Today, Sam and I discuss how she went from starting her career by answering phones at a brokerage to becoming an assistant with a top agent then eventually went out on her own. After selling real estate for almost a decade, Sam wanted to share her experiences and decided to start training agents which led her into a full-time role as the director of real estate development for her company.

When Sam started selling homes, she quickly realized that farming was a strategy that was a smart business move and something she wanted to implement into her business. After her first year of trying “traditional farming”… SHE FLOPPED! It wasn’t until she moved and started over and changed her approach to being more involved in her new community and started doing things she enjoyed!
