift’s Shake it Off, Shakira’s Hips Don’t Lie, & Bruno Mars 24K.

I closed the door to my office, blared the three songs, and danced like no-one was watching.

Moving that energy out of my body was a game changer. I shared more about this experience in my private FB group.

There are so many beautiful somatic practices to help you move negative energy out of your body.

If you want to start, pick 3 songs, and start moving.

There’s a beautiful shift that happens as we age, and my forties have been an incredible time of self discovery and expansion. I’ve come to a place where I actually love who I am, and love the life I live. There was a time where I didn't always feel this way. I was afraid of getting older and didn't want to age, however I have found that my forties truly are fabulous.

Here's why:

  1. The power of positive self talk: In my younger years, I was super critical of myself. The negative tape that played in my head was extremely unkind. I'm at a place in my life where I know the power behind a positive mindset and have "Flipped the Script" on negativity all together. A positive mindset is the foundation of a positive life.
  2. Loving myself completely: I can honestly say I love who I am, every single part of me. I've embraced and accepted myself for who I am, and can look at myself in the mirror and say I love you, I truly love you. (see above).
  3. Healthy Body Image: I actually have a healthy body image (finally!). I embrace my body and treat it well. Back in the day I was so hard on myself. Today, I accept my body, rolls and all, and love everything it does for me.
  4. Traded Idle Conversation for Deep Conversation: I've let gossip go and traded it in for deep meaningful conversation. I have no time for idle crap and love to connect deeply with other people.
  5. Hormones are a Bitch: Oh hormones! They can make you feel like you are on a roller coaster. Managing them and getting them balances was life changing. Don't let them control you, get help so you can get those suckers under control.
  6. Honestly Expressing Myself: I can honestly express myself without feeling guilty or worried. My feelings matter and expressing them openly and honestly has expanded my life is positive ways.
  7. Sleep is Vital, so is Water: Two major areas that every woman should incorporate is good sleep and drink your water!
  8. A healthy lifestyle beats any fad diet: I've tried them all: low carb, no carb, Keto, South Beach, Atkins, Weight Watchers, Diet Pills, you name it, I've tried it. Sure they all work in the beginning however when you stop utilizing them, your weight pretty much creeps back up on you. A healthy diet and exercise are key.
  9. You can't please everyone: There was a time where I was a people pleaser. UGH. So annoying. I'm thankful I have realized I can't please everyone and I don't have to!
  10. Toxic People are not welcome: I've gotten rid of the toxic people in my life and can now spot them a mile away. They are no longer welcome in my life and I don't feel guilty about that.
  11. Not everyone likes you: This goes right along with people pleasing and toxic people. When you learn not everyone likes you and embrace that, you're world changes. You're not everyone's flavor and that's okay!
  12. Friendships change: I've found that friendships change. They grow, expand and sometimes end. This too is okay. The universe has a way of brining new friendships into your life, that are in alignment with who you are.
  13. You can still be sexy: Yes you can. Sexiness doesn't fly out the window when you turn forty. You can still be sexy and fabulous if you want to be. Sexiness is different for everyone, find out what makes you feel sexy and do more of that.
  14. Open to New Adventures: I love traveling and any chance I get to to take a trip, I jump on it. Life is an adventure, why not embrace that?
  15. No is a full sentence: I have to admit, this is one of my favorites. You don't owe anyone an explanation No is truly a full sentence.

Share below in the comments something you've discovered about yourself as you’ve grown older!

Happy New Year Wild Heart!

I love the beginning of something new, don't you? There's something magickal about turning the page and starting a new chapter.

2022 was full of highs and lows for me and I know was that way for many of our Wild Tribe.

I believe life is just like that, and as a human being, we're going to experience all that life has to offer, good and bad. Which is why it's so important to have a tribe of women around you.

I shared last week that my word for the year was Magick.

Did you pick a word for yourself? Some of our tribe has been sharing their word with me, and I would love to hear what word you are going to take into this new year. Comment below with your word.

Which leads me to my few next questions.

  • What is it that you desire?
  • What are those dreams in your heart that you've yet to birth?
  • What does your life look like if it was everything you imagined?

I was working with a client the other day and we were talking about desire. I believe that the desires that are within us, were given to us to be birthed. That it's our divine birthright to bring them to fruition. We wouldn't have them within us otherwise.

So many women (perhaps you?) are sitting on the sidelines, watching others make their dreams and desires a reality, while silently wishing they could have all that they desire too.

I was one of those women.

I was stuck in a corporate job I resented. Working my ass off to enhance a company, all while losing my sparkle for life. There was so much I envisioned for myself, but I was afraid to step-in to my desires.

