In the Bible, rebellion was compared to witchcraft. Rebellion wants you to take out of a season what is not yours in that season. There are lessons in the Word of God that will make us more useful to God if we are willing to listen to them. We should learn from the previous generation by using the Word of God to interpret events; then, like the sons of Korah, we can receive restoration through repentance.
