If you're not doing any challenges as part of your marketing strategy, then you're leaving a massive amount of money on the table.
That's what I realized during this episode with the marketing genius Pedro Adao.
Pedro Adao, aka The Challenge King, is the brains behind online challenges. He has helped big names in the industry, like Russell Brunson and Dean Graziosi scale up their businesses using the challenge model.
With the challenge model, he makes eight figures yearly with zero high-ticket offers and zero sales team and has gained over 41K customers and 300K email subscribers for the past three years, all through the back of challenges.
I could listen to him all day as he talked about challenges, but today he has dropped some value bombs that I think would really help you scale your business.
In today's episode, Pedro and I talk aboutâŚ
Why are challenges so effective?
Paid vs. free challenges
How to pull off an effective challenge?
and a whole lot more
If you want to crush your next challenge or learn more about selling effectively and building a profitable business from challenges, then make sure to tune in. You don't want to miss this one!

How badly do you want a business? Can you build a business with nothing?
Then let me demonstrate in today's episode of the Performance Marketer that you CAN build a very profitable business even if you have nothing.
Friends, that's the beauty in today's world. 'Coz, you can do business with just about anything by leveraging someone's company and calling it yours.
Of course, you have to have an agreement with the business owner you want to partner with. And that's just what I did with my fantastic friend Ryan Helms, founder and CEO of Legacy Media.
Ryan is scaling up his podcast agency business by offering quality short-form content to his target market. However, to fast-track his process, I'm gonna promote his service while adding value to it and package it as mine so I can scale up the pricing.
To better explain how things work for this setup, tune in and watch the full episode as I discussâŚ
how to add more value to someone's business
how to generate leads
an effective segmentation process
scaling up a podcast business strategy
and so much more
If you're thinking about starting a business but don't have anything, to begin with, this episode could just be what you're looking for.

Is your sales funnel converting well? Or are you leaving tons of money off the table?
Well, youâre just one of the many who only convert 3% of their webinar registrants. But what about the 97%?
Whatever your answer is, even Russell Brunson of ClickFunnels was convinced right off the bat that FunnelHub is the next big thing - that it should be a part of ClickFunnels 2.0.
And thatâs what weâre going to talk about today.
Joining me in today's episode of Performance Marketer are two of my good friends, Mike Schmidt & AJ Rivera.
Mike and AJ started a web design and digital marketing agency in 2003, which then evolved into the making of FunnelHub.
FunnelHub is a system for funnel-driven businesses and local businesses.
Its number one job is to accept traffic from sales funnel visitors' searches and refer those visitors back into the proper funnel. It guides your potential customers into places where they need to be regardless of where they're at in their buying cycle.
So, in today's episode, we're going to talk aboutâŚ
How FunnelHub started
What is FunnelHub
FunnelHub integration in ClickFunnels 2.0
Success stories
and a whole lot more

Hey Performance Marketers,
What comes to your mind when you hear this Dan Kennedy quote (which was also quoted by Russell Brunson) - "Whoever pays the most to acquire a customer wins"?
I know many people have misunderstood this, so I want to dive deeper into this subject with simple Math while also sharing with you some valuable arbitrage strategies you can use.
Remember, though, that there are a lot of variables to consider before you decide to pay more for acquiring a customer and before even Google would award you with relevant traffic.
In today's episode, I'll talk aboutâŚ
cost per click vs. revenue per click
how can you afford to pay more for acquiring leads
how Google makes money from ads
how do you become the most valuable offer to them
and moreâŚ.
Tune in now as we dive deeper into the numbers with these arbitrage strategies and the absolute truth behind the saying - "whoever pays the most to acquire a customer wins."
So let's waste no time and dive in!

I was building a survey for somebody in Survey Detective, and I asked them what their elevator pitch was. Surprisingly, they didn't know and had to sit down and think about it.
For those who are building or still planning on building a business, I highly recommend that you start coming up with your elevator pitch first. From there, you'll get a good hold on your business.
Coming up with an elevator pitch should be built using the four Ws. And once you've defined all four of those, it'll be easier to determine everything you need to get going.
So, tune in now as I share the four building blocks of a killer elevator pitch and some examples you can mirror.

Hey Performance Marketers,
I have a real treat for you today.
My Insurance agent wanted to buy leads but didn't know how to structure a deal or figure out what he could pay for a lead. So I promised to explain this to him in a call that I would tape and share with my community b/c I knew it was going to be amazing.
And it was!
This is for all of you (no matter what kind of professional you are) asking, How do I know how much I can pay for a lead? You can apply the model I gave to my insurance agent to any other branch.
Once you understand the numbers, you can compete with other media buyers and have hotter offers because you know what they donât - your allowable per click / lead / sale or even booked meeting.
So, tune in as Iâm walking my insurance agent through the numbers and building a working model for him from scratch.

When someone says they did a $1m in revenue, it doesn't mean they're taking home a million bucks.
But if you ask business owners what their operational cost percentage, net margin percentage, or other significant numbers are, I'm almost confident 9 out of 10 probably couldn't answer your questions.
Iâm not sure why, but when I see all these entrepreneurs making such major mistakes in their business, that bothers me like crazy.
So I decided to unpack some key stages and indicators you should know to avoid common mistakes people make when building a business.
Tune in for this episode, as Iâm analyzing indicators of 4 companies to clarify:

Hey Performance Marketers,
Last time we started talking about the Groupon business model, and in this episode, Iâm going to wrap up the topic!
Today Iâm focusing more on the companyâs push marketing strategy and the way theyâre generating their impressive revenue. Iâm also playing with numbers, but this time really HUGE ones.
You donât believe me? What if I told you that Groupon is sending 15 billion messages a month through email, SMS, and apps. Yeap, 15 billion! Or think of this - we said that Groupon has 24 million active users. That means they might have a few billion emails in their database.
Pretty impressive numbers, I say!
If you join me for this episode, youâll also find out 17 things that Groupon sees as the most important for their push pipeline programs.
So, tune in and find out a ton of details you should be aware of when running an email campaign, which little thing can increase your revenue by as much as 800%, and even how to win free Mets tickets!

Hey, Performance Marketers!
I have a treat for you today. Itâs something you asked me to do. Actually, a few weeks back, I posted something about Groupon and their push marketing. I also said that Iâd be glad to dive into the company if you wanted me to go further into the details.
You said yes, and here I am! Today, we're going to look at the Groupon company. In addition to its revenues and marketing strategy, I'm going to give you a high-level view of its journey from 2001 (when it went public and IPOed for a big number - $12.7 billion!).
As always, the best part (and the greatest value) of my presentation is the fact that if you understand this, you can put together a strategy for any business. Once you crack the code and figure out the numbers Iâm explaining, youâll be able to hack any company (private or public) you like.
And you donât have to be a genius for this. You'll be able to literally model what you know works!
So, letâs dive in and see what works for Groupon!

