Hezbollah released a video over the weekend flaunting a massive tunnel network with precision rockets and underground launch sites. It came amid lingering threats that Hezbollah would retaliate for the killing of its top military commander last month. Dr. Jacques Neriah, a senior researcher at the Jerusalem Center for Public Affairs and a former policy adviser to prime minister Yitzhak Rabin, said that the revelation was a move to deter Israel from attacking it. He told reporter Arieh O’Sullivan that Hezbollah was more keen on destroying Israel than preserving Lebanon and that an agreement with it wasn’t likely. (photo: screenshot)
