P500 rose +0.89% to book its best one-day gain since 29 June. Information Technology rose +2.35% to lead nine of the eleven primary sectors higher. Consumer Staples (down -1.01%) and Communication Services (-0.85%) sat at the foot of the primary sector leaderboard.