There are many people whoâd like to jump into the lead gen business but donât really know what they should do. They often ask me what leads they should generate, where to find them, who to sell them to⌠You know, all of those really good questions.
The whole thing is simple for me, but Iâve been in this business like forever. Sometimes I just have to remind myself that I should explain how lead generation works so that you guys can recognize all the opportunities it gives you.
Today, Iâm going to talk about how lead gen verticals work using the example of a lead gen portal in the senior care business. Residential assisted living is an expensive thing, so you can make serious money generating leads in this field.
Or you can apply the system to some other business - it works in any niche. Thatâs the beauty of this industry.
Tune in for todayâs episode as Iâm diving into how you can make money generating and arbitraging senior care leads.

Wouldnât it be great if there was a formula for selling anything? You know, a framework you should follow when creating an offer that would guarantee you a successful sale⌠Of course, it would be awesome!
And what if I tell you there is a model that can really help you build lead gen offers, surveys, or even an offer for a sales funnel? Plus - Iâm more than willing to share the system with you (for FREE)!
But the best part is yet to come: Once you crack this code, itâs applicable in any business!
Itâs all around quick fixes vs. real solutions and understanding customersâ disbeliefs, wants, and needs. That is exactly what I will talk about in this episode of the Performance Marketer podcast.
So tune in for this episode and find out:
how to overcome customersâ resistance
how to use quick fixes as hooks

A couple of weeks ago, I talked to somebody who didn't know how to value a company and what the valuable asset in their company was. I was kind of surprised, honestly. But then I thoughtâŚ
âWait a second! Probably more people don't know that. So, maybe we should talk about it!â
So today, we're going to talk about:
selling a business
how to understand what a company is worth
how to figure out if a market is right for you
Iâll dive into the topic using numbers and comps in the marketplace, explain how the stock market trades in multiples with the P/E ratio, and show how to value a company based on specific revenue numbers and multiples.
So stick around, we'll get into it right now.

Hey Performance Marketers,Â
Iâm still on a mission to obsess over the customer and make an impact on the lives of people who need help in this stuff. Last time we started talking about the process of evaluating media and determining if certain media buying campaign works for us.Â
There was a lot of maths, and weâll continue the calculations today. Well, itâs better to say that weâll be playing with numbers to figure out whatâs the most profitable for us. Don't you roll your eyes - numbers tell us everything.Â
I just need several numbers to tell you whatâs going on in a business - donât need to look at its ad or landing page. And I want to teach you the power of data in a simplified way.Â
I could be diving into these things for days. But Iâm trying to keep it simple and share the essence of the business - to filter whatâs really important, so you donât have to waste time on the noise around the core metrics.Â
So, letâs dive into optimizing and scaling the business, some more mistakes people usually make when buying media, and a tip or two on how to take a calculated risk.
Well, you better stick around!

âGive a person a fish, and you feed them for a day. Teach a person to fish, and you feed them for a lifetime.â
Are you ready to learn how to fish? Because Iâm ready to teach you how to find the fish so that you don't need me (or anybody else). It's the high-level framework, the strategy you can use no matter where you're buying media.
Today, I'm going to take you through the process of evaluating media. Iâll show you how to buy traffic and determine if it works for you. What I want you to understand is the concept of analyzing the traffic and how to best optimize what you're doing.Â
Yes, it includes some math. When youâre going into buying traffic, there are a lot of numbers - click rates, open rates, conversion rates⌠you can dive in the stats all day long and go after all these different numbers.
But donât freak out - Iâve simplified the process so you can focus on just a few numbers that really matter. Iâve taken out all other noise from the equation, I promise! This is how my mind thinks about this. Â
So tune in for the first of two episodes and find out:
how to analyze data to see if your campaign is working or notÂ
how to optimize and scale the businessÂ
what mistakes people usually make when buying media
Letâs dive in and catch some fish!

Hey Performance Marketers, welcome to the second part of the episode - weâre going to continue modeling a new lead generation business. This time Iâm diving deeper into email list management.Â
Iâve prepared some scenarios to show you how I guestimate if a project is worth investing in. I picked some real scenarios with pretty conservative, down-to-earth projections so you can see how serious money can be made in this business.Â
Whatâs the best part?Â
You donât need to have any product to sell, or huge investment, or even employees - you can be a one-man shop and still be mega-successful. You only have to understand email marketing and be willing to hustle. (Good old hard work is always the right answer.)
So, tune in for the new episode and learn how to monetize leads by sending third-party offers, how to get revenue from an email list management partnership, and how you can be profitable with a 0.6% click rate.
Welcome to another episode that is worth listening to several times.

Right now, we're bringing in new people and building out different businesses. (Actually, thatâs something weâre doing all the time.) So, I want to talk you through how we're modeling this out and what weâre doing from the start.
Iâm reviewing an email list management business for two scenarios - generating/nurturing leads for a debt consolidation company and for a coach who sells a high-ticket program worth $25,000.Â

Have you ever thought about how important mindset and personality are for success? Iâm sure youâve heard of mindset coaching and personality tests, but have you ever dived deeply into why you are who you are?Â
I have. And my team as well. Actually, Mandy Keene, mindset coach, had me and my team take the DISC personality test. She then reviewed with all of us what the DISC means and went over each of our reports in front of everyone.Â
We did the test primarily to learn things about ourselves (and each other). But it can also be used to get an insight into the personalities of job candidates before hiring them. In that way, I could immediately determine if a candidate would be a good fit for the role Iâm trying to fill.Â
After Mandy analyzed our results, we had a roundtable talk where we brainstormed and talked internally about the test. It turned out to be an interesting chat, so I thought I could use it for our show.Â
That makes this episode somewhat different from others - Iâm sharing our meeting, so you can see how we operate on a day-to-day basis.Â
Tune in and get a little look under the hood!

Today Iâm chatting with David Stodolak, a hustler who figured out how to play in this lead gen world. I worked with him years ago at a student loan company before I started Universal. Back then, David was doing a great job in the call center.Â
But since our student loan company folded, David started teaching himself and working hard, so he built a successful lead gen business in the solar space over the years.Â
Today, he is president of Solar Direct Marketing and managing partner of Encompass Leads, where he oversees all lead generation and outbound call campaigns.Â
I asked him to share how he went from knowing nothing to achieving tremendous success in the lead gen business. So tune in, as he is willing to show you that it is really possible if you have determination, desire, and persistence.

