Hello Hello and welcome back to my podcast!
In the busyness of life and the pursuit for things be careful not to forget about your soul.
”But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. Those who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.“
1 Timothy 6:6-10 NIV

May you be encouraged to be content with what you have and not waste away trying attain vain things.
Thanks for listening as always and until next time, stay blessed!

Hello hello and welcome back to my podcast!
It’s Holy Week! .. let us reflect on Christs journey to the cross to save us ..
“Above all powers
Above all kings
Above all nature and all created things
Above all wisdom and all the ways of man
You were here before the world began
Above all kingdoms
Above all thrones
Above all wonders the world has ever known
Above all wealth and treasures of the earth
There's no way to measure what You're worth
Crucified
Laid behind the stone
You lived to die
Rejected and alone
Like a rose trampled on the ground
You took the fall
And thought of me
Above all”
Thanks as always for listening and until next time stay blessed!
Hello Hello and welcome back!
This week I sing Lauren Daigle’s “Thank God I do”
If it wasn’t for the love of God where would we be?
Thank you as always for listening and until next time … stay blessed!
Thank God I Do
Song by Lauren Daigle
I've seen love come and
I've seen love walk away
So many questions
Will anybody stay?
It's been a hard year
So many nights in tears
All of the darkness
Trying to fight my fears
Alone, so long alone
I don't know who I'd be if I didn't know You
I'd probably fall off the edge
I don't know where I'd go if You ever let go
So keep me held in Your hands
I've started breathing
The weight is lifted here
With You, it's easy
My head is finally clear
There's nothing missing
When You are by my side
I took the long road
But now I realize
I'm home with You, I'm home
I don't know who I'd be if I didn't know You
I'd probably fall off the edge
I don't know where I'd go if You ever let go
So keep me held in Your hands
I don't know who I'd be if I didn't know You
I'd probably fall off the edge
I don't know where I'd go if You ever let go
So keep me held in Your hands
You're my safe place
My hideaway
You're my anchor
My saving grace
You're my constant
My steadiness
You're my shelter
My oxygen
I don't know who I'd be if I didn't know You
Thank God, I do
Count your miracles! 1 2 3 4 I can’t even count it all!
Hello Hello and welcome back! When you think back over your life - do you see miracles? Do you see how you’ve been carried by grace?
Your blessings come from above! Be thankful.
(Song by Elevation Music & Maverick City)

I pray you’ll be our eyes.. and watch us where we go
And help us to be wise in times when we don’t know

Guide us with your grace
To a place where we’ll be safe

Hello Hello and welcome back!
No guilt in life, no fear in death
This is the power of Christ in me
From life's first cry to final breath
Jesus commands my destiny
No power of hell, no scheme of man
Can ever pluck me from His hand
Till He returns or calls me home
Here in the power of Christ I'll stand
What a powerful song! May we trust and believe and stand firm on Gods promises!
Thanks as always for listening .. until next time .. stay blessed!

Hello hello
Have you heard about #softlife ?
Life has changed a lot in the last two years, and many people are embracing a so-called soft life—a rejection of the struggle, stress, and anxiety that come with working a traditional nine-to-five career and spinning away your days on life's hamster wheel
The term “soft life” originated in the Nigerian influencer community as slang for living a life of comfort and low stress. That is part of what makes soft life content so inspiring: the chance to imagine what life can feel like apart from the realities of Black women’s labor. (Channing Hargrove)
Let us explore…
Hello Hello!
Hello!
Imposter syndrome.. we have been hearing this term thrown around a lot over the past year or couple of years.
What is it? Who gets it and why?
When I ask google this is how it defines imposter syndrome.. Imposter syndrome is loosely defined as doubting your abilities and feeling like a fraud. It disproportionately affects high-achieving people, who find it difficult to accept their accomplishments. Many question whether they're deserving of accolades.
Let’s discuss
Hello Hello!
Welcome back!
Life transitions are usually life changing events that cause us to re-examine our present sense of who we are. Although life transitions can happen at any age, many people will experience significant life transitions during mid-life or at retirement.
Let’s learn how we can cope with these life transitions.
Hello hello and welcome back to my podcast!!
As we enter into this new year .. let us be thankful for each new day!
A lot has happened in 2021 but let us focus ahead and move forward into our destiny!
This year has been tough (these last 2years) with the pandemic and so many of us can’t even really afford to buy our loved ones the things we would want and so it’s with this in mind that I want to tell you that the real gift is love this Christmas…
A lot of us are broken, drained, stressed, tired, lonely, sad and it would mean so much to us to just have the gift of love..just to have someone tell you “ I love you” or just to have someone invite you over for a meal or just a visitor bearing something from their fruit tree.. a call from that friend or loved one you haven’t heard from in a while.. a surprise visit from that special someone would make your heart smile. A kind word from a total stranger..
So the question is “what do you do when the honeymoon phase is over”
According to Google “Every day the honeymoon phase wears off, you make both deposits and withdrawals in your emotional bank accounts. The frantic limerence has calmed down. You’ve acquired the ability to disappoint as well as delight each other. In other words, your relationship is getting real in every sense”
