You owe it to yourself to be the best version of yourself and in order to be that sis you must heal first! You have to allow God in the most vulnerable place !
Know that Gid is with you! Don't overthink the process. Open your mouth confess your miracles to others and watch God work!
All the sorrows and pain God is using for the Kingdom! You are worthy sis smile and wait on God he got you!
Value yourself! Have the courage and value the life God place in you! Purpose, it's waiting!
Take your shot and do it 100% you are worthy Surrender your heart and drop everything that you are holding on to and draw closer and near to God.
Trust is so easy to have but so hard to gain back once it's lost. But I challenge you to trust the will of God over your life!
In a quiet room, something falls. We easily looked the opposite direction to See What Was That Noise from? But I want to encourage you today to not get distracted by the noises in your background. And stay focused on the thing that god is doing in your life be blessed!
There are times when you have the worst headache in the world to the point that it's so debilitating, but even in the midst of feeling debilitated, we must trust God,be still and understand that he will make a way of no way. Sometimes God is just waiting to see. How much do you trust his plan? How much do you trust his way? God is wanting you to stop carrying the burden that he never told you to carry.
Who said you are not worthy? The world tends to beat us up enough, but when we get in a place that we know who God is, then we tend to do the same thing on to others, but always remember that there's always a teachable moment as we teach others we are actually teaching ourselves have grace onto others the same way God has grace on to you.
Faith without works is dead even when all hope looks lost keep pushing God is doing a mighty work in you get ready !!!
Psalm 63 be reminded and encouraged That your story will free the nation. Don't be ashamed, surrand give God your vulnerability.
Leave it at the altar and walk away and God got the rest! Stop picking it back up allowing the enemy to reuse the same trauma the same fears let it go!
In your silent season, trust, God know that he gives you what you need in the time that you need it.
Don't swipe left and decline the call over your life! Everything is divine, and even though life can be frustrating, you have to keep pushing through, you have to keep pressing through, you have to go through the refining process. But I promise you that God is doing something amazing in the season in your life. Answer the call.
The life that God gave you is too precious to be just existing here. On Earth! You are chosen. You have purpose, and God wants you to live to your full potential.
Keep pushing even through that bad day! Don't miss the call the answer prayer because of that bad day!
Don't give up sis! Keep moving don't get stuck! You are bold in the spirit,amazing, beautiful. The enemy hates that you are removing the scales from your eyes and seeing how beautiful God made you!
We have passed the death season but you can't stay stuck there Life is God Love is God God is bringing through there are things that will still die but it's necessary to leave those things because God doesn't want you to pick it back up stop picking up that demise! It's ok Sis it's time to LIVE!
You are a chosen vessel speak the word that God put inside of you because you never know the word that you have inside of you mean free somebody else!
Sometimes you can't see you God made you to be you can't even see worthiness in you but Psalm 139 is reminder of how precious you are!
Stop going in that comfortable place and step into the sun and heat sweat a little and know that God has you you are necessary in the kingdom.
Your at a stop suddenly just when you thought you were moving along, God showed me the moment you take your eyes off the thing that consumes your mind and surrender to him place your eyes on the father then suddenly the gate will open! What is consuming your space in your mind!
Sometimes you have to keep running! Stay focused on God. Keep your eyes on him even when distraction comes
It's you that God chose to change what has had your family tied down you are different and the enemy knows you are chosen don't allow anything to stop what's inside of you!
Water yourself with God's word. When life has you wilted rely on the word of God to water you to bring life!
If you had only today on earth what would you do differ Godnis saying we need to prioritize now time is running out
It's time to stop feeling like there is no hope you are loved God has his hands out waiting for you you can make things and people idols over God ❤️
Sometimes so much is going on at once but you have to let go and let God! Stop trying to figure things out alone on your strength!
Show up for yourself sis be kind to yourself many times we get upset at others but really we are upset with ourselves!
In life we may not understand a lot of things. We have to look within because the same thing we tell others of how they treat us God is saying this is how I feel when you do that to me
We must walk with God Love is action we must walk with him that he may work in us to shine through the darkness!
Pay attention listen carefully God is renewing your sight and he is doing some thing new God loves you and your are needed sis!