Today, we're going to talk about the concept of frameworks.Â
Since I started helping people, one of the things I've struggled with the most is my prominent ADD. You know what that means - having trouble focusing attention, crazy running around and doing 25 things at once.Â
When I focus, that's when I'm at my best. Once I laser focus on something, I kill it! When I'm all over the map, I half-arse everything, and I don't get anything done.Â
I want to avoid the latter scenario here where I'm trying to teach you things that might be complicated⌠or you may feel overwhelmed. So, I decided to start off with something that will keep me on track - creating frameworks.Â
They will allow me to simplify things and help me focus when I get lost in my digressions. Plus, we can easily go back to what I've already explained just by glancing through the framework.
Tune in for the new episode as I'm diving into the importance of the framework concept, what frameworks within frameworks mean, and how you can use them in your own business.

How to find leads? How to get traffic?
If I had $1 every time I heard these questionsâŚ
Everyone asks me that all the time - people at conferences I go to, entrepreneurs, guys in my text community⌠Itâs wild! And I truly love it! Because that means people want to learn. Plus - they think that I have answers for them, which is great.
Because I do!
But first, Iâd like to change the perspective slightly. Yes, you want to look for leads, and you need traffic. But I think the better question is how to find customers or potential customers. I donât think you just want to get leads. But leads that will convert into customers? Thatâs a real thing!Â
So in this episode, we're going to talk about a three-step traffic framework⌠and some frameworks within the framework. Iâve also prepared a little presentation with a ton of valuable info, so this could be called a mini-course - but this one is free!
Then, tune in and find out how to determine who your customers are, where to find them, and how to position your product or service to your market.
There are also a bunch of helpful tips within this overall framework, so letâs dive right in!

Are you ready for some positive energy?!
I had the pleasure to chat with motivational speaker Larry Long Jr, an old friend of mine who played college baseball with me at the University of Maryland.
Back then, we competed against each other. If we hadnât, we could have been best friends since we have similar personalities - we both empathize and want to help people. Bonus: We are talkers - we could talk all day long!
And Larry has found a way to make money out of these traits. As a transformational speaker and a mindset coach, he helps massive companies unlock their employeesâ full potential and impact lives for the positive.
Or as Larry likes to put thatâŚ
âWhen we were in school, I used to get in trouble for running my mouth. Now I get paychecks for running my mouth.â
And today, he is a treat for us!

She used to be a teacher. â
Sheâs an expert in real estate. â

She has a God-given ability to inspire people. âÂ
It seemed that teaching other professionals in the industry was just her thing!
Four years ago, she started coaching real estate agents in marketing themselves online utilizing video and social media. Now she has a broader net of teaching local professionals related to real estate and other entrepreneurs.
As Krista puts it, she teaches people how to sell themselves.
And she does a great job, indeed!
Beginning as a person no one knew online, Krista hit over $20 million in just four years. Not only that, but her team has made over a million dollars for ten months in a row, and she is now on track to do $24 million in one year!
At least, thatâs her goal!
Iâm sure youâll enjoy the interview as I did because Krista has so much gold to share!

Last week I came back from Funnel Hacking Live in Orlando - a five-day conference that energized and inspired me a ton.
Itâs because many astonishing speakers were literally pumping value out into the world. While I was listening to them, ideas were pouring out of my head.

I didnât just show up!Â
I prepared myself and planned my activities before I went there.
In this episode, Iâll talk about everything you should do before, during, and after an event to avoid mistakes and get the most value out of being there.Â
If you tune in, Iâll help you not end up with a notebook full of notes and takeaways that you never opened, as it happened to me after a conference in Nashville.
And maybe weâll meet at the next event!

The minute I started to learn about online marketing, I immediately loved it.Â
I love everything about it - advertising, being online, and having so much opportunity.Â

Itâs like putting two things together and making people happy.

My favorite way to start my week is to get a strong dose of motivation. How do I do it? Itâs simple...
I watch greatness!
Coaching is a great way to fast-track your success. Still, I often hear people saying they just donât have money for it.

If you listen carefully to what they say, youâll discover some of the biggest secrets of success - free of charge!
I find myself drawn to athletes and listening to their stories. Recently I watched the 2021 Pro Football Hall of Fame induction ceremony. Some of the best NFL players of all time gave inspiring speeches, and I was so moved by their words I decided to dedicate this weekâs show to it!
In this episode, Iâm going to be breaking down their amazing quotes about success, overcoming adversity, self-respect, legacy, and many other precious lessons.
I hope their words inspire you as much as theyâve inspired me.

Change is inevitable, which is why we must learn how to deal with it.
I just dropped my kids off at summer camp, where theyâll be staying for the next four weeks. We havenât been apart for so long in a while, and it was a difficult moment for all of us.
But on the drive back, I was inspired to think about change. I recorded some of these thoughts so I could share them with you!
We all seem to react similarly to change, whether weâre kids being dropped off at camp or entrepreneurs starting a business.
And more often than not, change makes us anxious and afraid. And even though thatâs a perfectly normal reaction, we should fight these sensations because theyâre not doing us any good.
When weâre facing change, I firmly believe the best course of action is to take a step back and reflect on whatâs happening. The better we understand where the anxiety is coming from, the better we can fight it using rational arguments.
For this weekâs episode, I will be sharing some quick-fire tips on dealing with change to help aspiring entrepreneurs who are struggling to take the next big step in their careers.
If youâre plagued by worry about change, make sure to give it a listen!
Key Takeaways:
What do aspiring entrepreneurs and kids going to a summer camp have in common? (1:06)
Focus on the things you can control! (2:26)
We all deal with anxiety⌠(4:06)
Why change IS good (7:08)

In order to craft a great marketing message, you need to have this one, unique skill. But let me back up a bit...
One of the biggest mistakes marketers make is they try to guess what their audience wants. More often than not, this approach leads to disastrous results.
When you assume your personal opinions, values, attitudes, and challenges are relevant for your audience, youâre setting yourself up for failure.
âItâs NOT about what YOU want⌠Itâs about what THEY want!â - Eric Beer
Being able to put yourself into your audienceâs mindset is a crucial marketing skill, which allows you to craft messages that resonate with your audience. And it shouldnât be a guessing game.
You can have amazing results by simply asking! Creating surveys has worked wonders for me, and when Survey Detective launches, Iâm confident it will for others as well.
A great strategy for understanding your audience is to consider some of the key motivators present in human psychology. So for today, Iâm going to go over one of the most common frameworks for understanding the wants of your audience, popularly known as the pleasure-pain principle.
I will explore several marketing situations where this principle applies and explain how it affects your ability to create a powerful marketing message that converts!
Key Takeaways:
A HUGE mistake many marketers make when crafting their message (1:09)
Understanding your buyerâs mindset: avoiding pain or pursuing pleasure? (4:50)
What happens when you figure out your audienceâs âwhy?â (7:41)
âItâs not about what YOU wantâŚâ (10:18)
Segmenting your audience by the pain-pleasure principle (12:10)

In the previous episode, I shared a powerful moment from a Russell Brunson event I went to recently. It was a 2-day seminar centered on his Perfect Webinar framework.