Fear has a way of doing that.

It keeps us stuck in resistance and from moving forward with our dreams.

Old programming and old stories have a way of making us believe we are unworthy, not enough, too old, too young, too much, too (fill in the blank.)

It's why I now do the work that I do.

It's why I am opening up my books to take on one on one clients.

Yesterday, in a training I'm attending, I had the honor of being coached by my mentor, Joanna Lindenbaum. I'm in her 10 month practitioner training and am blown away by all that I am learning, things I didn't learn in graduate school, and feel should have been there. Anyway, our topic over the last couple of weeks has been Befriending Your Fear, and I had a lot of fear and resistance popping up.

She walked me so beautifully through connecting with my fear through a somatic practice. I cried. I was so overwhelmed with all that was coming though for me.

Two of my biggest fears are "I'm too much & people are going to criticize me." This is why I self-sabotage.

I tell you this because even though I do this work with clients, I'm not immune to it. I feel fear. I resist. I procrastinate. And all of these have to do with my fear of being too much and being criticized.

When you can make that connection, and really allow yourself to befriend your fear, that's when things change. That's when you can make your desires your reality.

This morning, I shared this story in depth over on my facebook page. You can hop over there to listen.

How do you want to feel?

What do you desire?

Are you living the life you dreamed of?

Are there dreams waiting to be birthed?

Has fear kept you on the sidelines?

Here are some of the things I wanted to feel and am feeling in my life:

Nourished

Lit up

Connected

Juicy

Lucious

Thriving

Excited

Soft

Sensual

Creative

In Flow

and so many others.

2023 is the year of the DIVINE FEMININE. Of birthing our DIVINE DESIRES and creating a life you love.

As a former mental health therapist, and having worked with women for over 15 years, the work I do isn't like anyone else's. It's intuitive and customized to you and what you desire. I don't use a cookie cutter system because I believe your individual needs should be at the forefront of the work we do.

Let's make 2023 the year you get off the sidelines, and start truly living a life you love.

Stay Wild,

I’ve been releasing anything that’s felt heavy over the last few months.

At the end of August I began to feel a heaviness settle over me.

I was tired, irritable, and feeling extremely distracted.

My norm is to suck it up and push through, but something inside of me was aching.

Aching for a slow down, aching to feel lighter, aching to not feel so scattered, aching to have more time for me.

As September rolled around, I knew there were things I needed to release but the thought of letting them go was unsettling.

Who would I be without them?

How could I let them go?

I realized my identity was wrapped up in many things that were making me feel heavy.

Heavy energy is no joke.

When you feel it, you can’t ignore it.

So I began the release.

Some people were upset with me. Others appreciated my honesty. Others wondered what was wrong.

For me personally, there was freedom in the release.

Letting go is never easy, especially when we’ve allowed our identity to get wrapped up in things.

But the sweetness that comes from listening to your higher self is pure bliss.

I feel lighter.

I feel expansive.

I feel curious.

I feel energized.

I feel focused.

But most of all, I feel FREE.

Take a moment to check in with yourself.

Does anything feel heavy?

Where in your body are you feeling the heaviness?

What do you need to release?

Do you every struggle with feeling unworthy?

Feelings of unworthiness are rampant among women. They struggle with feeling as though they don't measure up, aren't good enough, or just feel as though they don't deserve any better.

I get it. I was once one of those women. For a very long time, I struggled with those feelings of unworthiness which of course led to negative behaviors on my part, which then led to negative consequences.

I never felt as though I deserved any better than what I had. I started to settle. I started to believe that this was all there was to life so I had better get used to it. I felt completely stuck in my life with no clear direction on how to change it.

Do you ever feel this way?

I have worked on myself since 2002. That was the year I finally said, "enough is enough." I took back control of my life by going within, dealing with all my junk and learning to love myself for who I was.

Yes, It took some time. There was a lot to clear out. Negative patterns and beliefs are a little tricky to overcome at first. They've been with us for so long we believe they're true, but the truth is they can be overcome and replaced by new beliefs.

I use to believe my past defined me. UGH. That was a huge one to get over. What I learned is, my past does not define me. My past is full of lessons teaching me two things, what I want and what I don't want. That's it. There's nothing I've done in my past that defines me today. I don't let my past hold me back because at the time, I was doing the best I could with the information I had. Yes, I had some faulty information, so my decisions weren't great, but they still didn't define who I was.

I want you to know, your past doesn't define you either. Nothing, I mean, nothing that you have done, defines who you are.

You are worthy.
You are enough.
You are worth it.
You are beautiful.
You are good.

I just wanted you to know that this morning.

