In this episode, I talk about how I'm going through a breakup and what that looks like for me. I discuss the opportunity that comes with choosing yourself over someone else and how scary it is to let go of a life you have been building with someone else. I don't get into the details of the breakup as to respect my privacy and my ex's but I do talk about the general themes of what I discovered and how the hope and possibility of something new begin to replace feelings of sadness and loss.