On the flight back, I watched a movie, and it hit me. I felt like Neo!

I havenât taken a business trip in what felt like ages. But recently, I went up to Boise for this event, and it was exactly what I needed.
I attended a Russell Brunson event, and I witnessed something that inspired me to do this episode.
The seminar was great. I was locked up in my own house for so long, working all day, and I needed something to break out of that routine.
Not only did it provide me with a reset I desperately needed, but it was such a relief to see that other people were going through the same things I was. And in that, I found a great sense of camaraderie and belonging. Still, itâs not exactly what I wanted to talk to you about today.
At one point, we were all asked to share our thoughts and impressions. And this lady came up to the microphone and started crying. But when she explained what she felt - it was super clear to me.
Itâs something I experienced a long time ago, but a lesson I still keep very close to my heart. A message I turn to whenever self-doubt starts to show its ugly face.
Everybodyâs human.
Today, Iâm going to share some of my deepest thoughts on this subject, and I hope my words find you well.
Key Takeaways:
Everybodyâs human - a message to all entrepreneurs (0:00)
My first business trip in a very long time (2:20)
An important lesson I learned at an early age (what A-Rod taught meâŚ) (7:41)

How to become an expert (anyone can do this!) (21:44)
Lessons learned from playing golf (25:00)

Today, I want to say a few words about burnout and how to prevent it.
In modern society, even more so online, thereâs plenty of talk about success and what it takes to get there. And I feel like many people are putting a lot of pressure on themselves.
Pushing yourself to be better isnât necessarily a bad thing. But if youâre constantly working your butt off and giving it all youâve got, you may find yourself on a path to burnout. And that path is a slippery slope, my friends.
Hereâs why Iâm telling you all this. Itâs normal to want to take a break. And if youâve got that hustle mindset, chances are youâre going to feel guilty about it.
And if thatâs you reading this right now - stop it! Cut yourself some slack!
The reason why Iâm telling you all of this is because itâs something Iâve been dealing with myself recently. Even after everything Iâve achieved, being OK with pressing pause and taking a step back is something I really struggle with.
So for this episode, Iâm going to share my thoughts on preventing burnout and the value of pushing the reset button from time to time.
I hope this helps!
Key Takeaways:
Why is taking a moment to reset so vital (1:13)
Feeling guilty when not working (2:27)

The best way to understand another companyâs customer journey is to go through it yourself.
I recently had to return a package I received from Amazon. But it turns out sometimes even the most seemingly mundane tasks can become a memorable experience. At least for business geeks such as myself.
Apparently, you can return stuff from Amazon without paying for shipping, but only if you send it through Kohlâs. And just by taking that little extra step, I witnessed an incredibly powerful business deal. First-hand, from the perspective of the consumer.
Even as I was going through the process, I immediately recognized the benefits for everyone - customers included.
Whenever I encounter this kind of strategic thinking, it truly makes me smile. After all, itâs one of the main reasons I love business so much. And biz dev deals such as this one helped me get to where I am today.
So for this weekâs episode, I will reverse engineer this Kohlâs-Amazon partnership and share a simple 4-step framework for creating fantastic biz dev deals.
I hope you enjoy it!
Key Takeaways:
What I went through trying to return a package to Amazon (1:02)
How Kohlâs managed to upsell me (3:54)
Reverse engineering the Kohlâs-Amazon deal (6:23)
What makes this an excellent deal for Kohlâs? (8:05)
How to track customer behavior offline (10:14)
The 4 steps to an incredible biz dev deal (13:13)

My golfing buddies, theyâre all super successful.

And one question really stuck out.
They asked, âEric, in your opinion, what is the most important thing in business?â
And I liked that question so much, I decided to make a short clip and share my answer with all of you!

What do you want your legacy to be?
I recorded this episode on February 5th, which is a very meaningful day for me. Itâs my momâs birthday.
My mom passed away in 2003 at the age of 54 after losing a battle with melanoma cancer.
On her birthday, I get messages from friends and family, and itâs a chance for all of us to think back and reminisce about all the great memories weâve created together.
Even though sheâs no longer with us, my mom is still a very important part of my life and my familyâs lives. The impact she made on the world will continue to resonate for many years to come.
And it got me thinking about the importance of legacy.
Way too often, we get caught up in the little things, especially when weâre talking about business. We get so overwhelmed by the thought of making money, which usually means we canât focus on the big picture.
For me, defining what I want my business legacy to be made a huge impact on my approach to business and even everyday life.
And I think it could for you too. So stick around!

Today weâre going to talk about a key step in using leads to build and grow your business.
In recent weeks, weâve discussed why leads are so crucial for every business. However, lots of people still struggle to set up a system that works.
And hereâs the number one reason why they fail. Itâs because they didnât put in the time to build a relationship with their list.
When youâre dealing with cold leads, you NEVER lead with a sale. You canât expect people will give you money when they know nothing about you or your business.
A few might but most of them wonât.
This is why nurturing your list is so important and why the true power of leads lies in the follow-up.
For this week, Iâm going to share a 14-day email sequence framework that will help you warm up those leads, nurture them, build a relationship, and finally, convert them into sales.
Make sure to watch all the way through because Iâm also going to share a little secret about a project Iâm currently working on.

Because itâs not only bulletproof, but it also works in any industry or any niche.

Making tough decisions is a part of life. Itâs just that some take a much bigger toll than others.
Last week, I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my adult life.
I know this year has been pretty rough on everyone, and we all can't wait for it to end. For my family, itâs ending on a sad note.
About a month ago, our dog Cody, who has been with our family for 16 amazing years, was diagnosed with congestive heart failure. And a little over a week ago, his health started deteriorating rapidly.
He was really hurting, which put us in the position of having to ask ourselves a deeply heartbreaking question.
How do you know if and when should you euthanize your beloved animal companion?
Since itâs a very personal topic, I wonât be going into too much detail. But I also feel itâs a story I need to share.
We all face tough decisions in life at one time or another. These kinds of gut-wrenching experiences are devastating, but they can also teach us plenty - if we can find the strength and the courage to learn.
Today, Iâm going to share with you the 5 lessons Iâve learned from all this.