Can you do something for me? Can say the following out loud:

  1. At this moment, I choose to release the past and look forward to the good that awaits me.
  2. With each new breath, I inhale strength and exhale fear. I am learning that it is safe for me to heal and grow.
  3. At this moment, I choose to feel calm and peaceful. Everything is unfolding as it should.
  4. I choose to fill my mind with positive, nurturing, and healing thoughts.
  5. There are no mistakes, only lessons to be learned. I did the best I could.

Did you do it? Good. Now take them with you and say them to yourself every day. I promise you, you'll start to feel a positive shift in your life.

I'm always in your corner!

I was incredibly hurt.

On Saturday, I found out that someone I considered a friend, blocked me on social media.

I had no idea I was blocked until I specifically asked a mutual friend.

At first, I was really hurt.

I cared about this person and I loved our connection.

You see, this person was upset that I was offering 2023 Energy Readings.

It’s funny because it took a lot of courage for me to even put those readings out there. I was scared to do so, because it was way out of my comfort zone, and all the limited beliefs from my past were popping into my head as to why I shouldn’t.

So to have this happen, was at first, a slap in the face.

I wanted to take down my offering, because I felt like I had done something wrong.

But the more I thought about it, the more I realized, I wasn’t wrong and this doesn’t have anything to do with me, and everything to with her own wounds.

The sister wound is real.

It’s painful.

It makes women not trust other women.

Years ago, this would have taken me out.

I would have pulled down my offering. I would have felt guilty. I would have cried and I would have reminded myself, “This is why I don’t trust other women.”

But being a certified master level circle facilitator with Sistership circle, I’ve done a lot of work around the sister wound.

I was able to understand that this person’s reaction was all about her and really had nothing to do with me.

I didn’t do anything wrong.

Women (and men) all over the world offer Energy Readings.

Women all over the world facilitate women’s circles.

Women all over the world, offer online courses.

I’ve circled with women all of the world, and often, we’ll pull the same outline from Sistership Circle and use it for our own circles.

We actually show up for each other. We support each other. We empower each other because we know how important circling is.

There’s NO COMPETITION.

Here’s the thing:

Just because we’re using the same outline, doesn’t mean our circle is the same.

Just because I’m providing Energy Readings, doesn’t mean they’re like anyone else’s.

My magic isn’t like your magic, or anyone else’s.

My vibe isn’t like your vibe, or anyone else’s.

My passion isn’t like your passion, or anyone else’s.

That’s the beauty of it.

So whether I’m circling, providing energy readings, facilitating my online groups, they’re not like anyone else’s.

There’s room for everyone to provide their magic to the world.

I will never block you or not be your friend, if you started to facilitate women’s circle. I would cheer you on and support you in anyway I could.

I would do the same, if you provided energy readings, or wrote a book, or put an online course together.
Because I REFUSE to be a part the divide.

I REFUSE to continue the feed the sister wound.

Part of my mission is to heal the sister wound, and although this did hurt at first, I’m able to see it for what it is. Someone got triggered and operated out of their own wounding.

All this to say, don’t let anyone derail you. Be You. Share your magic with the world.

And if someone doesn’t like it, or feels threatened by your magic, keep sharing it. I will always support you.

Stay Wild XOXO

To descend into our darkness isn’t an easy journey, but I believe it’s a necessary one.

Most of the time we suppress our shadows because of what they bring up for us

Shame, fear, betrayal, longing, passion, hurt, hunger, broken trust, intuitiveness, transparency, embarrassment, hidden truths, etc.

Who we are at our core is hidden in our shadows. If we can’t look at them we’re choosing to suppress pieces of ourselves.

The descent will be difficult, but it will also be transformative and expensive.

Choosing the darkness means you recognize you are both dark and light.

You find your voice in the descent, your true voice, the one you’ve allowed to be hidden from the world.

Who are you beneath the shadows? What parts of you have you hidden? What do you fear you’ll find in the descent?

Acknowledging our shadows is where healing begins and ends.

When you allow yourself to be cracked wide open, your truth will be undeniable.

Don’t hold out on yourself. Don’t “everything’s fine” your way through life.

Be there for you.

Descend and transform.

Acknowledge and release.

Align with your truth.

Believe in your divinity.

Be open to expansion.

Your truth matters.

Who you are at your core matters.

When we women descend into the shadows, we transform not only ourselves but the entire collective.

Where have you been holding out on yourself?

Do you believe in your own magic?

It’s time to live below the surface, let go of the charade and open up to your truth.

Because below the surface is where there is depth, where there is truth, where there is undeniable expansion.

What would it look like if you descended into your shadows, healed there and opened up to your divine truth?

How will you know?

