a place to explore the fine lines of life, practice holding paradoxes with curiosity, compassion and authenticity & bring nuance(s) to all things human (all of this while I'm walking my dog in the woods!)
Some days, the magic question (listen to PART 1 here) brings relief & other days it brings disappointment!
This PART 2 helps us navigate the grips of disappointment & how to move through it.
I am being vulnerable about my own struggles with this at the moment.
Hoping to bring some comfort & compassion to whoever feels just like me.

Today, as I walked into the wood (joined by both the sun & the wind), I got a simple yet profound message from the natural world...
...reminding us 'disconnected' humans to reconnect with our own nature
...witnessing us in our gripping onto life & things
...revisiting the concepts of abundance & gratitude (even if it seems TOO simple or boring!)
SMALL IS BIG. TINY IS HUGE.

Today, I discuss my lingering fear of not being at the "right" place, with the "good enough" partner or making the "perfect" life choices.
As I was walking in the forest with this uneasy sensation that something was off & feeling the urge to find out why and who's fault it was (my partner? my job? the place I live?), a major breakthtrough came up...
...it brought me a lot of RELIEF (& I hope it brings relief for you too!)

In this first episode, I am jamming on the glorification of healing and how the narrative of being 'brave' for doing the work can seep into another spiritual-ego-trip, ending up in more judgment, resentment and division between each other.
What if being brave for doing the work does not equal those who don't being weak or 'not courageaous enough'?
What if denial was not just an individual flaw but a deep societal conditioning?
Today, I am imagining a more nuanced work, where healing is not just a matter of choice and willingness (or lack of).
A future world in which healing is as easy as 'breathing', not a new tool of separation but the new norm.
why I decided to record myself and how inspiration came from walking my dog into the woods