Get in a quiet place and heal its time to let go of the things you can't control and give it to God!
What does your connection look like ? While connecting to my Bluetooth today my phone wouldn't connecting and I was so frustrated because my car should know my phone but God quickly reminded me that its the same with him God knows us but how well is my connection! Don't wander where you get lost in those world and get stuck in the wilderness!
Sometimes no words are needed the Bible says that God will bring your enemies back to your foot stool can't fight ignorance but you can go to battle in prayer and allow God to do what he do!
Stop allow God to heal what you keep hiding you can't be your own God you keep saying this that but what are you going to do about it! Stop staying in that box
Sometimes we can be all over in our emotions and we don't know where to begin but it's OK!
Being vulnerable is so hard and sometimes we can become resentful and angry and all we have to do is let go change let God come in your heart
There are times in life where you don't even understand where you are and you fight in your mind You don't know what direction to go in you don't What to do where to go all you know is that you have a purpose But remember that once you have the light bulb you cannot rush other people to catch up where you have to give them grace and you have to allow them to go through their own process remember that the enemy will send people to distrac to you but you have to stay running the race on your path in your lane Jeremiah 1 Remind me that God Thought of me before he formed me and he destined me for greatness Jeremiah even said I am just a youth and God reminded him that even though you're a youth I'm gonna put my words in your mouth Stay encouraged and stay focused on the things that God has for you
Sometimes in life we could be so consumed with everything around us that we forget to take the time out to thank God for just a little things thank God for how far you have came in life I encouraged youTo take a moment today and and embrace how far you have Is came so far in life
Shhhhhhh! I know your thoughts are going a mile a minute, and be quiet for a moment for God to do the unthinkable!
You can hide,and run but how long will that last! Submission to God will allow you to get all of what God has for you. Will it be easy ofcouse not but it's worth it!
What is the root cause of your heart? It's time sis to uncover and discover the thing that needs to be healed and dr8ve forward in the purpose God has for you! Be blessed!
Sis don't allow yourself to rob yourself from any and everything that God has for you! SIS YOU ARE AMAZING let GO of things you can control release is the most powerful thing to experience
What will it take for you to bring your vulnerability to the father? Jesus needs it inorder to heal the pain and uncomfortable place !
You are amazing but the enemy wants to b destruct you because he sees all in you as life is happening keep focus keep God in the Frontline
It's that season for those who are in the background God is calling you to the very front! Loosing people along the way it will get hard but push and know God made you to be boldin him
Peace is so priceless! Sometimes we never saw what peace even looks like how to operate in peace, live in peace.
So many of us has suppressed the trauma that we didn't know how it was creating the cancer in us! Don't all the trauma to kill you! Embrace your journey don't allow the cycle to kill the generations after you!
It's so easy to stay in a place of heaviness and you may think you need to forgive someone! Yes sis it's you it's time for you to choose you and forgive yourself you are worthy for greatness!
Have you ever tried to walk in the darkest room ever even knowing where everything is? That is not quite an easy task it almost becomes frustrating because you can't find the light switch but I just want to encourage you today to understand that God is with you in this place of darkness Sometimes it's so easy to point the finger at everybody else in your darkness because you don't understand but you have to work on yourself And you have to allow God to come into your heart and to renew you! Your not alone even when it feels like it!
The bible says in Romans 7:5-6 For when we were in the flesh, the sinful passions which were aroused by the law were at work in our members to bear fruit to death. 6 but now we have been delivered from the law, having died to what we were held by, so that we should serve in the newness of the spirit and not in the oldest of the letter I hope that this scripture encourages you to understand that even though the iniquities are buried in the crevices of our flesh when we surrender those things to God And we make a covenant with him old things have passed away and those passions will be further and further away from our mindset it takes courage to change and even though it may not be easy understanding you're not alone allow God to renew your mind and allow him to take away the simple passions that once took you to a dark place
I heard of my spirit this morning do your part we can point at the world and sit in our mess but we have rondo our part build our relationship with the father listen to instruction obedience
Delight yourself also in the Lord and he shall give you the desires of your heart!Surrender and allow Godnto fully take on your direction!
