What Are NFTs?
You’ve probably seen stories about people spending huge amounts of money on digital things like pictures, short videos, or even tweets. These are called NFTs, which stands for Non Fungible Token. I’m not an expert on this stuff, but I’ve been looking into it through some sources that seem trustworthy, and here’s how I understand it.
What does “non fungible” mean?
If something is fungible, it can be replaced by another of the same kind. One dollar bill is the same as any other dollar bill. You can swap them and nothing changes.
If something is non fungible, it’s one of a kind. The Mona Lisa is non fungible because there’s only one real version. You can make copies, but there’s only one original.
What’s a “token”?
A token is a kind of digital certificate that proves ownership of something. NFTs use a technology called a blockchain to keep track of who owns what. A blockchain is like a big public record stored on thousands of computers around the world. Everyone can see the record, and each computer helps make sure it stays accurate.
How do you buy an NFT?
You can’t walk into your favorite chain store and buy one. NFTs are sold on special websites called NFT marketplaces. To buy one, you first need a digital wallet that can hold cryptocurrency, like Ethereum. You use that digital money to pay for the NFT. Once the transaction goes through, the blockchain records your name as the new owner of that token.
Why do people buy NFTs?
People like owning things that feel rare or special. It’s the same reason someone might collect baseball cards or paintings. NFTs make digital items feel like they’re one-of-a-kind, even though anyone can still see or copy them online.
The psychology behind NFTs
A lot of this comes down to human nature. People want to own something unique, something that says “I got here first.” It’s about belonging and status, even if it’s in a digital world. Some people buy NFTs hoping they’ll go up in value. Others just want to be part of a new trend. It’s a mix of curiosity, risk, and the same kind of excitement that drove Beanie Babies, baseball cards, or comic books.
How much energy does it take?
The blockchain isn’t just floating in the air—it runs on thousands of computers doing calculations nonstop. At one point, the Ethereum blockchain used about as much electricity in a year as a small country.
What could this technology do?
Even if the NFT craze cools off, the same technology could be used for more practical things. It could handle digital event tickets, game items, music rights, contracts, or even property records someday.
We are not promoting or investing in NFTs, and and not getting paid to write this. This is just for informational purposes so that when you hear about NFTs being passed around online, you’ll have a better idea of what people are talking about. – Crash Connell

The public education system in the United States is on life support. A few passionate educators work tirelessly to inspire their students, but their efforts can’t save a system increasingly defined by systemic inertia, burnout, and misplaced priorities. The structure is so deeply flawed that mediocrity has become the norm, and real reform remains out of reach.
If we’re honest, the system is broken. Most who are involved are just trying to make it to retirement, hoping someone else will step in and fix the mess. But no one is coming, and no one can save what’s designed to fail. It’s time to stop rearranging the deck chairs and start looking for the lifeboats.
The Vicious Cycle of Public Education
“Public” education has become a self-sustaining bureaucracy, resistant to meaningful change. Even the best teachers are shackled by a system that prioritizes survival over excellence. Here’s how the cycle perpetuates itself:
1.Systemic Inertia:
Public education resists reform because it’s massive and tied to government funding. Real change threatens the entire structure, so the system clings to the status quo. Even great educators can’t innovate when rigid curricula, standardized testing, and bloated administration hold them back.
2.Burnout and Survival Mode:
Many teachers enter the profession with idealism but quickly burn out under the weight of low pay, overwhelming workloads, and lack of support. Those who stay often shift into survival mode, doing just enough to get by while counting down to their pensions. For many, it’s no longer about the students—it’s about getting through the day.
3.Normalization of Mediocrity:
Public education is all many families know, and because it’s “free”, they stick with it even when it fails their children. Over time, failure becomes the norm, and the system slides into a “good enough” mindset. Incremental failures are tolerated rather than confronted.
4.Unions and Politics:
Teachers’ unions may protect jobs and benefits but often resist reforms that might disrupt the status quo. Meanwhile, political agendas hijack schools as battlegrounds for ideological fights, leaving systemic improvement off the table.
5.Outcome Disconnect:
Many educators and administrators are more focused on their retirement and pensions than on fixing the underlying issues. The system exists to sustain itself, not to educate the next generation.
Why It’s Impossible to Save a Broken System
A handful of good teachers can inspire individual students, but they can’t overhaul outdated policies, broken funding models, or bloated administration. Families often feel trapped, lacking the resources for private education or homeschooling. They accept the system as it is because they believe they have no other choice.
Instead of meaningful reform, we get Band-Aid solutions: new technologies, trendy teaching methods, or revamped testing models that fail to address the root problems of outdated curricula, ineffective leadership, and lack of accountability.
The truth is, public education is the Titanic. It’s sinking, and no amount of tinkering will keep it afloat.
Stop Trying to Fix What’s Broken—Invest in the Future
Rather than wasting time and resources on a failing system, it’s time to invest in alternatives that align with biblical values and provide real education for our children. Here’s where to start:
1.Expand Christian Education:
Christian schools are more than an alternative—they’re a lifeboat. They provide a Christ-centered foundation while equipping students with critical thinking skills and practical tools for success. If you’re an educator, consider joining this movement. If you’re a parent, make it a priority to find a Christian school for your children.
2.Turn Empty Churches Into Homeschools:
Churches across the country sit empty during the week, but they could become vibrant hubs for homeschooling co-ops or micro-schools. These spaces offer an affordable, community-driven way to provide education rooted in biblical truth.
3.Provide Real Alternatives:
Expand access to homeschooling networks, and vocational training programs. Families need real options, not just the illusion of choice.
4.Invest in the Right Direction:
Stop pouring resources into a dying system. Instead, support SOLID Christian schools, homeschooling networks, and organizations committed to providing solutions. These are the lifeboats our children need.
5.Encourage Parental Involvement:
Parents must step up and take an active role in their children’s education. This means advocating for better alternatives and educating themselves about what “better” looks like.
The Bigger Picture
The public education system isn’t just failing—it’s actively working against the values that once made it a cornerstone of society. For decades, Marxist and globalist ideologies have eroded family values, dismissed faith, and prioritized conformity over critical thinking. This isn’t accidental—it’s part of a broader agenda to undermine the foundations of our culture.
But we don’t have to stay on the sinking ship. By expanding Christian education, turning churches into homeschool hubs, and investing in the right direction, we can build something new. Something better.
This isn’t just about saving education. It’s about raising a generation equipped with truth, critical thinking, and the courage to stand for their faith in a world increasingly hostile to it.

