Self-published author, blogger, and seeker of peace, Keona Williams set some time aside to chat with me about the inspiration behind her book and share viewpoints on therapy, healing, relationships, and more. I discuss some of my favorite excerpts and listen as she provides background stories. This was a great discussion and one that we agreed doesn't happen too often between men and women. We hope you enjoy!

Goody Howard is a a world renowned sexologist, consultant, health professional, and overall Jane of all Trades! Educated in social work (MSW) as well as public health (MPH), she delivers a message that is simply uncut and raw to her clients as well as seminar attendees. It was a pleasure speaking with her as well as being educated on so many topics. NOTE, this discussion is NOT SAFE FOR WORK. Contains explicit language, but GREAT information. Find more about Goody Howard at www.askgoody.com.

Rashad Patterson is a SW Atlanta native, children's author, and philanthropist. Learning about sociology in college, he took his interest several steps further and decided to publish children's books teaching about the perils of urban life and the lessons of the straight and narrow. With over 6 books published, which he gives away at school drives and are available online, I had to sit and talk with him about his work.