How will you know if it’s the right path for you?

How will you know when it’s time to close a door?

How will you know when it’s time to try something new?

How will you know when it’s time to pivot?

How will you know when….(insert here).

Your body has all the answers.

We’ve been conditioned to disconnect from our inner knowing.

The world tells us to “do, do, do” yet our body tells us something different.

If we listen…

How do you listen to your body, to your inner knowing?

By slowing down.

By listening.

By meditating.

By journaling.

By grounding.

By getting vulnerable.

By trusting your instincts.

By nourishing yourself: mind, body, soul.

It took me a very long time to reconnect to my body/my inner knowing.

The programming was deep.

It wasn’t until I got sick and tired of feeling sick and tired, that I began to wake up and reconnect.

The worlds view on how we “should” be, is all wrong, in my humble opinion.

Rushed, overworked, stretched thin, exhausted, disconnected, depressed, anxious, are not how we were intended to exist.

Alignment with our truth is where we should be operating from. Connected, engaged, expansive, unhurried, soul-led, in flow, soft….

Take an inventory of where you are. Are you living connected and aligned or are you living disconnected?

My inner mean girl has been an a rampage for the last week.

She’s questioned my parenting, used every negative belief I’ve ever had against me, has had me crying more than I’ve cried in a very long time, and had me really wanting to throw in the towel and just runaway.

My inner mean girl (ego) can be a real bitch.

Old stories rose to the surface and she did everything she could to break me.

After all these years, she should know me better.

I don’t give up.

I may kick and scream and cry for a while, but I ALWAYS RISE.

I’ve down enough work on myself and have surrounded myself with the most amazing souls, to not lose myself to my inner mean girl.

It’s not always easy. Old programs and paradigms die hard.

Today, I was able to thank her and let her know her opinions and critiques aren’t welcome.

Here’s the thing, even though I do the work that I do, I’m not immune to hard times.

I struggle.

I doubt.

I cry.

I hurt.

I retreat.

I want to run.

So I always give myself space to feel all the feels. To allow myself to acknowledge whatever’s coming up, even the really hard, shitty stuff.

It’s part of our humanness.

And being human means life isn’t all sunshine and unicorns.

I share this with you because I want you to know you are not alone.

Life can be incredibly difficult at times, but it’s also beautiful and expansive.

If you are feeling as though you don’t have a tribe or a safe place to land, I’m here.

DM me, email me, join my private FB group.

Women need other women.

And I have a unbridled passion for connection, healing and expansion for every woman on this planet.

When women heal, the world heals.

When women come together, magic happens.

When women share from a deep, authentic place, we tear down the programming that has told us to remain quiet and small.

We RISE together Wild Heart.

Don’t go it alone. 🦚💖

Is Peri-Menopause a great awakening?

Yes, or at least it can be.

It’s a time to look at how you feel, rediscover who you, and embrace your desires.

For most women, we’ve put ourselves on the back burner for much of our lives. Raising children, our career and our significant other have taken precedence over ourselves. Although we’ve done this willingly, without out thought or care, we’re in a chapter now where we can pour into ourselves. Give in to those desires and urges and create a beautiful newness to our lives, where we can go within, figure out what it is we want and how we want to feel.

How do you want to feel?

Do you constantly feel negative emotion?

Those negative emotions are your guidance system to those places you need to heal and let go of.

Only you can change you.

This is the time to stop blaming others for where you are in your life and start taking responsibility for where you are and how you feel.

Sure, situations and people can make you feel a certain way, but only because you continue to allow it.

I played the blame game for far too long.

Playing that game led to a myriad of negative emotions because I never had to be accountable for where I was or how I was feeling.

I simply had to place blame else where.

But in doing so nothing changed The negative emotions I felt were still there, like a lighthouse in the darkness, they were a beacon showing me what I needed to heal and let go of.

Midlife is a time to examine what it is you want and how you want to feel. A time to embody who you truly are and start allowing yourself to step toward your dreams and those good feelings you’ve been longing for.

It’s time to let your creativity flow Wild Heart.

Heal those places that you’ve left unhealed, forgive yourself and embrace this beautiful vibrant time.

It’s here for you.

So I ask you again, how do you want to feel?

It’s not linear.

It’s an ever evolving journey to becoming your best self.

We had a beautiful circle last night which revolved around the theme of “renewal.”

The women that stepped in shared so deeply and openly. I’m always so honored that they trust me with this journey.

I’m not gonna lie. I had a rough week. My back pain was out of control and I was in excruciating pain for days. I wanted to cancel this circle. I didn’t want to show up. I wanted to pull the covers over my head and just sleep until the pain went away.