Search for God whole heartily! What does that look like? Trust the process hand over what you keep holding on too! Surrender
Sis get up you are not alone and it's OK not to be OK! I know you b don't understand but you are needed and are necessary scrape out that plate and get ready for the new season! It's your time !
What does it look like to follow Jesus? It's not easy to stay on this road thus journey but the father will bring you through! You are needed and the enemy will come in to deceive you to make you stuck but get up sis you are necessary you are the missing piece!
Embrace who God has made you to be! This process can be lonely but know God has you covered!
What is stopping you from being consistent with the father? If your consistency is not how it's supposed to be how do you expect to build a relationship with him the key isn't being consistent so you're able to hear the instructions
You don't have to sound and look like others in order for you to be used God made you special embrace it when you pray your voice is being heard!
Who told you that you weren't good enough? Don't believe the lives of the enemy understand that comparison can kill you like cancer God-made you specifically for a time exist and God-made you special just the way you are says it's time to look in the mirror and love on yourself forgive yourself and know that you are not alone I pray that this Podcast encourages you
Moses debated with God he was telling God like hey I hear the instructions but did you realize that my speech is slow and stuttering and God is like I will be with you I will be with your mouth! Don't allow the enemy to illuminate your default!
Your heart can feel so heavy at times when you don't know what direction of going sometimes you feel like you're going the right way sometimes you feel like you're doing what God wants you to do but at the same time you feel lost you feel behind in time you feel like you're not enough Keep seeking God's face keep seeking his presence
What is your pacifier and security blanket and live? God is needing you to release and let go of that pacifier and security blanket the enemy has came in to destruct your mind to make you think that you are not worthy to make you think that you cannot move forward that's how he wants to keep you stuck walking around with a pacifier resorting back to that security blanket but it's time to let go it's time to let go of that thing that makes you comfortable it's time to let go of that thing that you keep running back to because it keeps you stuck in this Box Just imagine the moment that you throw the pacifier out and the moment that you let go the security blanket the doors and the opportunities that God has for you! Anything that consumes your time energy that addiction that keeps you stuck in one place it's time to heal and move forward!
Staying connected is so important you never know what people are battling behind closed doors check on somebody send a text says remember that you are so important and then the enemy is trying to steal kill him destroy he is out from your blood he sees that there is something inside of you don't allow him to win the battle
Pride of your heart has deceived you. In the book of Obadiah verse 3 It talks about The pride of your heart has deceived you you dwell in the cliffs of the rock whose habitation is high who's saying your heart who will bring me down to the ground When I read this verse it speaks volumes to me because We don't realize how pride can kill a slowly and inside sometimes we are so high in ourselves that we think that we're untouchable but sometimes God has to give us a reality check to understand that he is in your life you have allowed pride to deceive you? It's time to get a reality check and going your quiet place and ask God to unmask the thing that you are holding that you will not release it's time to releases this it's time to let go and it's time to let God do what he do
Stop think don't react the enemy will trigger that thing in you and you dont even know where it came from but you can't take on something that God never intended you to take on remember that light and darkness cannot be in the same existence a lot of times your light will intimidate and make Darkness angry what is inside of you that God is trying to pull out and heal you from what is God trying to pull out of you that you keep getting triggered and reacting to things that you shouldn't be reacting to?
Stop looking around and it’s time to change the battery! And when you do it’s the beginning of the beginning God has things in store but first you must let go and let God and change that battery don’t get consumed with the nots and be thankful for what is!

Distractions don’t allow an 11 day journey to take you 40 days in the book of Numbers it describes that it is about wander in the wilderness and it further talks about that while it may be necessary to pass through wilderness experiences. One does not have to live there. What are you stuck in that you’re not allowing God to work on the definition of slavery says that it means excessive dependence on or devotion to something. What is that thing that God is telling you to release that you continue to hang onto so my question to you is are you stuck in the wilderness? Are you allowing an 11 day journey to take you 40 years to come out of.
Man God is good all the time even through trails joy comes I want to encourage those out these that your prayers are being heard even when you feel other wise! God gets the glory of everything on your life you have to remove yourself and get naked before the father for him to truly give you what is necessary!