The REAL ID Act is not just a piece of legislation; it represents a significant shift in how we perceive identification and privacy in America. Critics argue that it establishes an unconstitutional federal identification and tracking system, reminiscent of China’s social credit system. With its roots in the UN’s international tracking initiatives, the REAL ID program poses a serious threat to our privacy rights.
A Brief HistoryOriginally passed in 2005, the REAL ID Act faced significant resistance from states until President Obama issued a controversial directive in 2015, warning that individuals without a REAL ID would be unable to fly. Despite this pressure, many states still have the option to withdraw compliance. As of now, approximately 44% of Americans lack a REAL ID, and many who do possess one may not fully understand its implications.
The Implications of REAL IDThe REAL ID system infringes on our privacy rights and grants the government unprecedented control over our movement and access. Plans to digitize IDs, making them accessible on smartphones (similar to China’s mobile driver’s license), raise further concerns about surveillance and data privacy.
Recent DevelopmentsOn September 12, 2024, the TSA announced a proposed DHS rule outlining a phased enforcement approach for REAL ID compliance, which could become increasingly burdensome over the next two years. According to the announcement:
“DHS did not select three, four, or five years because it believes a longer time period would further delay the security benefits of REAL ID and is unlikely to provide the same incentive for individuals to obtain a compliant DL/ID.”
This phased enforcement plan aims to push individuals towards compliance by introducing consequences like warning notices and delays at security checkpoints. The enforcement is set to begin on May 7, 2025.
Take Action NowThe deadline for public comments on this proposal is Tuesday, October 15. We need your voice to oppose this unconstitutional measure. Even a simple statement like “I oppose this plan to impose the unconstitutional REAL ID” can make a difference.
Let’s aim for at least 100,000 public comments, with 500,000 being our goal!

Evil people have always conspired against the righteous. We see this in the words of David in Psalm 37:12, written three thousand years ago:
Psalm 37:12 KJV – “The wicked plotteth against the just, And gnasheth upon him with his teeth.”
Why, then, do the majority of people doubt that this happens today? Why do so many believers deny that there’s a deadly intent in the agenda of the globalists?
One possible answer to the above questions is that many regard the warnings they hear as “conspiracy theories.” This has become a popular yet convenient way for people to disregard the threats to their wellbeing and continue with life as though they don’t really exist.
