Should you take a thyroid multivitamin?
The answer is maybe, but it really depends on your situation. Not everyone who has thyroid disease should take a thyroid multivitamin.
Why? Because there are better options. It's almost always better to take supplements that directly support your thyroid and these are not the same thing as a thyroid multivitamin.
Having said that, there are people who would benefit from using a thyroid multivitamin.
