Challenging the beloved modern, historical traditions of Christianity while maintaining the unifying changeless pillars of orthodoxy. ‘The Orthodox Renegade’ is a podcast that explores controversial topics within Christendom in the search to find God’s timeless truths. Introduce a couple more "red pills" into your diet as Kody does book reviews on subjects about theology, political theory and subjects that may sound just a little too conspiratorial for some.
Same sex attraction is a highly controversial and delicate coversation that we have to be prepared to have with our friends and family. In this podcast I attempt to answer how the Old Testament and the New Testament view homosexual activity. Our response should be tender towards those that stuggle, and yet we should never compromise with our assesment of the truth.

We had our first guest on "The Orthodox Renegade" for this episode! My good friend Scott Amante came on to talk about Rod Dreher's book "The Benedict Option." Scott teaches Latin and Logic and a private Christian school and is passionate about seeing the church maintain its orthodox purity.
Is the church gaining influence over the culture or are we loosing it? Do we have a savior complex when it comes to who the next "Christian" political candidate is? What about the encroaching moves of the government on our freedoms and education? If we create our own communities, will we abandon the culture? We discuss all these subjects on this episode!