When I was a kid, I used to go to the movies with my friends all the time. And we had this little trick, where, after it ended, weâd sneak into another theater so we could watch the last 20-30 minutes of a different movie.
Later, when I would watch that same movie from beginning to end, knowing the ending completely changed the entire experience.
Watching the story unfold in a different direction gave me a lot more insight into the movie structure itself.
So what does starting a business and watching a movie in reverse have in common?
For us, it was all about having fun and watching as many movies as we possibly could.
I realize now that this is also an excellent method for learning about the best way to develop a roadmap for your brand new business.
Great entrepreneurs start at the end and work their way back.
When you define an ending, you also give your journey a powerful sense of direction. And when you know how the story ends, itâs a lot easier to work your way back to the beginning and map out all the steps you need to go through before getting to where you want to go.
Todayâs episode is dedicated to all entrepreneurs out there who are feeling a bit stuck. I hope this trick will help you get moving again!

Just short of 17 years ago, Chris was diagnosed with stage III colon cancer. What came after was a period of excruciating fear and agonizing hopelessness.
Desperately searching for ways to cope, he threw himself into exploring the practices of healthy living. By making a radical change to his diet and lifestyle, Chris managed to beat cancer - without ever undergoing chemotherapy!
He decided to share his story to support other cancer patients and continues to do so to this day. Chris recently published his second book called Beat Cancer Daily, and with it, he aims to empower people to overcome the biggest obstacles and survive lifeâs most difficult storms.
The topic of cancer hits very close to home for me. I lost my mom to melanoma cancer, my grandpa to lung cancer, and even today, I have several friends fighting the big fight against this horrible disease.
If youâre going through an incredibly difficult period in your life, I sincerely hope our conversation provides you with some comfort.
Keep fighting!

Iâve built my affiliate marketing business using this exact model.

But thatâs not all!
Iâm also going to brainstorm a gigantic amount of topics across an exhaustive list of industries to show you just how universal and intuitive surveys actually are.

Surveys are an incredibly powerful marketing tool because of one crucial thing - they take the guesswork out of the equation.
Many people make the mistake of crafting their offer on what they THINK people want, instead of what people ACTUALLY want.
If you want to know something about your audience - ask them. Gathering insights by surveying your die-hard fans will make all the difference in the world for your campaign.
But thatâs not all surveys have to offer! They are also fantastic for generating leads, and people often overlook this.
Just by structuring your surveys the right way, youâll be able to revolutionize your lead generation process.
Yes, surveys genuinely are amazing, and today, Iâm going to talk about the top 7 reasons why theyâre so effective.
Stick around - you're in for a treat!

Do you know why so many businesses struggle to get new customers? Itâs because they have no clue who theyâre talking to!
When selling a product or a service, the first step should always be the same - create an ideal customer profile. Even today, Iâm still baffled by the fact that so many people think they can grow their business without it.
You canât - itâs not up for debate!
Creating a customer avatar is essential because itâs fundamental to your marketing strategy. Learning about your audienceâs characteristics allows you to connect with them.
Their desires, challenges, interests, objections, behavior⌠All of this will enable you to improve your message, write better ad copy, and create content theyâre ACTUALLY interested in.
And hereâs something people often overlook. You can ALWAYS go back to your ideal customer profile and develop it further.
For this weekâs episode, Iâll show you how I create and optimize my customer avatars.
Itâs helped me optimize my sales every single time, and Iâm 100% sure it will help you do the same.

This week, Iâm pulling back the curtain to give everyone a sneak peek into one of our private survey training sessions.
Earlier this year, I started a Performance Marketer Group to help entrepreneurs build their list and level up their business using surveys.
Weâre making excellent progress, and weâve already stepped in deep into the technical side of things.
Having access to my SurveyDetective platform has been of tremendous help for my founding members. It has made their journey a whole lot easier.
Still, for us to get to the finish line, theyâll need to digest the essentials of creating an online survey thoroughly.
In this training session, I talked about the three essential survey page types. And for each of them, I gave a high-level overview and laid out all the key steps for creating awesome survey pages that get results every single time.
Join me as I break down the frameworks of welcome, lead opt-in and outcome pages for online surveys.
If you understand everything that Iâm going to share in this episode, know that youâre well on your way to becoming a true SurveyDetective.

The online space has revolutionized the way we improve and self-educate. Ebooks, courses, blogs, youtube videos, audiobooks, virtual events, masterclasses...
Unbelievable quantities of seemingly never-ending opportunities to learn, grow, and develop, both in business and life in general.
I consume vast amounts of content every single day. If you are ambitious and have a strong desire to move forward, you canât afford not to.
The big, overarching issue with content consumption is always the same - itâs time-consuming.
Thereâs so much good stuff out there itâs merely impossible to get to everything youâd love to watch, read or listen to and still be on top of your daily schedule.
Not having enough time in the day for self-education has been bothering me for quite a long time. Luckily, I was able to figure out a little hack that allowed me to consume content quickly.
Using this simple trick, I was able to double or even triple the amount of content I can consume in a single day. And when you do it as much as I do, the returns are incredible.
This one little trick has changed my life!
Today, Iâm going to share my hack for consuming content quickly and give a little demo. Iâm hoping this simple adjustment to the way you consume content will do as much for you as it did for me.

Investing in companies isnât a privilege reserved for the financial elite. You could start doing it tomorrow, even if you donât have millions of dollars lying around in your bank account.
Today, weâre going to talk about how to invest in companies with other peopleâs money, and I donât think thereâs a better person to talk about it with than Tom Shipley.
Tom is a serial entrepreneur, strategic advisor, investor, and an expert in omnichannel brand building. About 20 years ago, after a career in the special forces, he began his entrepreneurial career with just $100 in his pocket.
His first-ever business idea was on point, but he was determined to learn more about systems, processes, and analytics to raise his game. In pursuit of those skills, he ended up with a Bachelorâs and a Masterâs degree in Industrial Engineering.
In 2005, he co-founded Atlantic Coast Brands and grew it into one of the largest direct to consumer multi-brand companies in America. One billion dollars in revenue later, and heâs still very much actively looking for new opportunities to build brands and explore platforms that can scale.
This episode is a masterclass on investing in companies, full of practical tips, real-life examples, and resources that will help you learn the craft from scratch.
Thereâs a lot of stuff we need to unpack here, so letâs dive right in!

