To gain Christ is an ongoing pursuit. As Christians, we should press on toward Jesus, Who is our prize, and not allow quit to fill our hearts. Our hearts should be enlightened by the wisdom of God, not the earthly wisdom of selfish ambition and envy. Our value is not determined by what we own but by Who owns us. Therefore, we should align ourselves with God so that our hearts will not grow sick from chasing a futile hope. 5
