Hey guys! It's Savanna :) I am happy to announce that I am back and will be uploading new episodes every Thursday. I know I haven't uploaded in 5 months, and this was kinda like a raw and honest chat with you just catching up with everything that's been going on. I apologize in advance for the very breathy and minimal editing on this one. I just pressed record and it was very much spontaneous, but I am glad that it brought me closer to you. I promise the next ones are gonna be much better in quality :DIn this episode, I talk about navigating your 20s and how you can speed up by slowing down. Why don't you sit down and be vulnerable with me? Follow us on IG at @aboutvulnerability
Today's episode is all about the common feelings that comes along when you are growing. It's like you are not who you used to be anymore, but you are not quiet who you want to be yet either. So you are in that middle phase, and it just feels awkward. Btw, I recorded this episode a while ago, but I just had the time to edit them. I know these few episodes have not been the best quality, but I am excited to produce more fresh and improved quality podcast soon, so stay tuned! Thank you for all the recent love and support towards my pod, it means the world to me!
Today's episode is all about something we can all relate to: feeling like we're not good enough. We're constantly bombarded with messages telling us to be "perfect" and successful, but what happens when we fall short? In this episode, I shared about the power of vulnerability and why it's okay to show up imperfectly. I shared my own struggles with anxiety and give you some practical tips for embracing imperfection and bouncing back from failure. We'll also take a moment to address why I haven't been uploading for a while - because let's face it, mental health struggles can take a toll and sometimes fear can be paralyzing and make it hard to move forward. Tune in for an honest and relatable conversation about navigating mental health as a young person.
In today’s episode, I talk about why I HATED SCHOOL. So many people suffered in silence and have a hard time fitting in at school, if you are familiar with that, you are not alone. In this episode, I share an insight of my experiences of school and why for me it’s just bs. And I also share what you can do to not suffer alone, reach out and get help. You are worthy and deserve to be treated with love ❤️ Don’t let school define you, you glow the way you are meant to, dare to be not normal. Your presence hold power so shine anyway. You got this, love.
Today’s episode, Savanna discusses social anxiety and her experiences with it. Anxiety can make you feel so powerless, know you are not alone. Things do get better ❤️
Happy New Year 2023! Today’s episode I talked about getting comfortable in the uncomfortable. If you have been thinking to get outside of your comfort zone, this is your sign! Change is hard but sometimes it’s necessary and it will be all worth it!
