In today's throwback episode we sit down with Allison Alcéna.  Allison previously served as a program coordinator in the Office of Multicultural Affairs and has been a frequent collaborator over the years.  Allison talks a little about their experience, how they arrived in Asheville, and shares some valuable advice the would have given to their younger self.
