My guest is Kelly Smith from Peachtree City, Georgia. She is a singer/song writer and is a part of the group, Bread and Wine. She is also a mother of three and openly shares her struggle with the expectations of motherhood, post-partum depression, and the conscious decision to embrace the pain through deep questioning. Kelly shares how the idea came to her to write out the lies that she was telling herself but to leave a space between each lie to find the truth. This is truly a powerful story and a tool that I think others will find helpful as we become intentional about our own self discovery.
