This week we specifically look into a philosophy that I have been researching for some time now called the stoic philosophy. Carried throughout centuries this mindset was created thousands of years ago, but still applies today! Not looking at everything as good or bad but just looking at it for what it is. As much as we WANT our dreams and goals to come true... in the grand scheme of life, do they really matter?
