When we are saved as Christians, the Holy Spirit seals us in God; therefore, our salvation is sealed until we arrive in heaven. The Holy Spirit in you is for salvation; God then resides within you. The Holy Spirit on you is the pouring out of the Spirit for service. Water baptism is not a pre-requisite for salvation but an outward display of an inward conviction.