What is salvation do you desire peace or do you rather be persecuted and constantly harassed by the enemy? Why is it so easy for us to stay in confusion? Why is it so easy for us to stay where we are constantly frustrated when we can turn our ways and have 100% of salvation is by believing in his son Jesus What is stopping you from downloading your salvation having salvation is being saved and being protected from harm and his deliverance for your soul so the same way that you can protect everything else in your life. Why wouldn’t you wanna protect your soul?
Having a big heart is not the easiest thing because you always want to feel full instead of always giving giving but the thing is is that you have to get in the space of doing it onto God, and not to man stop look into always be rewarded and understand that God is rewarding you!
It’s so important to lean on the Holy Spirit. It’s so important to know that you have to go before the father in a clear mind and not be all over the place take captive your thoughts and allow the Holy Spirit to guide you while you’re in prayer!
Can you see? Do you need to go get a new prescription so you’re able to get a new lens to see what version my God has over your life right now your vision is blurry and it’s necessary to go before the father and ask him for a new set of eyes to see in the spirit!
Through everything that you may be going through right now God is reserving you he’s trying to teach you some thing in this moment then not everything deserve a response God is teaching you how to prioritize your energy what does that even look like that means that when something irritates you or something is bothering you and somebody is doing something it doesn’t mean that you have to give a response not everybody should have access to you not everybody should be able to be around you God is showing you new things in this season but you have to be able to be still enough to receive what he is teaching you one thing about God if you don’t get the lesson the first time the test will keep coming around and around until you realize that the response is not needed and you need to preserve your energy into the things that God wants you to put your energy into let go and let God!
Don’t allow the annoyance or irritated response to stop you! Remember that the light inside of you that shines makes others darknesses uncomfortable! Don’t put expectations on things or people because everybody is on their own journey don’t miss what God is trying to tell you because you are so focused on the annoyance and irritation in somebody’s voice have a conversation and if not wait on God to respond to you. You may be that vessel that God is trying to use to show the other person something that they need!
What is your meter on more flesh than spirit or more spirit? Can you hear God’s instructions? What addictions are keeping you stuck!
Sometimes in your life you have to congratulate yourself on how far you have come. We may downplay or think that we haven’t made progress but you have made so much progress in your life and today I just want to thank God for this journey on this podcast I’m congratulating myself of having 100 plays! Sometimes you have to pat yourself on the back and say good job because it’s nothing but God has carried me through even when one door closes it doesn’t mean that God won’t open the next one you have to take a step out on faith and get out your comfort zone because you never know what’s on the other side of the door so if you don’t hear from anybody else I want to say congratulations in the season that you’re in!
It’s easy to look at someone’s social media and think they living that life. Stop looking at what you see and start living the life God wants you too! You don’t v know what’s in the other side of the screen. Be transparent with others don’t hold on to shame and free others that think that’s the life they want!
As Thanksgiving is coming up don’t only be thankful on that day but be thankful every day it’s so easy sometimes to be Consumed with life and we complain instead of being thankful but I encourage you today to be thankful every day and be intentional about saying thank you to God
It’s easy to get distracted in this world but are you operating of the world or in spirit!its easy to get consumed logging in this thing called life but it’s necessary to turn away and operate in the spirit!
In life we compare ourselves so much that it becomes crippling comparison is the biggest disease that will slowly kill us and kill those around us the enemy uses this tool to stop us from doing the thing that God has called us to do what is something that you are comparing yourself to that is stopping you from moving to your next level
Sometimes that person you think is your enemy is the key to unlock your purpose they are on a assignment don’t get so caught up in the emotions that you miss the assignment!
Why do we wait until all things fall apart or crisis mode to come before the feet of Jesus it is time sis to surrender and be obedient to the thing that God has called you to be
When you hit submit don’t press the back button and delay your process even longer I know sometimes it’s hard to wait but God has something greater
Vision is everything manifested through the power of your mouth speak life into your situation seek God for directions Don’t wait until something happens for you to see him for direction enemy is here to steal kill and destroy and anything that will stop you from your destiny where are you stuck at 2023 will be unstuck!