If you ever thought about going into online marketing - NOW is the time!
This week, Iâm joined by the founder of eCom Underground and renowned e-commerce expert, Bryan Bowman. He is an all-star in the online marketing space, and heâs got some incredible insights about the current state of the market heâd like to share with you.
Bryan and I initially met through Russell Brunsonâs Inner Circle, and we got to know each other pretty well since then. We regularly have calls where we exchange ideas and discuss the latest online trends.
Iâve enjoyed our conversations so much, and I figured you would, too, which is why Iâm delighted to have him on the show.
Being a former pro golfer, he relied on his remarkable athlete mindset to get to the top of the e-commerce industry. He got into the game selling used products from eBay on Amazon, but things really skyrocketed when he discovered private labeling, which helped him develop multiple successful brands.
These days, heâs focusing on coaching and consulting SMBs on leveraging digital marketing to grow their business and dominate their market. Heâs always organizing cool free challenges on various aspects of e-commerce and digital marketing, so make sure you check him out.
Tune in to learn more about the current state of the online market, up-to-date e-commerce trends, how to scale off-Amazon, and overall, how to grow a successful business in the next ten years with online marketing.

This week on the podcast, I'm joined by Josh Latimer, aka Automate Josh!
With years of experience as a serial entrepreneur, Josh founded, grew, and sold three highly successful businesses. These days, he focuses on teaching, coaching, and helping small business owners understand the power of automation and systems.
After listening to a cassette tape of Rich Dad, Poor Dad by Robert Kiyosaki, Josh felt inspired to dive into the exciting world of entrepreneurship. He began his journey with a brick-and-mortar window-washing business, which he later grew to just under $200k in monthly revenue!
A software company, an education company, and a podcast later, we meet Josh to discuss his latest project - Honor & Fire.
Josh and I share a core value. We believe there's nothing more important than family.
As entrepreneurs, everything we do comes back to bettering the lives of those we love most.
Unfortunately, achieving work-life balance is rarely easy, especially when it comes to entrepreneurs. With only 24 hours in a day, many people struggle to cope with the challenges of being a business owner.
In those types of situations, family life is usually the first thing that suffers... Unless you do something about it.
"We need to build wealth... But we don't need to burn our household to the ground in pursuit of it." - Josh Latimer
Today, Josh is going to share a vision of Honor & Fire, an educational program for entrepreneurial families that he co-designed with his wife, Ashley. Using family systems, they aim to empower small business owners to build a business of their dreams without sacrificing quality family time.
In this episode, Josh will present a high-level overview of the program, and together, we'll explore the key points of his marketing strategy.

Do you know how big the lead generation business actually is?
According to numbers from 2019, lead gen business advertisers bought $2.6 billion. Huge, right? But itâs still just half the story.
The forecasts show that this number is going to rise to a whopping $3.2 billion just four years from now!
One thing we can say for sure - the lead gen industry is not going anywhere. Itâs recession-proof.
Because the bottom line is people always need leads. And anyone, literally anyone, can step in and become a part of the greatest business in the world.
I see many people out there struggling, itching to get away from their 9-to-5 and chase their dream of becoming an entrepreneur. But if youâre not generating enough cash flow, itâs always going to be an uphill battle. And starting a lead gen business can help you break that vicious cycle.
Last week I gave you a high-overview of how you can use my Beer method and my SurveyDetective platform to start your own lead generation operation and get some quick wins under your belt.
Today, weâre diving in even further as I share my 7-step lead generation framework to help you take control of your business and become a true Performance Marketer.
Thereâs going to be a lot of practical tips for you in this one, including instructions on how to turn cold leads into warm leads and a formula for calculating your allowable cost per lead. Absolute gold for anyone looking to get concrete info about how to do lead gen.

You don't need to have your own product to start making money.
Trust me. I've been there. I was generating millions of dollars long before Performance Marketer and SurveyDetective.
Lots of entrepreneurship coaches like to emphasize finding your passion. And even though I'm 100% on board with doing what you love, I know not everyone can afford it.
Financial security helps you make better decisions.
Operating under financial pressure can be real torture; there's no doubt about it. If you're barely making ends meet, finding your passion isn't a top priority.
I believe there is a perfect middle-ground solution between making good money while still NOT having to give up on your dreams.
Knowing how to generate leads is a necessity for any type of business. Sooner or later you're going to need to know how to do it, and how to do it well.
What a lot of people don't realize is, lead generation on its own is an entirely viable business option. And it doesn't take much to start seeing results.
Join me today as I share a high-level framework on how to build a profitable lead gen business quickly and easily using my proven method.

The majority of marketers are leaving money on the table.
When youâre crafting an offer, you need to make the most out of every single component. Make every page work towards reaching your goals.
Every survey needs a thank you page. But even those who understand the value of showing appreciation to your audience frequently miss out on a huge opportunity to make a little extra.
Iâm talking about found money.
Yes, your thank you page is an excellent way for you to acquire additional conversions. It performs amazingly well, whether youâre using a lead magnet, trying to make a sale, or just getting people to engage with your brand.
For this week, Iâm going to show you how to create a fantastic thank you page so you can supplement your marketing efforts and drastically increase your conversion rates.
But thereâs more!
Iâm going to share a full outcome page framework for you to use when creating segmentation surveys. While going through the steps, Iâll refer back to some of the top tips and techniques weâve explored over the last couple of months.

Are you making the most out of your lead magnets?
They are a powerful marketing tool, one that every marketer should know how to leverage.
You create a lead magnet to draw out a specific action from your audience. But while youâre offering a piece of content for free, youâre also asking something in return.
Depending on your goals, you could ask for an email or a phone number or maybe request a particular action, like subscribing to a podcast or a YouTube channel.
Whatever it is youâre giving away, youâre using it to entice your audience to engage with you.
Essentially, youâre making an ethical bribe.
Lead magnets work so well because theyâre built on an evergreen marketing principle - people love getting free stuff. Still, thereâs a lot more you need to take into account to really make the most out of them.
Yes, creating a great lead magnet will skyrocket your conversion rate. But on your way there, youâre bound to run into all sorts of common traps. If youâre not careful, they could completely derail your campaign.
Iâve seen people make the same mistakes over and over again when it comes to lead magnets. All of them are easily avoidable.
And so for today, I want to share with you some essential questions you should always ask yourself before putting your lead magnet into place.
This checklist of top 9 mistakes to avoid when choosing a lead magnet giveaway will ensure youâre on point every single time.

Every great survey needs a breathtaking, killer hook. The headline on your start page is your only shot at leaving a good first impression. You have to make it count every single time.
Coming up with an awesome hook is about knowing what makes your audience tick. You need to figure out how to pique their interest and spark curiosity.
If you fail to do so, thereâs a chance all of your hard work will be in vain. Nothing increases a drop-off rate more than a bland, poorly constructed hook that completely misses the point.
Over the years, Iâve developed a system that allows me to brainstorm a vast amount of quality headlines at a ridiculously fast pace. I later test them out with my SurveyDetective platform to determine which of them performs best.
I donât leave anything to chance.
Based on this system, Iâve developed a framework to help my Performance Marketer founding members create killer hooks the same way I do.
And so for todayâs episode, Iâm going to share some structural insights and examine the crucial elements of a top-performing, curiosity-based headline. In other words...
Learn how to create a killer hook for your survey without wasting time and money on courses, in just over 30 minutes!

