You ever feel like your the Toxic one? like you feel and think that your a Narcissist or a people pleaser, but you know; you don't want to be either one of those things? We all feel like we're walking through life alone... but the truth is.... we're not. We need each other, even when we don't think we do; that's when we need each other the most. it's WE against the world, its US against the world. right? In this episode, I talk about some of my toxic traits. such as, what I think of when people look at me and judge me behind my back. why I keep seeking everyones approval, as if we all should care about what other people think of us. what we or "I" in this case, am going through lately and what my journey has lead me and where I am now, but I Hope you all can relate somehow or another.

from your good friend, David

As I peeled back the layers of my struggle with anxiety and the quest for acceptance in my new dream job in mental health, I never imagined the chord it would strike with so many. This episode is a raw look into the heart of someone navigating the tempestuous waters of self-discovery, professional growth, and personal healing—all without the crutch of medication. It's a story not just about facing one's demons, but about the power of forging connections with others and with oneself.

Through the hum of the daily commute and the echo of my own thoughts, I bring to light the often-unspoken trials of balancing our inner battles with the demands of a career that's both fulfilling and challenging. My journey isn't just about coping with the nervousness and shyness that resurfaced after stepping away from medication—it's also a testament to the strength found in natural remedies, spiritual connections, and the healing rhythms of music. This episode is a testimony to the intricate dance between the professional masks we wear and the personal identities we grapple with, set to the soundtrack of a life lived in earnest pursuit of meaning.

In sharing my story, I extend an invitation to listeners to weave their own narratives into the tapestry of this conversation. Whether it's grappling with the nuances of family dynamics, the bittersweet symphony of past friendships, or the simple act of saying "sorry" and "thank you"—this episode embraces the complexities of human relationships and the catharsis of creative self-expression. It’s a reminder of the importance of placing self-care at the forefront of our lives, and an affirming nod to the beauty of carving our own path, underscored by the hope that together, we might find solace in our shared experiences.

Are you tired of using your daily coping skills? well... you're not alone.  I got you. In troubling times like these. we have to stick together. that is the main goal of life. we are one. this world is so demented and full of bad but, its also full of good. we have to enjoy what ahead of us rather than to worry about the past. you cant worry about the future. don't worry about the future alone. we will figure that out together.  I care about each and every one of you. In this second episode i talk about strategies that helped me and hopefully it'll help you. it does contain triggers so listen to your own caution. please don't use the bad coping skills i talk about and use them to help you. thats me.
