The essence of TIP can be simplified to just three words: INSPIRE, INFLUENCE & IMPACT
INSPIRE
We desire to INSPIRE people with the gospel. Whether it is sharing with a person or teaching a person to share the gospel, we want to be obedient to Him in all ways. We can provide practical teaching and application for sharing the Good News. This strategy is pliable in S. Asia, Africa, and around the world.
Various means of communication will be implemented so that the learned and unlearned person can hear, see and/or read about this free gift in their own language.
INFLUENCETIP International realizes the importance of investing in the empowerment of educating, exhorting and edifying present and future leaders. This will result in the development of fully-prepared people to impact their homes, villages, cities, states and country for its betterment today and tomorrow.
TIP will seek out competent and capable leaders (Paul’s) with a heart to teach and train men, women, boys and girls. These leaders raise up other leaders (Timothy’s) who will share what they have learned to others (Titus’).
We accomplish this through “training centers.” We currently have over 40 training centers (led by Paul’s) in S. Asia and Kenya. There are around 750 Timothy’s who are teaching and reaching another 750 Titus’. Their training last for nearly 2 years.
From this labor of love, we project about 1,500 new house churches by the end of 2023. We have found on average that every new house church plant sees 10+ people saved.
IMPACTTIP International knows when the Word and world meet there is an impressive explosion. Light conquers darkness; the lost are found; the blind will see; the lame will walk; the dead are given new life; the physically dead will rise again.
Impact happens in every aspect of this life and the life to come. We are reminded of a day where the impossible becomes possible. There will be a time a great rejoicing and unrivaled worship of King Jesus. People from every tribe, tongue and nation will worship Him.
We want to contribute to the expansion of our Lord’s Kingdom for His glory, honor and praise.

Today we spend time with Pastor Aaron Sligar, Pastor of Living River Chapel in Sutton, WV he also serves as the President of the West Virginia Convention of Southern Baptist. We spent today looking at mission opportunities the local church has. We also looked at how God was working through his church and how missions impact his community.

In this episode of Serve Supply Strengthen we spent time with Danny Rumple from the Send WV, part of the North American Mission Board Send Network. We talked about how the local church can be on mission supporting church planting and what does a sending church look like.
The first area we discussed was, what can a local church do to help support a church planter? What does that look like? Danny reminded us the "Why of missions is such a big deal, God is a missionary God. We do what we do because of the character and nature of God, from the very beginning he sends out, Genesis 3 He's promising that He would send a saviour. Gods already on mission."
Ways we can partner with church planters.
- Pray for church planters. Pray for international missionaries.
- Come along side showing up to go door to door handing out fliers for events and opportunities happening at the church plant throughout the community.
- Volunteering to travel out and help with the church plant Vacation Bible School (VBS).
- When a church planter finds a building, more permanent spot, if you have teams that can do construction or HVAC work this will help with their build out of the facility.
- Praying for church planters families, specifically the wives. Write a note to the wife and encourage her telling her your praying for her. Send her a gift card to go to lunch or to give her the ability to take somebody out to lunch. This can be a big blessing to the church planters family.
How can a local church find out and get connected with a church planter?
- Contact Danny at Send WV, 304-545-7838 or email drumple@namb.net
- Outside of WV, contact your local state convention or Send Network, or the NAMB directly.
If a church planter is being developed, what are the next steps for them form the church?
- Reachout to Danny, or your local Send Network. They will help set up a specific residency to prepare them to understand the competencies of church planting.
- NAMB has a great assessment process, this helps clarify the call and preparedness along with where they are in the process, Green light (Good to go), Yellow (Need additional development), Red. (Not ready, may not be called to planting.)
- They also have the strategic places where to send a church planter.
When thinking of church planting in your neighborhood think about who are the people that live work and play in our neighborhood. How is God moving you and your church to plant or support a church plant.

How much do you care about your community? What are you willing to do to understand it and reach it with the Gospel? This week we look at how we can go to our community leaders to learn more about our community. As we looked at demographics last week and in addition to that must be out on the streets talking to our leaders to see what their perspective is on the area you live in.
Chuck and Ed spend time talking about various ways to spend time addressing how you can approach your community by taking time to get to know those who run your city, first responders and other groups that see your community and its needs from various viewpoints. As you approach this remember to get your church leadership involved in this process, gather your demographics and the responses from various leaders so you can compare them and plan how you can develop ministry to meet the community needs. Once we understand those needs we can seek out how God can use the church to minister to that need, not only meeting it but sharing the Gospel as we seek to reach the community.

The second report is from the North American Mission Board, they provide a FREE three tier report by filling out the form at: https://www.namb.net/contact/demographics-request/
Their report will give you data from up to 3 distances broken down by your choice of miles or minutes. In addition one thing we really like is the opportunity to see data on church attendance, future cast demographics based on: projected area growth and average individual income over the next 5 years, and consumer reporting data which helps you understand what people may be buying in your area and their interest/hobbies. In addition they offer something called "Tapestries" which helps compare your community to other communities of similar size from across the country.