When youâre trying to learn a new skill, there are certain things you can always count on. There is always going to be some kind of a learning curve, and some people will find it easier than others.
One thing is sure - no one ever got it right on the first go. Iâve been in this business for over 20 years, and thereâs no doubt that the difference between my first and most recent survey is nothing short of astronomical.
So we all learn by failing at first and getting better as we go. But why we fail and how speaks worlds about the speed of our journey.
In all my years of building surveys and helping others do the same, Iâve seen people disrespect the process countless times. And as long as youâre trying to pull questions out of thin air, hoping you'll stumble upon crucial information about your audience - youâll always be a long way from harvesting the true power of surveys.
You can mess up a survey in many ways, although some are much more common than others. I recently set a challenge for myself and was able to list out the 21 most common mistakes people make when building surveys.
Today, Iâm going to share every single one and explain exactly how to avoid them.

Surveying your audience is not merely âasking questions.â But a lot of people treat it that way. Itâs usually the same people who complain about not getting results.
You canât just go with your gut or brainstorm your way into a good, reliable survey. There is a process, and you need to respect it.
When choosing questions, you need to be careful, precise, and efficient. Thereâs only so much you can ask before your surveyees become annoyed or agitated and decide not to go through with it.
That is why every question has to have a purpose.
What you need are questions that will help you investigate and segment your audience.
Each question you ask should reveal a portion of the story. If you donât understand how a specific question does that - get it out! You donât need it.
Today, I want to talk to you about 5 types of market segmentation you can use to create surveys and get the whole story.
Iâm going to go over each of these segmentation types, explaining when and how to use them.

In the last couple of episodes, I have introduced two powerful survey types performance marketers rely on to get results. Today, Iâm going to spend some time bringing these two stories together.
Discovery and segmentation surveys go hand in hand and complement each other perfectly. If youâre just using one without the other, youâre not utilizing their full potential.
This episode is all about maximizing the gains from applying these essential types of surveys.
Now that weâre using the right tools, weâre going to focus a little bit more on the process. We have the surveys, and today weâre talking about what makes a SurveyDetective.
One of the most common mistakes Iâve seen marketers make is to overthink their role. Iâve seen them spend countless hours trying to wrap their head around the things their audience wants. To be perfectly candid, Iâve been in that situation myself during the earlier parts of my career.
Luckily, I was able to figure out just how futile these attempts were. Not only was it ridiculously challenging for me to guess the needs of my audience, but it shouldnât have been a part of my role in the first place.
Thanks to surveys, I learned there was a much better way.
Instead of guessing, I started asking.

Weâre still in quarantine mode, and the updates Iâve been getting from friends across the industry got me thinking.
Some businesses are experiencing record lows, something youâd expect when the whole world is in full-on crisis mode. But still, at the same time, a significant number of companies are actually thriving.
How are these businesses prospering when others are struggling to keep the lights on? What is the one thing that all of these companies have in common?
The answer is simple. They all have a powerful mailing list.
Building your list has been a very frequent topic on my podcast. Iâve spoken about it passionately because I genuinely believe that it is a cornerstone of any successful business. At least those that are in it for the long haul.
But even though itâs massively important, lots of people find it challenging. And Iâve decided to do something about it.

For this weekâs episode of the Performance Marketer Podcast, I had the pleasure of talking to Jeff Goldstein. Jeff is a veteran of the online industry who, in 2006, sold his business for a whopping 100 million dollars in cash!
Today, weâre going to talk about the number one reason that helped him build his 9-figure business. Can you guess what it is? Itâs something thatâs been a very frequent topic on our show.
If you guessed âbuild your list,â then youâre welcome to pat yourselves on the back. Iâve said it before, and Iâll keep saying it - you have to build your list. That is how you build your empire.
Jeff is an advocate of simplicity in business, which is something he talks about in his book titled Itâs Just That Simple. Recently, Jeff restructured his teachings into a free webinar.
If youâd like to learn more about his 6-step formula to building a sustainable business in less than 30 days, check out the link in the Additional Resources section below.

Stu was one of the co-founders of WishList Member, the worldâs leading membership platform for WordPress. And the insights heâs pulled together over the years apply to virtually every market out there.

Today, I'm going to share something very special. Itâs a project weâve been working on for a long time, and it was created with the sole purpose of helping you bring Performance into Performance Marketing. Iâm talking about the brand-new tool called AdCalc.
Now, I often hear that people find themselves driven out of many lucrative fields purely because they donât like maths. And even though I understand that some might not enjoy it as much as myself, itâs not a good enough reason to prevent you from achieving something great.
The tool weâve built is simple, easy-to-use, and it will help you optimize all of your media buying strategies. So for todayâs episode of the Performance Marketer Podcast, Iâve created a detailed breakdown of the software, full of relevant, field-related examples that will show you exactly why itâs so awesome.
I have also prepared a unique offer for the loyal members of the Performance Marketer Nation. Typically, the subscription for AdCalc costs $47 per month. However, I've set up a special offer on my website that provides you with a 60-day trial to the platform, for only $7. You can sign up using the link below, in the Additional Resources section of the show notes.

Spencer is a real wizard when it comes to YouTube marketing, and today, heâs going to share some incredible insights you donât want to miss. This conversation has only solidified my belief that YouTube is an extremely powerful tool for performance marketing.
Weâre going to dive deep into the mechanics of how to leverage one of the world's biggest social media networks and set up a system that produces evergreen passive income. Spencer also gave us a breakdown of the YouTube's ranking algorithm and shared a bunch of practical tips on how to create engaging content.
This episode is pure gold. Spencer's insights are so valuable that youâd expect to find them somewhere behind a paywall, and not in a free hour-long podcast.

For this weekâs episode, I had the pleasure of talking to Brad Hart, an affiliate marketer, coach, and founder of Make More Marbles.
Brad has a remarkably rich backstory, and itâs very inspirational. Some of the challenges from his journey include a pretty turbulent childhood and changing careers several times over. But even though he ended up finding incredible success with his career, and at a very young age as well, he still wasnât feeling happy.
And it wasnât until he started attending Tony Robbins seminars that he got in touch with his values and pivoted to doing work he found way more fulfilling. Today, heâs mainly focusing on masterminds, coaching, and mentorship. One of his most recent accomplishments include ranking top 10 in the Knowledge Broker Blueprint affiliate program.
Iâm delighted that I got a chance to talk to him and go over his strategy for crafting offers. Brad was so generous with his process. At one point during, he even did a share-screen and meticulously described every single aspect of his funnels. So get ready for some intense note-taking because these are the kinds of insights you wonât get anywhere else.
For me, it was such an exciting conversation to have, and I genuinely hope you all enjoy it as much as I did.

