Curious to see what life after Mac.Rob looks like? ‘Kingsway To Highway’ is a podcast hosted by the Palladians Association for todays Mac.Robbians and alumni. In each episode, Mac.Rob graduates from all walks of life will discuss how they navigated through the highs and lows of life after Mac.Rob and share what they wish they knew in their last years of high school.
The team is back with a fresh episode with a graduate speaking on their experiences in navigating university after life at Mac.Rob. In our newest episode, we interview Wiki Yu (Class of 1999) who started her journey studying engineering and IT at university. She is now a successful business owner, after having launched a personal training and fitness business. The IB programme. The International Baccalaureate. I'm sure you've heard about the procedural elements of taking IB instead of VCE as well as its benefits in a general sense. But what about the student experience?

Hey!! In this episode we have the incredible Mieke Foster! After graduating Mac.Rob in 2012, Mieke went on to study Law and International Studies at ANU. It wasn't long before she realised her true passion was medicine. She finished a Bachelor of Medical Science at ANU, went on to complete her post-grad medical degree at Deakin Uni and next year she will be starting her first job at Royal Melbourne Hospital. In this episode, Mieke walks us through her journey of learning who she is, falling in love with Medicine and the importance of resilience. It's well worth a listen!
In this podcast episode, we have the wonderful Zenia Vasaiwalla! Zenia graduated Mac.Rob in 2017 and since then has moved to Canberra, begun her studies in International Security Studies + Arts, and advocates for Bla(c)k, Indigenous and People of Colour students. We love her honest answers and introspection regarding her non-linear successes in life, the comfort of Mac.Rob and the struggles of living independently.

Today we bring you Nandini Shah who is hands down one of the coolest people we know! Nandini, who graduated in 2017, has had an interesting uni experience to say the least. She started off in Science at UoM (after considering every course under the sun) and then ended up changing into Arts. In this episode Nandini candidly shares the realities of family expectation, course uncertainty and finding the courage to both understand what you want and do what you want.
