As we begin our Lenten journey, Fr. Tom and Avery start a study of Paul's Letter to the Ephesians. Every week they will cover one chapter and discuss how Paul is speaking to us today, and specifically his call during this Lenten season.

This episode was recorded in November of 2021, but in it, Fr. Tom and Avery discuss the beauty and absolute need for silence, stillness, and solitude in the Christian life.

On the last day of 2021, Fr. Tom and Avery share their "words of the year" and resolutions for 2022!

The word of the year is an anchor and a lighthouse as we navigate the upcoming year! In addition, resolutions allow us to overcome vice and grow in virtue!

This 2022 we challenge you all to pray and ponder on a word of the year, or to select some resolutions that will help you grow in 2022!

May God bless you all in this new year and allow it to be full of new life and new graces at every moment!
