Today on the podcast I’m joined by the legend himself, newest pro on the block, Ethan Gregg!

This is one of the most inspiring and fun conversations I’ve had on the podcast to date.

Ethan has faced a lot of adversity in his running career but has also had extreme success.

From being DQ’ed at the national championship in the 5k to losing the cross country team battle by one point at nationals and to having to end his last college track season early due to injury.

But he has an individual cross country national title which he won in 2023, team and individual track titles, and he’s been a source of inspiration to others which in my opinion is one of his most impressive accomplishments!

Today Graham Blanks returns to the podcast after competing at the Olympic Games!

Graham is an NCAA Champion in Cross country and was looking unbeatable after he ran 13:03 for a NCAA record indoors but soon after he suffered an injury.

He went on to place 9th in the world in the 5k and is already looking forward to getting back to the Olympics someday. But right now he’s gearing up for one more ride in the NCAA!

He is also very passionate about videography and storytelling. Recently he’s become a viral sensation with his video series “The Daily Mile”. As I am writing this down he’s currently at episode 67. In this episode we talk about how it all started and how he almost stopped making the Daily Mile videos because of how much time it takes to edit and film but shortly after deciding to keep going a video blew up. We also go over topics such as how college runners can cultivate good culture and community on their team and how he has matured as a runner through the years.
