This episode will explain our journey with Emma from the beginning and her diagnosis.  It also goes into how others are still in the dark with people being a little different and how we have dealt with past experiences and people's lack of acceptance.  I would personally like to carry around a pamphlet and toss them at those who are not very empathetic. ;)
