One of the biggest challenges for believers today is to understand what comes after salvation. Being born again is just the beginning of the journey. After salvation, we should begin a process of transformation. But, be careful. If you’re not setting your heart and mind on the things of God, they’re not going to be set. You’ll only be religious at best. Peter tells us that we should be prepared for action, always remain sober, and keep our minds, always, completely on Christ. (Part 3 of 3)

Paul, as Timothy's spiritual father, in the faith provided encouragement for Timothy even in the midst of his crisis, being in chains. Paul encouraged Timothy, which we also should remember in the body of Christ, that there is no leadership without adversity. Paul knew that Timothy had endured hardship but through his discipling relationship, he made sure Timothy grew and persevered in the will of God. Through the nurturing relationship built, he admonished Timothy to go through the hurts, hardships and still do the will of God. (Part 3 of 3)

What we do is fortified by Spirit; that alone should change the context of what we present to the lost. IF the world can do exactly what we do, then what makes us different? Serving is not social; serving is spiritual first. When the church stops impacting lives, we create the atmosphere of hopelessness. We are the ambassadors of hope. (Part 3 of 3)
