As a technical freelancer (developer, designer) you want to get clarity on who your client is.

While their project is important, the most important thing to understand is the END GOAL your potential client wants to achieve.

Those questions follow an order, but might not be asked in that particular order. Few questions seem to be repetitive, however, asking all of them produces different answers.
