I think from previous employers making us believe seeing as many people as possible was normal...made us think that is what we needed to do in our business. Hi guys! Welcome to my own little personal episode. Behind the Masque with Miranda! I honestly don't like telling my story because it stirs up a lot of bad memories. But, I am really proud of myself for not giving up. A lot of people told me no. A lot of people took advantage of the nice girl. And eventually I had enough. In the end, this is my story and how I've conquered through everything along the way! It just goes to show, you can go through hell and still come out ok on the other side. Don't give up on your dreams. If something is pulling you in a certain direction, listen to it. If you have a gut feeling about something, its most likely right. And never let anyone make you feel like you cannot do something. Just go for it.

In this episode we talk about beating to our own drum and being different. The social norm surrounding trends and the added pressure can get to us sometimes. Can you relate? Just because we are estheticians, that does not mean we're great at social media! You don't have to be, to be successful. Do you find yourself doing things that don't brig you joy in your business? In this episode we deep dive into the people we have grown into this year. Growth is very uncomfortable and being vulnerable is even more uncomfortable. But, you need both to ultimately become the person you were always meant to be. I think we all struggle with this at some point in our lives.