Welcome to part two of my Knowledge Broker Blueprint affiliate campaign breakdown. Last week, I went over the entire KBB promotion structure, and I dove deep into the way that I set-up my affiliate campaign. The previous episode covers everything that happened before the free livecast event with Dean Graziosi and Tony Robbins. If you missed it, I suggest you listen to that episode first.
Today, Iâm going to talk you through the rest of the campaign, meaning everything that happened from February 27th onward. Also, Iâm going to share some of the key takeaways I got from this entire campaign, as well as hint at the projects that I'll be turning to next.
This truly was an exceptional opportunity, and the experience I got from it will be priceless for my future projects. Primarily for my upcoming affiliate promotion of Russell Brunsonâs Traffic Secrets book as well as the marketing campaign for my brand-new survey platform, SurveyDetective.
I hope my hour-long breakdown gave you some refreshing insights into the world of affiliate marketing. There are some very cool projects I have lined up shortly, and Iâm going to share my thoughts and strategies over the following weeks.
It's going to be a very exciting period. I'm really looking forward to it, and I hope you'll come along for the ride.

If youâre an entrepreneur or a small business owner, you may be qualified for a forgivable loan. Last week, the government put into place the Paycheck Protection Program which can help you cover payroll expenses.
Weâre facing some uniquely challenging times and this is will definitely go a long way to helping keep the economy going until the Coronavirus pandemic is under control and dealt with. I encourage you to contact your accountant, your lawyer or reach out to your bank as soon as you can and apply for a forgivable loan.
All businesses with up to 500 employees are can apply and although the program is planned to remain open until the end of June, there is a funding cap that will likely be reached before that time. Another reason why you should apply asap is that lenders need time to process your loan.
Iâve recorded this bonus episode to share my experience with filling out the application and answer some of the FAQs related to the PPP and the submission process. Check it out, apply if youâre eligible and I hope my experience can be of use to you. Stay safe, everyone!

Over the last couple of months, Iâve been working as part of an affiliate marketing team, promoting the Knowledge Broker Blueprint Course created by Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. If youâve been following my podcast and social media channels, then youâve must've seen a lot of content related to the KBB.
Since that is only just a part of the story, Iâve decided to share my entire KBB affiliate experience over the next couple of episodes. Iâm going to go through the whole process bit by bit, highlighting the stuff we did well and reflecting on the things we shouldâve done differently.
All in all, it was an amazing experience people would typically pay a lot of money for. I got a chance to work with incredible guys such as Tony and Dean, all while acquiring 30,000 brand new leads in the process.
In part one of my breakdown, I'll go over why I decided to join the KBB affiliate team and how we set everything right up until the free livecast with Tony and Dean, which was a massive milestone in the campaign. I got really deep into the nitty-gritty of it, so when youâre listening to this, make sure you can dedicate yourself to it. Thereâs a lot of cool stuff you donât want to miss.

I believe thereâs no reason you canât make money and do good at the same time. Being a good performance marketer is all about providing people with value. Youâre looking to match a product or a service with people who need it.
Looking at the market as a whole, you should be able to understand two things - itâs gigantic and diverse. But marketing is all about efficiency, and performance marketing even more so.
You have to make the most money by investing the least amount of resources or efforts. That means you canât go out and offer your product or service to anyone. You need to target people who are most likely to buy it.
Determining and understanding your target niche allows you to scale your performance marketing business, grow your list exponentially, and get better quality leads. The more you know about the people youâre targeting, the better you are at crafting your message. In the end, theyâll be more likely to resonate with what you have to offer.
Today, Iâm going to dive into some of the critical concepts revolving the topic of nurturing your leads so that you can find your niche and narrow it down. After that, Iâm going to share a little secret that will help you use information about your niche to control traffic and build your list further.

Last week, I shared a lot of good stuff about email marketing and sequencing. Mastering how to write emails and make sequences that convert is one of the final steps of my performance marketing framework. And since last weekâs episode was heavy on the technical, today, Iâm going to dive right into the practical side of things and try to bring the whole story together.
So if youâre still struggling to see the bigger picture, this episode should clear everything up on the macro level. I dedicated my previous lessons to exploring the earlier steps of my framework, and here, Iâm going to give you an example that will show you how to apply everything that youâve learned so far.
Once again, if you feel like you need to go back to the previous episodes and familiarize yourself with the concepts. Once you get the terminology down and have all the framework components in your head, youâre going to start recognizing them in the world around you. And when youâre able to do that, youâre progress will speed up exponentially.

For this episode of the Performance Marketer Podcast, I revisited another one of my private masterclasses, included in my challenge, âOne Affiliate Offerâ. And this weekâs topic is all about creating the perfect email sequence that will allow you to convert leads into customers.
The techniques Iâm going to share with you today played a huge role in my success and helped me build my performance marketing empire.
This episode is a little more on the technical side, so I advise you to listen to it multiple times and take notes. If youâre really serious about excelling in the world of performance marketing, you have to start absorbing this type of content.
Our previous episodes focused on the secrets and tips for creating traffic and acquiring leads. Today, weâre going to go a step further and Iâll explore some of the top techniques for selling any type of service or product via email. Stick around, I guarantee itâll be worth your while.

Today, Iâm going to do a deep dive into the topic of failure. And believe me, when I say, I know a thing or two about it. Throughout my career, I've had to suffer my fair share of failure. As did anyone who ever succeeded at anything.
Dealing with failure is not something that weâre naturally good at. Common responses to it include anger, frustration, disappointment, anxiety, and at times, even depression. We fall victim to our own limited perspectives. That is why, in order to boost the rate of your development, you first have to learn to accept failure for what it actually is - a tool that you can use in order to achieve your success.
Tune into todayâs episode of the Performance Marketer Podcast to hear about my story of reaching success through failure. Iâm also going to share how my way of approaching failure has allowed me to fast-track my success. And trust me - it can do the same for you!

Over the last ten years working in the affiliate marketing industry, Iâve had the chance to gather extraordinary insights. But the number one thing that I discovered which gave me a consistent competitive edge in business was how to convert cold leads into customers using surveys.
One of the biggest mistakes marketers make these days is customizing their core product when targeting specific sections of the market in an attempt to meet these needs. It requires a lot of time and effort, itâs incredibly difficult to pull off, but most of all - itâs completely unnecessary!
The solution? Never change your core offer, only customize the message. And relying on surveys to do that will get you the best possible results.
Tune in to hear more about one of the biggest marketing secrets Iâve learned in the last decade. I could never repeat all the success that Iâve had without it.
