This podcast is about what it is like to live with BPD. Living with BPD and recovering from it is a long journey and process. There are coping tools and discussions in this podcast about my personal life experiences and tools I have gained from therapy. All are welcome to listen to this podcast to gain understanding of what BPD is and what it is like to live with BPD. I also strive to advocate for those with BPD among other mental illnesses so that our needs are heard and met.
Relationships are one of the most difficult topics for a person with BPD. If you know someone with BPD, or if you have BPD, you may have lived through the experience of having intense interpersonal relationships. This episode talks about my experience and what relationships are like for me and the types of emotions which arise during my interactions with other people.
