Hey everyone, after being confronted by my supervision at work regarding the content of my 1st Episode, I felt the need to create a little disclaimer & let my audience know that I am okay! I struggle with relationship issues & past “trauma” but who doesn’t? It may have been my poor attempt to normalize vocalizing about mental/emotional issues in my life & I apologize if it was too heavy for an intro episode. Henceforth I shall reconfigure some of what I share & the topics of my episodes so I don’t get counseled at work again.
