Miracles are violations of the laws of nature. The laws of nature cannot be violated. Therefore miracles are impossible. Wait… what? That’s David Hume going around in circles. Sometimes we too do so. The Bible is the word of God because it says so. See? Both statements beg the question or go around in circles. They assume the conclusion to be the premise. No one has monopoly in committing logical fallacies nor is anyone immune, be it theist, atheist or even the befuddled nihilists. But we need to understand and identify what logical fallacies are.
