Disc Gauntlet Radio is a podcast based around all things Disc Gauntlet. Disc Gauntlet is a disc golf events promoter in the state of Nebraska. Join us while we delve into the minds of tournament directors and have casual conversations with various people of all skill levels.
Jake joins Chris as they welcome Blaine Wood back to the podcast. The guys talk a little European Open, Trilogy Challenges, and the best fruit to have in your bag. After Jake takes off, Blaine and Chris get serious and talk about the joy of disc golf, and balancing having fun and still being successful in sanctioned tournaments.
Jesie and Vail join Chris for the annual midseason review. With a little bit of a game show feel, the guys discuss the ups and downs of the first half of the season. They also talk a little west coast disc golf, the Gorgon, and Jake's favorite discs, the See - Nis. Finally they wrap it up by previewing Boomfest, Norfolk's premiere disc golf event of the season.
Chris, Vail, and Jesie welcome Tony Odem to the show to discuss the Star City Classic. Tony walks us through the early days of his disc golf journey, and then gets us up to speed on the evolution of the Star City Classic. He chats about the Lincoln Flying Disc Club, family, and all of the hard work that goes into running a premiere A-Tier event.

We are back for season 4 of Disc Gauntlet Radio. Thank you all for listening. We enjoy getting around and talking shop, and in this case it is usually about disc golf. We talk about a few things in the first episode of this season. Eagle, Buhr, UDisc, Disc Gauntlet, and a few other things just to get the year rolling.
Tune in this season as we release an episode a month. Our goal is to continue to bring guests on and talk disc golf, discuss Disc Gauntlet news, and anything else that comes to mind.
The guys are finally back to cap off the 2023 season. Chris, Jesie, and Vail chat about the positive things they have seen in 2023, off season goals, and a few things to look forward to in 2024.

Vail joins Chris as they do an October recap for the Disc Gauntlet Elite Team. The two shift gears and talk Disc Gauntlet news and provide a glimpse of what is to come in 2023. Finally the guys reflect on a joyful weekend of disc golf that celebrated Brad Packett #6833 and Anita Jackson #7512, the latest two to be inducted into the Nebraska Disc Golf Hall of Fame.

Vail joins Chris for the first time this season as they welcome Kyle Harrigan to the podcast. Kyle is from Colorado, and has leadership roles as the Colorado State Coordinator and Director of Operations for the NADGT. We talk about the love we have for Kelley Park, the disc golf community that builds over large events, and making the changes in your game to be the best you can be.
Jake returns to do a Disc Gauntlet monthly recap with Chris. They talk about the elite team, past events, and the King of the Mill. They may even take some time to talk about the greatest boy bands of the 90s.

Disc Gauntlet Radio is back for a second season. Chris Holton and Jake Hedden welcome Anthony Sump to DG Radio's first episode of 2022. Sump shares his humble beginnings with disc golf, and what has him hooked to play more. The guys also talk a bit about ratings, rules, and disc golf etiquette.