Sometimes it’s so easy for us to stay stuck in the old things and never embrace the new things that God is doing in us take one step at a time one day at a time and know that God loves you!
Sis Who told you that you were not worthy and who told you that you are not good enough and who told you that God can’t use you! The shame the guilt God loves you where you are and he will fix it don’t allow the enemy to tell you lies!
Sometimes it’s hard to lay it at the alter in still wanting some type of control but it’s necessary to lay it completely at the alter and trust God for the results ! Stop picking up the things that God said leave alone.
Gods word says to stop worrying The word says to forgive sis it’s time to move forward stop holding onto old things because great things are about to happen but in order for them to happen you have to lose the old things and get ready to embrace the newness because you are a new creature in Christ
Every no to God is a yes to someone’s destruction Don’t be buried with so much potential your purpose is so much value that the enemy wants you to die being full of the thing that God put inside of you be empty continue to empty yourself on the thing that God wants you to do
Don’t keep looking at things around you Stop trying to do Gods job get out the way and submit to his will!
It’s so easy to be consumed with distractions around us but that’s nothing but the trick of the enemy and also a test from God to see what is your posture what will be your reaction pay attention to the distractions and release it
Sometimes we may not understand people but it’s not our job to understand them at our job to pray for them not gossip about them not talk about them and hurt them sometimes people are at their lowest already has the body of Christ we must pick up brothers and sisters up and show them the love the love that God shows us the mercy that God shows us the grace of God shows us every day
Are you ready for the next sometimes we say that we’re ready but God is preparing us and you have to remember that you don’t have control of everything sit still for a moment and hear the thing that God is telling you to do if he open the door would you be ready
When you surrender and submit to God all will fall in place when you experience the love of God you will be to love others
What does self love look like to you? God loves you you have to love yourself like God loves you!
What area are you selfish in? Let Go let God don’t allow the enemy steal your marriage your kids your money! Be obedient be still fight in the spirit not physically
Have your way Lord help us to look at things above and not beneath you are in control you are strong when I am weak and avid is reminding us today that surrender those things that are not in our control STOP trying to control what God never wanted you to you can’t change things other than yourself and even that God is doing a new thing in you not your strength!
Don’t be so distracted that you missed a thing that God is trying to show you and tell you God is wanting you in his presence he is needing to spend time with you the good thing about God is that he’s so gentle that he does not force us he gives us a choice I don’t know about you but sometimes you have to be tired of being sick and tired of being tired and you have to surrender that thing that you keep trying to fight
Never be afraid to be in the presence of God! The enemy comes in a steal kill and destroy anything to distract you from downloading the knowledge from God anything to distract you not to see the vision anything to distract you not to move forward anything they keep you in bondage anything to keep you stuck anything to keep the cycle going and the only way that those things can break off for you as being in the presence of God it’s time to make a choice and understand that God is ready for you just where you’re at no more excuses
Why does it require so much for you to build a relationship with God why is it that we don’t put the same effort as we do to prepare for hurricane or prepare for sicknesses that are in this world it’s time to reevaluate how your relationship is with God!
Sometimes we go through things in life that we never understand how can God even begin to use you but I understand that’s nothing but a trigger the enemy to make you feel less of everything that happens God uses it nothing goes to waste
Don’t allow the light inside of you to dim! Walk by faith not by sight.Allow God to do what he do in this season!
Sometimes in life you don’t even realize that you are attracted to what has never healed inside of you you have to get a quiet Place And allow God to reveal of the thing that isn’t healed
Stay focused in this season don’t wait and start sleeping! Mark 14 when you are heavy get a quote place and surrender to Him don’t fight your heaviness even Jesus had heaviness and had to disconnect
There’s pain in purpose always remember that all your paint that you have gone through God is gonna use it for his glory what is the pain that you bury in your heart that you don’t want to unmask because you’re just too scared to open the door and face that thing that the enemy continues to use against you it’s time to release it’s time to MoveOn and it’s time to move forward being comfortable and chaos can make you stay stuck for too long where you end up being so full of purpose that never gets released and remember that there are people dying in the inside because you have not released what God has put inside of you
