Jen and Joe “Carlos” from Greenbush Brewing stopped by to chat with Brandon during their tap takeover at Midtown Beer Company. They discussed the history of the brewery, when they decided to start brewing full-time and the outlook for this up-and-coming brewery.
Then the rest of the guys join in the regular banter and review Greenbush’s unique Red Bud copper wheat ale and their Sun Spot wheat ale.

It’s been a long winter, but we went ahead and reviewed the lighter side of things with a couple of Michigan’s best summer ales. We discussed the 2013 incarnation of Bell’s Oberon Ale, one of the country’s most anticipated seasonal releases, and whether or not it lived up to the hype.
We also tried Greenbush Brewing Company’s Closure Ale, a light and refreshing pale ale with a complex texture and taste, but none of the snobbery.
