Our lack of understanding as to the “two” ways to create income. The most common method is exchanging hours for dollars (YOUR JOB). The second yet unfortunately least utilized is through profitable returns as a result of proper asset positioning. What is the ratio (hours worked VS profit) of our total income? Revenue from perpetual profit is key and creates a perpetual pump of income.
