In this week's episode I share my experience hiking the Wolfberg Arch in the Cederberg while having a time off grid at Driehoek camping sight. We talk about what we can control vs what we can't control. Since October is Mental Health awareness month we focus on practical activities we can do in order to improve our mental health and how those activities release happy hormones in our brains like dopamine, serotonin, endorphins and oxytocin.
