While both having walked different paths and lived opposite lifestyles - Lonnie, who recently converted to a plant-based diet and workout regimen including HIIT training, yoga & cycling, Co-host Marty while still enjoying a traditional meat eating diet(healthy & well balanced of course) lifts heavy in the gym and aims to do so until his body says otherwise.
