Moses Sithole took advantage of the chaos surrounding the dismantlement of the apartheid system in South Africa to make history as arguably the country's worst, most heinous serial killer. Focusing exclusively on women, he is responsible for at least 38 murders and maybe as many as twice that number, though all the bodies were never found.
