Gallery Co-founders Abel Rodriguez and Edgar-Arturo Camacho-Gonzalez bring their know-how, charm, and creativity to C/S. Learn how a symbolic comal (a griddle used to make tortillas) has turned a California community into a cultural hub, opening its doors and paving the way for LatinX peoples to own art creation and art experiences. It is through this cultural center that they have torn down the intimidating white gallery walls and have produced a space that brings the family together, a lot like a traditional LatinX kitchen will.
