I got to interview my first chef! When I started this podcast my goal was to talk music & interview artists, musicians and creatives. I never thought about the culinary arts field in terms of interviewing a chef, so this is a first for me and I’m glad I got a chance to do it. Whipping up a meal is more than throwing some seasonings on some chicken... people have their own twists, creations and visions when it comes to their cooking.
Rashida Thom is a personal chef out of Stafford, Virginia. We talked over Zoom Video chat about her upbringing, origins in the culinary arts field, how she became a personal chef and much more!
