Today Peter shares how he got started in the clothing business where he learned the fundamentals of customer service. He grew his business to 4 stores and 26 staff. After almost a decade of struggling with suppliers and landlords, he decided to get into real estate after watching other agents come into his store and spending lots of money, he felt he could do the job himself.

Over the years Peter tried various strategies while attempting farming that flopped, until he really figured it out. He learned to layer his strategies (my favorite!) and has built super successful farm that has allowed him to expand his business drastically.
