You are ALWAYS procrastinating something.

Always. It's inevitable.

Even if you think of yourself as highly productive and diligent person (which I highly doubt, no offence. I mean, you did subscribe to a newsletter about being lazy, right?), you still are procrastinating something.

And what is that something?

Well, in that case where you're moving around nonstop, perpetually working hard, constantly on the grind, you're procrastinating... rest.

You're putting off time to let yourself relax and rejuvenate. You're postponing any sort of leisure activity.

And you wind up burnt out and stressed beyond stressed.

Man, you gotta aim for balance. Sometimes you gotta procrastinate the rest, sure.

But sometimes, you also gotta know when to procrastinate the hard work 'til later.

Knowing what to do and when is called Procrastinating with Purpose. It's where you deliberately decide what to do with your time, deliberately decide what to procrastinate on.

See it's not a matter of IF you procrastinate or not. It's WHAT you procrastinate ON.

It's not necessarily wrong to procrastinate on anything. You can procrastinate too much on something.

And that's where balance comes into play. We talk about balance a lot here.

Remember the procrastinator never does too much of anything. Living that easy life of balance.
